Студия расположена в неперегруженном туристами районе, с хорошей доступностью к морю и основным достопримечательностям Будвы. Совсем рядом с квартирой находится гипермаркет HDL. Среди достоинств студии хочется отметить чистоту, аккуратный дизайн и ремонт, в квартире есть всё необходимое для отдыха и работы: уютный балкон, кухонный стол, удобная кровать, наличие кухонной утвари и посуды. Главное достоинство этой квартиры – в ней очень приятно находиться, она светлая и уютная! Спасибо Евгену за отличные условия!

Das war mit Abstand der schönste Urlaubsaufenthalt mit Airbnb, den ich je hatte! Wir kamen durch Schwierigkeiten bei der Einreise erst sehr spät abends an und wurden trotzdem sehr herzlich empfangen. Für uns wurde ein Abendessen gekocht, wir haben uns gut unterhalten, zusammen gelacht und uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Nicht nur die Gastgeber sind fantastische Menschen, auch das Apartment ist super und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Wenn Montenegro, dann hier!

A wonderful experience in the heart of Lustica bay! The apartment was extremely clean, modern and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. Thr location was ideal. The hosts were friendly and available for any questions, which made our stay even more pleasant. I would definitely come back and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to rest!

Everything was amazing, flat was as expected - beautiful view, clean, comfortable bed and sofas. The pool was great, open 24/7 so you can swim even at night. Be aware that there are many families with children so if you are looking for peacefull days by the pool, they won’t be peacefull. (Haha) On the other hand, it could be easily fixed by headphones or mojito from the downstairs bar. :) I would reccomend to stay there.

the apartments are really great - it has a very nice balcony view and is literally in the middle of the city, so very convenient! the host is very responsive and easygoing :) so i would recommend it!

From our experience, it was such an outstanding help by the host from the beginning to the end by carrying our bags, giving us a lift to the cable car and picking up from it in addition to a very clean apartment. Its location is unique and is close to the bus station, supermarket, the old town & the sea! the Host was a very sweet gentleman and touchable A huge thank to him and his family 🥰 We really recommend it to anyone who visits kotor 👍

This air bnb I was my saviour after my first night is the worst I had ever had through Airbnb. I needed something for my remaining two nights and Nikola’s apartment was modern, clean, central and he was right there to help me when I needed it. He also helped to sort my bus ticket to my next destination when it needed printed. I am forever grateful. It is an amazing apartment, the best is huge and comfortable and I loved the shower! Definitely recommend!

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan’s. He was a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host, who responded to our inquiries in a timely manner. And he graciously picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station. The layout is spacious, with a great shower, and well-equipped kitchen for cooking. About a twenty minute walk to the fresh market and a bit less to the grocery store and promenade, but it was convenient being so close to a train stop that made day trips to other places easy. Sutamore beach was only a ten minute train ride away. And it was nice having fresh mandarins and pomegranates just outside our door. Good option if you have a car, too.

Diese außergewöhnliche Unterkunft von Marvin bietet eine luxuriöse Ausstattung, die die Erwartungen bei weitem übertrifft – insbesondere was den Panorama-Blick betrifft. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und verfügt sogar über eine Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine. Ein nicht erwähntes Highlight ist der direkte Blick auf die malerische Adria-Insel St. Stefan, ein Fischerdorf aus dem 15. Jahrhundert. Auch der Blick auf das majestätische Lovćen-Gebirge ist beeindruckend. Die perfekte Lage eröffnet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es viel zu genießen: Ein wunderschöner Swimmingpool sowie ein Spa-Bereich mit Sauna, Hamam und Jacuzzi laden zum Entspannen ein. Der gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum rundet das Angebot ab. Aufgrund der steilen Topographie empfiehlt es sich, ein Fahrzeug zu mieten. Das freundliche Personal der Anlage steht bei allen Anliegen gerne zur Seite. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Alles war top und wie beschrieben. Einzig die Poolnutzung ist unklar. Da es ein Unwetter gab, war es bereits Mitte September nicht möglich diesen zu nutzen. Ich kann nicht sagen, ob der Pool normalerweise genutzt werden darf und auch nicht, ob zusätzliche Gebühren anfallen.

Отличный вид из окна, хорошая сантехника ( только в нашем номере не работал полотенцесушитель). Кровати, подушки удобные. Расположение и вид из окна 10\10 Сам город нам не понравился, и если бы жили не у моря - было бы совсем грустно.

Great flat right in the heart of Porto Montenegro. Easy check-in, the flat has all the furniture and equipment you may need, excellent host. A variety of shops and restaurants are at walking distance, the place right below the flat serves great breakfasts starting from 8am. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is such a lovely area. And this apartment has been the perfect homebase for our adventures. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Stunning apartment with a incredible view and the best hosts. The garden is beautiful and the apartment has everything you could need. The apartment is a bit out of town but we managed the walk and taxis are available and cheap and the hosts helped us with these. We would recommend staying here and would hope to visit next time we are back.

