The location was absolutely perfect—just a short 5-minute walk to the cable cars and the bustling main street, which had charming shops and fantastic restaurants. Plus, the nearby bus stop makes it incredibly convenient to head over to Mottolino. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. From crockery and cutlery to pots, pans, toaster, and even a caffetiere, the kitchen had all the essentials to whip up meals after a day on the slopes. There was a minor hiccup during check-in, but I was impressed with how quickly the host responded to my concerns. Their attentiveness made the process much smoother, and I appreciated their willingness to help. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore Livigno.

The accommodation is located perfectly. It has some climb, but the public parking nearby is free and you could also use the included parkinggarage. Do note if you have a large car, it might not fit. Supermarkets are ~15min drive. The stay has a balcony with an amazing view, which we used every day. You can’t get enough of the beautiful view. The sauna and pool were very nice as well! We were comfortably staying there with 4 adults. The two bedrooms + bathrooms were perfect. The accommodation is 10-15 min drive away from Menaggio and Dongo, which we frequently visited. The ferry can be used from Menaggio, do note that you might have to wait a long time in busy seasons. Como was 1,5 hour drive and Milano was 1,5 hour with the train from Colico. We do recommend taking the train from Colico, there’s free parking there 5 min from the station and because it’s the first stop, you most likely have seating space! Overall, we absolutely loved out vacation! Would recommend!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. L’appartement était très beau, la terrasse magnifique avec sa vue sur le lac et l’espace spa était très propre.

Die Wohnung war super schön. Noch schöner als auf den Bildern im Internet. Sehr ruhig und sehr sauber. Der Ausblick grandios. Und ebenso war Mattia sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder herkommen. Sehr empfehlenswert!!! Danke

Gentilezza e cortesia per il check-in, per indicazioni varie e anche per il check-out. Appartamento comodo e pulito. Abbiamo trascorso solo una notte, siamo riusciti comunque a visitare il paese e i dintorni. Consigliatissimo.

Appartamento molto bello e pulito, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Bormio e attaccato agli impianti di risalita. Daniele é stato un host gentile e responsivo.

Fantastische kleine Wohnung, die alles bietet, was man für erholsame Ferien braucht! Etwas abseits vom "Trubel" und doch nahe am Geschehen! Alles sehr gut zu Fuss zu erreichen! Einfach toll, etwas vom Besten, was wir je hatten! Das Beste, die Poolanlage im Keller, grossartig, wenn man nach dem Sport sich noch ein wenig entspannen kann.

Très bel appartement pour famille nombreuse - 5 chambres sur 2 niveaux- avec une vue superbe sur le lac, port et montagne dans résidence au calme. Tout est accessible à pied - gare, embarcadère, supérette, restaurants…- Parking privé pour 2 voitures. Salle de sport et de jeux disponibles gratuitement. Andrea a répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions et a facilité un Check in /out très rapide. Très sympathique. Je recommande vivement Colico et cette adresse pour découvrir le lac de Côme. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had the absolute best time! The views are indescribable and way better than the pictures and made our whole trip. The owner Andrea was amazing and helped with everything we asked of him and more! Must stay.

we had a amazing time in this once in a life time experience with the most beautiful views it was so peaceful and relaxing. wr had a few problems on arrival but defo our fault and not the hosts they was straight on hand to help us out Highley recommend for a romantic get away I went with my best friend and we don't drive but this did not stop us at all we loved exploring the local area the people are so lovely and welcoming we would defo visit again the pool and spa area were stunning 😍 also

Ein wunderschönes Haus im Top Zustand in Colico. Das Haus hat genug Platz geboten für 3 Familien mit insgesamt 5 Kindern. Innen sowie aussen ist alles sehr gepfelgt und wertig. Wenn man möchte ist man schnell zu Fuß am See. Wenn man was erleben möchte ist das Auto jedoch unabdingbar.

Alojamiento con unas vistas preciosas al Lago de Como. Alessandra dio las indicaciones perfectas para acceder al alojamiento y sin ellas hubiese sido complicado. Apartamento muy limpio que coincidía con la descripción, aunque había un poco de olor de humedad abajo en las habitaciones. Muy recomendable

Simona’s place was a charming slice of Italy! Cozy and rustic house nestled on the side of the Lake Como. The balcony and view over the lake was breathtaking. The house had everything we needed - very clean and comfortable. As indicated in the listing, it is a steep walk up, but not an issue if you are aware. Simona was a great host, very helpful and responsive. We appreciated her helping us up with our bags. Thank you Simona. We would definitely come again!
