Die Wohnung ist absolut einmalig. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Balkon, auf dem man über dem touristischen Rummel schwebt, der tagsüber auf der Insel herrscht. Im Kontrast zu den Menschenmassen von 10:30-18:00 Uhr (Juli) ist die Insel zu den anderen Zeiten geradezu einsam. Die Wohnung ist nicht luxuriös, aber sehr zweckmässig eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet. Lisa ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Ich komme gerne wieder.

What a beautiful stay in a perfect location in Mergozzo. The view is absolutely stunning. The beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of room for us. Laura was an excellent host with great communication. Would highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here. The appartment is perfect - it has everything you need and the view from the balcony is truly stunning! The living-room, bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen were spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for a 2 week-stay. The location in Verbania couldn't have been any better. Just a few minutes walk to the next swimming spot by the lake. About 30 min walk or 5 min drive to the nearest supermarket. Central, yet far enough away from the busy spots :) Anna and her cousin were very kind and thoughtful - we stayed in touch before arriving and throughout the stay as well. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Was für einen riesen Glücksfall, dass wir diese Unterkunft entdeckt haben und die Gastgeber kennenlernen durften! Paola und Gianni sind wunderbare herzliche liebevolle Gastgeber. Alles war so unkompliziert, vom Check-in bis zum Check-out. Dieses Gefühl, sich zu Hause zu fühlen in einer italienischen Villa war einfach traumhaft und wir konnten uns an dem versprochenen atemberaubenden Blick kaum satt sehen. Das Apartment ist central gelegen, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und bietet alles, was für einen eigenständigen entspannten gemütlichen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfählen, es spiegelt das Flair von Baveno, einfach wunderschön. Vielen Dank Paola & Gianni für eure leckeren Tea Time und die sehr interessanten Gespräche.

Sonia est une hôte vraiment sympathique et très accueillante. Elle s'est rendue disponible pour nous fournir ce qu'il nous manquait. Nous sommes arrivés en fin de journée et Sonia s'est adaptée pour nous accueillir. La Villa, qui est sa maison de famille, est vraiment très agréable, spacieuse, et adaptée pour partager de bons moments en famille ou entre amis. C'est un magnifique lieu de séjour. Le restaurant qu'elle conseille à 50 mètres de la Villa est vraiment bien aussi.

Grande maison familiale spacieuse et le parc qui l'entoure bien agréable. Située proche des différents lacs, elle permet de visiter sans faire trop de voiture . La propriétaire est discrète, disponible , réactive et attentionnée. ..la maison avait ete décorée pour Noël . Aux alentours les possibilités de promenade sont nombreuses. Bref, nous avons passé un tres beau sejour en famille

A pleasure to stay in this beautiful home. We absolutely loved our week in Casa Antonia. The house and garden were immaculate, and the terrace has spectacular views of the mountains and lake. Location is perfect for exploring the well-marked trails through the woods, and close enough to local village facilities. Vita and team were helpful without ever being intrusive. I honestly can't remember staying in a nicer place for a holiday. It was the perfect base for a family holiday near Lake Maggiore.

Prachtige ruime villa (mooier dan de foto’s) met eveneens prachtig uitzicht op het meer. De binnenkomst in de hal gaf meteen het juiste gevoel! Prachtige trap met zicht helemaal naar boven. De restaurants van Baveno op loopafstand (10-15 min). Wij zaten met 2 gezinnen van 5 personen in het huis. Oprit was wat krap met een grote auto.

This was our second time at this property. The place is absolutely amazing and we highly recommend it to anyone wishing to have a luxurious vacation nearby Italian lake. We also give extra credit for the hosts due to they (and the cleaning staff) have made tourists’ life a bit easier on relation to very strict Italian recycling requirements :)

The house is wonderful. The views of the lake are exactly those shown on the website Weather too cool to use the pool, but it was very clean and inviting. You will need a car, but roads are well marked and Stressa is about a 10 minute drive. There were six of us in our party with plenty of room for everyone. All of the bedrooms has their own bathrooms with an extra bathroom on the ground floor. We have rented many properties, but this one is among the best!!! We will be recommending it to anyone who asks where they should stay in the area The owner also has a winery about 30 min away and well worth the drive

We are a family of 5 and absolutely loved staying in Pierina's Airbnb. The place was clean, beautifully situated write at the lake, and we felt very welcome. We would definitely come back - can recommend!

Es war ein herrliche Zeit in der tollen Villa am See. Schöne Zimmer, Bäder und gemütliche Ecken für Gespräche. Den grossen Garten haben die Kinder ausgiebig genossen. Hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Einzig die späte Check-In Zeit finden wir dem Preis nicht entsprechend und Küchenutensilien haben wir vor dem Gebrauch nochmals nachgereinigt. Ansonsten gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.

Beautiful view of the lake - even prettier than the pictures. You will need a car to get to & from the home - the road to the home is narrow and up a steep hill. The air conditioning works well in the bedrooms - the living area was comfortable but would be warm during summer months. We would happily stay there again.

- Wunderschöne Aussicht und toller Pool - Unterkunft sieht in Wirklichkeit viel schöner aus als auf den Fotos - Bettwäsche und Handtücher konnte man gegen Aufpreis mieten - Weg zur Unterkunft sehr steil und eng, aber Parkplätze für zwei bis drei Autos - sehr warm im Sommer, keine Klimaanlage und nur Ventilatoren - Nachbarn legen wert auf Ruhe, böse Blicke beim ausgelassenen Pool planschen oder abends auf der Terrasse sitzen und unterhalten - alles sauber, jedoch könnten die Bäder erneuert werden (Armaturen defekt/ Abfluss verstopft) - Mückenspray empfohlen, da abends Stechmücken rumfliegen

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Gli spazi sono ben divisi e funzionali. Non manca nulla. La casa è davvero bella, pulita, curata in tutto e prossima a ristoranti, gelateria, lungolago e zone d’interesse molto comode e vicine. Host reattivo e con consigli semplici per i dintorni. Da ritornare!!!

Wir haben eine schöne Urlaubswoche gehabt. Roberta hat uns gute Tipps gegeben . Das einzig nicht so tolle war der Lärm nachts von Autos und Motorrädern. Die Aussicht von den Balkonen und das Ambiente im Haus sind echt klasse.

Ons verblijf in de villa was geweldig. We waren er een week met onze drie kinderen (4, 11 en 14). De villa had alles wat je nodig hebt met een gezin, ook een wasmachine, droger en vaatwasser. De bovenste slaapkamers waren vernieuwd en de badkamer. Ook hadden de bovenste slaapkamers airco. De onderste slaapkamer niet, de badkamer beneden was nogal gedateerd. Buiten was een terras en eettafel met grote parasol. De ligging is perfect, alles op loopafstand (supermarkt, restaurants, het meer) en het zwembad was groot en ruim twee meter diep. Het enige om rekening mee te houden waren muggen in de tuin, dus neem een muggen spray mee. Ik zou het zeker aanraden hier te verblijven!
