We stayed here for a second time during Christmas and it was fantastic. It is even better than described. Home has lots of space. They added a pool table and a pinball machine. Both of these fully worked and proper parts to play. They had a ton of decent movies too. Big sectional couch was comfortable. If you are staying in Harrison or Branson, you will not find a better deal than here since you can be just about anywhere in Branson in 30 minutes or less (some places 20). Sheila is nice and proactive, they have a bunch of cool snacks left for you, the fire pit is in excellent condition, and the porch is just better than the pictures. This place is so nice and such a good deal I almost want to talk bad about it just so people won't book it but that wouldn't be right.

We have been to the cabin for many years always clean and very comfortable the only problem I have is the beds but no fault of theirs just can’t sleep well in a different bed we have always enjoyed our stay and plan to stay next year also

The house is VERY clean and smells so fresh! 😊 Alesha is a wonderful hostess. She has thought of everything to make her guests feel welcome and comfortable. Our entire family of 14 is grateful to have had the opportunity to gather in this lovely, gracious home with loads of space and privacy, beautiful views, and thoughtfully designed interior including 4 bathrooms, huge centrally located kitchen, and laundry room with 2 washers and dryers. The backyard firepit (firewood provided) and both fenced and open spaces for play and enjoyment made us very at ease with young children, while offering wide open spaces for our older grandkids. At the end of our stay, our 4-year-old grandson expressed it well for all, "When are we coming back to this place?!!"

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this cozy cabin in the beautiful Arkansas Ozark Mountains. The views from the porch were absolutely breathtaking, with rolling hills and vibrant autumn colors that seemed to stretch endlessly. Each morning, we enjoyed peaceful hikes through the nearby trails, surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature. Our fur baby, Blanche, loved exploring the woods and sniffing every little detail along the way! Evenings were spent relaxing by the fire pit, where we shared stories and watched the stars twinkle above us. This tranquil escape provided the perfect opportunity for quality time together, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

Staying at Grandma’s house was a wonderful experience for my family. We were in town for a family member’s funeral, but the accommodations made us feel comfortable and uplifted after a long trip. We enjoyed the open space for family time but also having private rooms for sleeping. The house is clean and nicely furnished. We appreciated the snacks, water bottles and coffee. Sarah was very responsive to all communication. We would highly recommend staying a Grandma’s house when you are in the Yellville/Summit area.

Celebrated Thanksgiving a few weeks early with our three grown children and their partners at this lovely home in the Ozark Mountains! It was perfect! We got to see a newly born calf and mom, and watch it take its first steps! It was such a joy to watch the cows, build a fire, and come inside and play games when it got chilly. This home is far away from everything and very peaceful and has beautiful views. And it’s close to the Buffalo River, Ponca, and so many trails! Make sure to screen shot or print the typed directions to the home. It will really help when trying get there, as the phones will most likely lose signal as you get closer. Thanks, Rachel!

The Perch House is an absolutely beautiful home with an incredible view that was perfect for our large group. We had enough space in the common area for group yoga in the mornings. The kitchen was large and very well stock. The home is so clean and filled with all the amenities you could want. The hosts are super responsive. This is an iconic house that sits right on the edge of all that Horseshoe Cayon Ranch has to offer and is just up the road from downtown Jasper. We loved it!

This was a great house with lots of room to spread out. Everyone had a bedroom and the kids loved the bunk beds. The entire house was very clean and well stocked. If we make it back to the Mt Home area, we will definitely see if this house is available.
