Einfach nur TOP! Nicht nur die Problemlose Kommunikation mit Alessandro, auch die Unterkunft punktete mit 100 Punkten. Wunderschöne Wohnung, wunderschöner unvergesslicher Ausblick auf den Comersee. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber. Besser geht nicht mehr! Gerne zu empfehlen!

Hey, the stay at Simone’s apartment was really good. We got everything we needed and it is exactly like the photos. We had a little accident and the neighbours were super kind and helped us, too. It is better to have a car there. We would recommend and if we are coming back to lago di Como we would stay there again. Thanks for everything!

We are very grateful to the owner for the hospitable house, comfortable, tastefully furnished, cozy and clean. The location of the apartment is very convenient. The view from the window is stunning. We love Lake Como very much, we often spend our holidays there, we will be glad to settle in this beautiful place again.

Underbart boende alldeles vid Comosjön. Magisk utsikt från den stora terrassen, man tröttnar aldrig på att sitta och blicka ut över vyerna. Boendet har allt vad man kan önska. Värden är mycket trevlig och svarar snabbt.

This was our first time staying on Lake Como and this place did not disappoint. It was quiet and relaxing and to stay in a town away from all the hustle and bustle was so relaxing. Our hosts Alessandra and Roberto checked in on us pre check in and during our stay they made us feel at home! Would definitely come back again

Luca was extremely friendly and was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We hope to come back one day as it was exactly what me and my partner needed and wanted from our stay. Our stay in Gravedona was great! The village itself is a great relief from the chaotic Bellagio or Como. That being said, it also has some nice restaurants nearby and still access to lake ferry. The apartment/space is also fantastic. It's walkable to the village in 5min, it has great views to sit on the porch and the indoor space is spacious and clean. We cooked a few times and the kitchen/dining room area is a great place for a meal. Lastly, Francesca was a great host and always responded quickly when we had any questions. It was great to meet her and get some local tips - nothing but great things to say about her and this listing!

Sehr angenehmer Kontakt sowie schnelle Antwort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, modern und sauber. Auf der Terrasse konnten wir super entspannen und die Sonnenstrahlen genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Everything was very comfortable and as displayed in the pictures. Quality furnishings and we loved the peacefulness of the village. With a car we found this a perfect location. On the day we did want to explore the other towns we used the ferry from Menaggio (about a 15 min drive away) and on the days we stayed in the village we enjoyed the lake and small hidden beach in serenity. There is a great restaurant only a few doors up and a basic fruit and vegetable shop next door that opens until midday (sells cheese, cured meats and bread). Gabriel was very contactable during our stay and a great host in sharing his local recommendations.

Natalia was an amazing host. When we arrived, she had left a treat for us to enjoy over during our stay during Christmas. It was such a thoughtful gesture. Natalia provided us with thorough instructions on how to enter the house, responded to all of our inquiries, and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The views from the Airbnb are truly remarkable! We visited in the winter so we did not get to enjoy the terrace, but we would have been out there every day if the weather was warmer! Natalia provided us with a pack-n-play for our 6-month-old, which was perfect. This place is VERY kid-friendly.

Beautiful location with easy access to everything. Only 5-10 minute walk from train. Loved it here and would stay again for longer when possible. Daniele was very helpful and accommodating.

Das liebevoll sanierte Haus war ideal für unseren Herbsturlaub mit zwei Kindern. Es liegt im charmanten alten Dorfkern mit engen Gassen und bietet allen modernen Komfort, inklusive einer Pelletheizung, die bei dem kühlen Wetter für angenehme Wärme sorgte. Die Aussicht auf den Comer See ist atemberaubend! Laura und Carla waren stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung gibt es schöne Wandertouren. Wir haben viele Esskastanien gesammelt und im Ofen zubereitet. Ein wunderbarer Urlaub! Sehr zu empfehlen.

The unit matched the description, was in a very convenient location, and the keys are in a lock box allowing flexible check in / check out times. The unit doesn't have much of a living room (two club chairs in the kitchen), but the bedrooms are large and each has a private bathroom and a bed large enough for 2 people. It was the perfect space for two couples.

Ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf! Het huis is echt van alle gemakken voorzien, super netjes en schoon en ligt op een prachtige locatie in de bergen. Het zwembad wordt gedeeld met de bewoners van de overige woningen op de residentie, maar grotendeels heb je dit zwembad voor je alleen. De bewoners zijn super vriendelijk en maken graag een praatje met je in het Italiaans 😁 Colico aan het meer is een gezellig klein plaatsje waar je lekker wat kunt eten en drinken. Dit is in een 25 minuten prima naar beneden te lopen (wij met 2 kinderen van 5 en 9 jaar oud). Vanaf Colico kun je makkelijk alle kanten rondom het Comomeer op. Wij raden dit verblijf zeer zeker anderen aan!

A lovely house with absolutely stunning view, even more beautiful than on the pictures. The village of Rezzonico is picturesque and quiet, with an old Roman street passing through. We enjoyed the view from the terrace and our walks through the village very much! Andrea is very friendly and helpful.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Aussicht war einfach atemberaubend – jeden Morgen wurden wir mit einem spektakulären Sonnenaufgang begrüßt, der uns den Tag versüßt hat. Die Wohnung selbst war gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage war perfekt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, und die Ruhe hat uns sehr gut getan. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Vielen Dank für diese unvergesslichen Tage! 🌅

Fabio's place in Varenna is wonderful for a trip to Lake Como! The location right by the station is very convenient and it is easy to walk around Varenna or take the Ferry across the lake. The flat was very clean upon arrival and had very nice amenities. I highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our 6 days in Bellano & Gian's apartment. The apartment is modern & spacious with a lovely view of the lake. Bellano is far enough up the lake to be off the main tourist track, so lovely & quiet & not packed with tourists, but it is still on the ferry & train lines, you can easily get to see all that Lake Como has to offer. Gianpaolo is wonderful - he met us at the train station when we arrived & helped us with our bags and did the same when we left, even giving us some lovely pastries to have on the train! We cannot recommend Gian's place & Bellano more highly & will certainly be telling all our friends about it when we get home!

Très bel appartement spacieux Grande terrasse avec belle vue sur le lac Au calme ! Bien situé à 10 min environ de Menaggio en voiture et donc de l embarcadère pour ferry Très bien équipé Lit très confortable Très propre Rien à dire! Hôte très réactif Idéal pour visiter de lac de Côme !

Great apartment, super clean, great scent, always smelled clean, throughout our stay, the bed linen was pristine as well as the towels. The view is incredible, I was left speechless when I saw it. The Tiramisù provided by the host, at my request, was 11 out of 10… ☺️ excellent! The whole surrounding building is also very nice. Would recommend again! Thanks a lot ☺️

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nella casa dei nonni! Tutto era come nell'annuncio, casa pulita e in ordine; al nostro arrivo erano già lì ad aspettarci come da accordi sul sito. Ambiente molto luminoso, dotato di qualsiasi cosa si necessiti, dal bagno alla cucina alle camere. Non manvaca proprio nulla. Ottima posizione, soleggiata, zona tranquilla ma ottima posizione per visitare il lago e dintorni. Gentilissimo Corrado come host e disponibilità notevole in tutto. Non posso che raccomandare questo alloggio! :D

Paola & Dante are such wonderful hosts. They offered us transfers to/fro train station which is a bonus especially after a 16.5hrs flight. Apt is spacious & clean with perfect location. Highly recommend!