We really enjoyed staying at Alexandr's place - it was perfect for the needs of my wife and 2 of our (teenage) sons. The house itself is pleasant and cool such that we hardly needed the airconditioning. The views over the bay (from both balconies) are endlessly diverting and are also a great place to eat although we mostly enjoyed the many nearby eateries and street food. Our boys also enjoyed having the gym and table tennis and the pool for late night cooling off. Mostly, we swam at the beach club directly down from the villa (literally 2 minutes although maybe a bit more coming back up Herceg's famous steps!). The beautiful old town is also a few minutes walk away, it is exceptionally beautiful and we also stumbled across various cultural events including a lovely classical guitar concert and a rendition of folk singing/dancing. The bus station is also close by and our trip to Kotor round the coast was unforgettable in terms both of the views on the way and the city itself. Mostly, however, we stuck to Herceg (no need to hire a car) also visiting the various fortresses and making nightly walks along the coastal promenade. All in all, a great Airbnb in a great position!

From the first moment our stay in apartment was just amazing. The apartment is large, clean, cozy and you can find literally everything you need and there is large terrace with a beautiful view. The beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes and there are shops around the apartment. Marjan is really the best and the warmest host we have met and he will help you in any matter, at any time. He also helped with getting to the airport, which was a great help for us. We are very grateful for everything, thank you very much for this wonderful holiday!

We stayed at Nada's apartment for 11 days. We flew to Dubrovnik and Nada arranged a taxi to pick us from the airport. Taxi driver took the smaller border (can highly recommend this instead of the main border- stunning view when arriving from Croatia to Montenegro border) and there was only one car before us. It took us less than an hour to arrive to Kumbor to Nada’s place. Going back to Dubrovnik it was Nada who kindly drove us to the airport. When booking this apartment and asking questions about it, Nada answered very quickly. Nada has 4 studio apartments next to each other. You have your own privacy but you can mingle with your neighbors if you choose so. Each apartment has their own terrace overlooking to the sea. The view from the apartments was great. It was exactly like on the pictures and very good air condition. It was only a short, one or two minute, walk to the beach and restaurants from the apartment (although the driveway is very steep!). If something was missing e.a. from the kitchen Nada made sure you got it. For children and adults there are lots of activities located on the territory of the apartment e.a. trampoline, swings, mini-golf, ping-pong, hammock and a barbecue possibility. Nada loves children and she will do everything that all her guests feel happy. We even got to walk her dog, brush him and take him to swim at the sea several times. Her hospitality was truly amazing and we felt part of the family, having a nice bbq all together in the garden one evening. She made a very nice and tasty fish dinner with local food. Much better food than in any restaurant! Nada has all different sorts of fruit trees around the territory, and we got to taste the Kiwi, grapes and figs. Figs were ripe and lovely at this time of the year. If we had some needs Nada was helpful all the time. Children got the stomach flu so Nada went to the pharmacy and got medicine for them. We had no car, so Nada and some of our lovely, kind neighbors helped us to get to places (thank you goes especially to a lovely German couple and to a lovely family from Lithuania). One evening Nada drove us to Herceg Novi when we couldn’t get a taxi so she stayed there with us, showed us around. We all walked to Igalo- Nada showed the beach walk and we had a lovely time talking and getting to know each other. Nada became our friend. We will come back to Nada's apartment again and we will definitely recommend this to everyone who is looking for a nice local experience in an idyllic small village Kumbor at Kotor bay. Nada was a perfect host to us. Thank you Nada!

Dragana is the best airbnb host I have ever had. She is very kind, thoughtful and friendly and goes out of her way to make sure that everything is perfect with the property and your stay. The house is beautiful and the private pool is perfect. Each of the three bedrooms has it's own full bathroom with a shower. The house is cleaned and new towels are left for us each day, which is an amazing touch and rare with any airbnb. I normally like to change places when I visit a city again, but when I come back to Budva I will definitely be staying at Dragana's house because I know that everything will be taken care of and we will be able to relax and enjoy Montenegro with total comfort and peace of mind. I can't speak highly enough about her house and her hospitality. Huge thank you from all of us for a wonderful stay.

A little piece of paradise tucked away in the hills above the beautiful Bay of Kotor. The house is comfortable (with effective air-conditioning and reliable WiFi), but it's the large outside space that really steals the show - lots of terraces with seating and umbrellas or trees for shade, we enjoyed eating all our meals in different places! Relaxing with a cool beer and a book with those amazing views and the sound of the cicadas was heavenly. The kids loved the pool (which is bigger than it appears in the photos) and it's all wonderfully private. As mentioned in other reviews, the 10-mins drive up from Morinj is steep and narrow (don't rent too big a car!), and it took a while to get used to parking in the steep driveway, so this place is not suitable for nervous drivers, or in fact for anyone with mobility problems. There is loads to do in the area - you could have a chilled-out beach holiday, soak up historic culture, or enjoy hiking and watersports. Perast, Kotor, Porto Montenegro and Herceg Novi are all within easy reach. The tourist areas and beaches were busy, but we had expected that in July. Alexandra and Gunther were fantastic hosts and always responded promptly with loads of information including practical details and tourist tips. Highly recommended!
