Die Wohnung ist sehr nah am Meer gelegen, der Strand gut fussläufig erreichbar. Am Strand gibt es aufgrund der Lage in der Bucht keine Wellen und das Wasser ist zunächst sehr flach, ideal für kleinere Kinder. Die Wohnung ist groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit voll ausgestatteter Küche. Ankica und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank!

I think this might be our favourite place on the Croatian coast. The apartment is spotlessly clean, beautiful and welcoming. The best feature is the balcony with the gorgeous view of the ocean. Vice, the host, has many local recommendations and is very communicative and welcoming. We felt very comfortable and relaxed staying at this place. We would definitely come back. :)

The place was exactly how it was described in the picture with an amazing view from the balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants were a very short walk from the apartment and felt very safe walking at night. The apartment was also very spacious with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The throw rugs were also a massive bonus.

Put simply, AMAZING, a big part of that thanks to Josip and his family. The location is perfect with hot tub, stunning pool and ocean (at most 4m from the gate) to swim and snorkel in or take the paddle board for a spin! A promenade passes the gate in both directions and goes for a few miles, all flat, and must visit Trojir is walkable, 15-20 mins. A boat taxi to Split also picks up a few yards away on a jeti which is perfect. With or without a car there is so much to see and do, Josip offered to pick us up from the airport which takes all hassle and worry away and will organise literally anything for you from a hire car to the door or a parasailing trip from his back gate! Breakfast was a real bonus with a varied selection every day, nothing too much trouble. The apartment was beautiful, with everything you need and a morning coffee on the balcony with breathtaking views just another bonus. Milka is such a lovely host, if we needed anything she responded immediately. Beds very comfy and plenty of storage space. Air con was brilliant. Apartment very roomy with everything you should need. Supermarket and bakery right next door. Beach just a few minutes walk away. Would definitely return and recommend.

Ein kleines Paradies direkt am Meer, von der Terrasse blickt man in den zauberhaften und liebevoll gestalteten Garten mit zahlreichen schattigen Plätzchen zum Entspannen und aufs Meer hinaus. Man ist ganz für sich, die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel, die Küche gut ausgestattet und schattige liegeplätze mit gemütlichen Liegen direkt am felsig schönen Strand in der kleinen Bucht machen diese Unterkunft zu einer wahren Oase. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei den Gastgebern Maria und ihrem Mann, die uns so freundlich empfangen haben und sogar unser Auto und sup vor einem Sturm geschützt haben. 😍

Smještaj u apartmanu je bio odličan, ispunio je sva naša očekivanja. Apartman je dobro opremljen i čist, more je odmah ispod kuće, područje je mirno. Jagoda brzo i jasno odgovara na sva pitanja. Za nas kao obitelj s malim djetetom je smještaj u ovom apartmanu bio pravi odmor i relaksacija.

Klidná lokalita, bez turistů. Ubytování dle popisu. Krásná zátoka a čisté moře.

Sehr nette ,saubere Unterkunft in dem ruhigen Ort Betina, vom Vermieter hat alles bestens funktioniert, Wünsche wurden sofort erledigt. Natürlich gibt es zu dieser Zeit ( November) nicht so viele Anbote von Restaurants, etc, aber in Murter gibt es um diese Zeit auch sehr gute Restaurants, und die sind ja in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Jedenfalls top! Gerhard

We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

Arsos lejlighed er en lille hyggelig lejlighed på 1. sal, med balkon, hvorfra vi kunne se ud over hans frodige have, og vi frit kunne spise af vinduerne og figener. Meget tæt på alt: Bager, supermarked, bar, cafeer, restauranter og strandliv. Arso er hjælpsom og meget gæstfri og deler gerne ud af sin viden om øen.

Sehr engagierter und immer erreichbarer Gastgeber. Haben uns sehr wohl und umsorgt gefühlt. Gerne wieder

Wij zijn samen met onze twee dochters 15 dagen in het appartement van Josip verbleven en hebben een ontzettend leuke tijd gehad. Het huis is fantastisch, erg ruim, erg compleet en een ruim balkon met een uitzicht dat nooit verveeld. Josip is een geweldige gastheer, staat altijd klaar om vragen te beantwoorden en tips te geven. We hebben een gezellige avond gehad toen hij voor ons een maaltijd heeft bereid en ons zijn wijnkelder heeft laten zien en we hebben mogen proeven van zijn lekkere wijn en likeur. Het huis ligt op loopafstand van een supermarkt en een gezellige boulevard met leuke restaurantjes. De zee ligt voor de deur, kortom de perfecte locatie! Wij hebben genoten en hopen hier nog eens terug te komen!

