Such a nice Place. Clean, new flat. Big, cosy and with everything you need. Summer-Highlight for our three kids was the Pool in the Garden. Loretta and her Family are very kind and funny, she gave us many really good tipps for spots we can visit. Also good is the parking-slot next to the house. Perfect host.

Place is spacious, definitely one of its kind with jacuzzi and sauna/turkish bath on the rooftop. Could do with a little bit more care as the curtain on rooftop was ripped and the furniture was pretty dusty! We had a little issue at check in but it was promptly resolved by Riccardo who was also very communicative and responsive! Thank you

Kommunikation über airbnb vorbildlich, schnell, freundlich und ausführlich. Abwicklung und Buchung ohne Probleme. Green Village Resort: Ein Traum. Luxuriöse Villa, super Pool Landschaft, Shuttle zum Strand gut verfügbar, mit Leihfahrrädern in 5 Min auch erreichbar. Schöner Strandabschnitt, nettes Personal in der Strandbar. Essen im Hotel etwas überteuert, mit Selbstversorgung in neuer Küche lebt es sich aber auch sehr gut. Das Personal hat sich stets um alles bemüht und gekümmert. Wir hatten einen Internet-Ausfall und innerhalb eines Tages wurde alles wieder in Ordnung gebracht. Super freundlicher Reinigungstrupp, der alles sehr diskret und sorgsam in Stand hält. Wir werden den Urlaub im Green Village auf jeden Fall wiederholen, es gab nichts zu beanstanden!

Durante le mie prime ferie di quest'anno ho deciso di tornare, assieme alla mia fidanzata, a Udine, la città dove sono cresciuto e dove ho vissuto fino all'anno scorso, e non potevo trovare posto migliore se non l'appartamento che Roberto ha offerto e curato nei minimi dettagli, dall'ottimo arredamento e dalla posizione estremamente centrale della città, alla sauna e al comodissimo sistema dell'alloggio. Poter visitare nuovamente Udine e viverla in un modo sia diverso che anche alquanto simile a come l'ho sempre vissuta è stato proprio come tornare a casa, ma in un piccolo angolo della Udine che ricordavo con tanto affetto e che mi manca assai.

Lo chalet è in una zona tranquilla e veramente comoda per raggiungere a piedi sia il centro e le vecchie contrade che i bei passeggi pedonali e ciclabili. Tutto è arredato con gusto e attenzione ai dettagli. Il giardino con piscina e jacuzzi è sempre soleggiato e molto piacevole dopo le camminate. Consiglio i prodotri naturali della SPA. Ma il vero plus è l'ospitalità e tante piccole attenzioni che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Bellissimo soggiorno.

L’appartamento è molto accogliente, perfettamente attrezzato con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, curato nei minimi dettagli e arredato con stile. La pulizia impeccabile e posizione ideale, con tantissimi negozi e ristoranti proprio sotto casa. Annamaria è stata incredibilmente disponibile e attenta e si è assicurata che avessimo tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

la posizione della casa è ottima per arrivare in centro a piedi. molto molto utile anche il parcheggio riservato . la casa aveva tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno e tutto era perfettamente funzionante. la possibilità di fare la sauna poi è un optional davvero fantastico. antonio è stato sempre stato disponibile ad ogni mia chiamata. lo consiglio davvero

Annamaria's apartment is very well located and as a plus, close to a beautiful creek - with a lovely sound. The neighbourhood is safe and walkable, with most attractions close by. Thanks for having us!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour chez Pamela. Le logement est vraiment très agréable et dispose d'une vue fantastique sur le port de Portopiccolo et la mer. Le logement est comme neuf, moderne et très joliment décoré. Il dispose d'un parking bien pratique. Pamela est aux petits soins pour que tout se passe pour le mieux.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus. Die Beschreibung und die Fotos stimmen mit den örtlichen Gegebenheiten überein. Die gesamte Anlage, in der das Ferienhaus liegt, ist sehr gepflegt und gerade der Poolbereich ist echt super gewesen! Poolbar und Restaurant sind eher hochpreisig, aber gut. Da es aus der Beschreibung nicht genau hervorgeht, hier nochmal die Aufteilung des Hauses: Der Eingang liegt im oberen Geschoss, hier ist ein offener Wohn- und Küchenbereich mit Esstisch. Hier gibt es auch zwei Balkone, einer mit Liegen und einer mit Esstisch. Außerdem befinden sich im oberen Geschoss die beiden Schlafzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer mit Wanne. Im unteren Geschoss ist die Garage, in der zwei Autos hintereinander Platz haben. Außerdem gibt es hier noch ein Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Couch und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Es gibt ein Shuttle zum hoteleigenen Strand, wir sind aber immer mit dem Auto gefahren, da es dort genügend Parkplätze gibt (auch ein paar kostenlose). Man kann auch zu Fuß gehen, ist aber eher weit und kein schöner Weg entlang der Straße.

We visited Casa Pikes with 4 adults and 3 kids: 1, 6 and 12 years old. The spacious garden was perfect for kids to play. The house is made with high end furniture and decor which is no doubts beautiful, but at some moments I was afraid that kids might damage it. We spent our time swimming in the crystal clear river, having welness moments in sauna and BBQing. Absolutely satisfied with our stay and would love to come back. Many thanks to Aldo who was always nearby to help us to find our ways around.

Die Wohnung war charmant und heimelig. Das Badezimmer ist renoviert und sehr schön. Am besten hat uns die Terasse mit dem Nachthimmel gefallen. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter. Von Pulfero hat man ca 30min nach Kobarid, top zum wandern! Graziella die Haushälterin war sehr freundlich und lustig. Sie hat uns noch einen Kaffee gemacht vor der Abreise :).

Krasne klidne místo. Apartmán je čistý, stylově vybaveny a má skvelou atmosféru. A ten výhled do údolí nemá chybu. Děkujeme.