Before our stay, Sandro was already very welcoming, clear and correct. Our flight got delayed a couple of hours, but that was no problem for Sandro's brother-in-law, Ivan, who waited for us at the house. He was so incredibly kind to get us some food (and beers) to get through the first evening and morning, as all the shops were closed, due to our delayed flight. When we woke up the next morning, we couldn't believe the beauty of the view from the house. Having breakfast outside, while watching the sea, calms the nerves immediately. In a 5 minute walk you get to both sides of the peninsula. Where you can watch sunrise on one beach & sunset on the other one. A lot of beautiful bays are just minutes walking from the house. Both Ivan & Sandro were always available to help, even when our car battery broke down & electricity accidentally got cut off by road-workers. Best hosts we could have in this beautiful place! And great advice on restaurants & must-visits. We truly had a 5-star stay!

The apartment was small but had everything we needed, the garden, terrace and ocean view were amazing! Communication with Enzo and his mother was easy, so we can absolutely recomend the place!

Very nice appartment in a beautiful Amadria Sibenik resort. We enjoy its perfect location, right on the beach, and sea view from the balcony. Hosts were very responsive and gave clear instructions. Bathroom and kitchen were renovated recently. We missed only sun shade on the balcony which is shown on the cover picture. Sun umbrella is present, but not that usefull due to its size and wind. We wish we had, for a 4 member family, extra wardrobe too. Private parking is available, however outside the resort.

A valóságnak megfelelőek voltak a képek a szállásról, tiszta, rendezett, gyönyörű a kilátás a tengerre. A házigazda beszél magyarul is, így sokkal könnyebb és egyszerűbb volt a kommunikáció. A part is nagyon nyugodt, nincs tömeg, viszont murvás ezért szükséges a vízi cipő használata.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit wundervollem Blick aufs Meer. Man kann auch direkt kurz ein Bad im Meer nehmen und die Uferpromenade eignet sich hervorragend für Spaziergänge. Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen und mit leckerem Obst aus dem Garten versorgt. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Es waren ausreichend Handtücher, Pflegeartikel etc vorhanden, so gut war bislang noch keine Wohnung zuvor ausgestattet. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt! Die Schildkröten sind der Renner, nicht nur für Kinder! Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

We stayed with Adrienn for 5 days, and had the best time. She organised a transfer for us to and from the airport which worked a dream. We arrived earlier than checkin and were able to get straight into the property. The studio is quiet, clean and most importantly has a great AC! It was a haven after a long day in the sun. We were able to use the villas sun loungers which was very helpful. We very much enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace, which made up for not having a balcony. The beach is less than 2 mins walk, as are a host of very good restaurants (Leonardo, great value for money). The location is great for exploring, we hired a scooter and many other beaches were less than 10mins away (Labadusa, Kava, Duga). We will definitely visit Adrienn again with no hesitation. Thank you! With specious two bedrooms, it’s a well equipped and beautifully decorated apartment, walking distance to a long stretching beach on Čiovo island. Comfortable beds. The bathroom was smaller than expected but specious shower cubicle with a bath and seating area.Breathtaking view out of kitchen window and from outside seating balcony area.

Vi var 2 voksne og 2 børn i 9 dage. Selve lejligheden var som på billederne. Der var dog ingen parasol på terrassen men der var meget grøn bevoksning der gav en del skygge. Køkkenet er meget småt men fint til at lave små måltider. Dejligt med en opvaskemaskine. Der er AC i stuen - desværre ingen AC i soveværelserne så det kan blive temmelig varmt i soveværelserne, selv med en vifte. Vi rykkede et par dage ind i stuen om natten da det var for varmt i soveværelserne. Stedet ligger dejlig tæt på 2 strande (beach Rožac og Okrug Gornji Beach). Der er et lille supermarked tæt på lejligheden. Det tager ca 30 minutter at gå til Beach Bočići - en dejlig strand. Det tager ca. 30 minutter at gå til Trogir. Man kan også tage en Uber ret billigt. Det tager ca. 15 minutter at komme fra lufthavnen til lejligheden og koster ca. 15 euro med Uber. Alt i alt et skønt sted.

Ubytovanie splnilo naše očakávania- čisté, útulné.Apartmán bol kúsok od pláže, čo bola veľká výhoda. Za poplatok sme mali k dispozícii aj vírivku. Dovolenku sme si veľmi užili. Ďakujeme.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
