Our family's stay at Joe and Anna's home was excellent and perfectly set up for our three-generation group to enjoy a relaxing stay. The home has ample and comfortable indoor/outdoor communal space, was super clean, and is kept cool by fans throughout (and AC in bedrooms). Joe and Anna are very responsive hosts and have really thought about all the details. We really appreciated all of the thoughtful touches that made it super easy for us to explore the island (snorkelling gear, beach towels, chairs, and more) and the well-stocked kitchen. It was great to be in such a quiet and convenient location, with easy access to the nearby shopping centre with a grocery store and restaurants, and beaches/activities. This property is a real gem, and we hope to come back again!

This was the perfect place for our family to stay during our time in the big island. Everything in the photos and written description was exactly as described. The amenities were great. Loved all the spaces within the home. We love how detailed oriented the hosts are from the labeling of instructions around the home, to the QR codes they created on how to operate certain kitchen appliances. Really nice hosts. Really responsive and gave great recommendations on local spots to visit. One thing to note is that they are correct in the description on indicating that it’s a really tight driveway to get to the garage. If you’re driving an SUV, I would strongly suggest just parking on the street. Arrived when it was dark, so it was a little difficult to spot the place. Just remember it’s the second house on the left when you make that turn on Manuakai St Thank you for helping make this family trip a resounding success!

The house was gorgeous, it matched the pictures and descriptions perfectly. At night it was very peaceful and just the most beautiful views every morning. My wife and I loved that it was so close to the best snorkeling that we've ever done and if you didn't want to do the hike to get to it there's plenty of rentable kayaks nearby. We also managed to see a mama humpback whale and her calf in the bay while we were relaxing on the lanai. Last thing I'll say is that the house was close to alot of local food places that all are highly recommended. When I plan my next trip to the Big Island I will definitely be looking to stay at this house again.

Nikki's place was exactly what we hoped for when booking the location for two young families. We spent hours on the beautiful porches, afternoons BBQ'ing on the pool deck and endless games of pickleball, fooseball and ping pong. The walkable proximity to Magics sands as well as the beach shack restaurant and bar and grill were added bonuses. The layout was great to split between two families, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well thoughtout. Would highly recommend!

If you want a private quiet place to watch the ocean, this is the place for you. While there are other houses close by, the house is designed to give you privacy and it does. We could only hear the cars on the road if they were really loud. The master bedroom was the best though. The sliding glass doors opened all the way up and provided a gorgeous view. Great house, great location and i would love to be able to afford a house like this lol

Beautiful home and location was perfect! Home is across from beach and we loved watching the surfers and snorklers as well as the amazing sunsets. An unexpected surprise was how much we enjoyed the outdoor shower. The home also had everything you would need for a day at the beach from boogie boards to beach chairs and towels. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay here. So close to town, yet very peaceful. Quick walk to end of street to watch sunsets and whales (no swimming here though). Layout of home is a little different, but offered great privacy for separate couples traveling together. Host was responsive and gave us some tips. Only negative is that there has been a house built between the house and the beach, so the photos are no longer accurate. It's still very lovely, but the difference is definitely large enough to warrant new photos. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Perfect Stay with Stunning Ocean Views! My family and I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Kona! The ocean views were absolutely breathtaking and made for the perfect way to start and end each day. The home was exceptionally spacious and spotlessly clean, which made us feel right at home. I personally enjoyed going to sleep hearing the waves! We loved how conveniently located it was — just a short drive to great restaurants, shops, and everything Kona has to offer. The attention to detail and care from the host truly made this a wonderful experience. We can’t recommend this place enough and would love to return!

Beautiful 3 Bdrm, 3 Ba condo ( Master and Q bedroom both with baths upstairs with a small loft in between), small bedroom with D downstairs and 3rd full bath outside the door next to a W/D. Open living room/kitchen space with a dining room table that sat 6 of us downstairs. We had 6 adults and a toddler in our party and had plenty of space indoors plus we expanded to the lanai that had casual seating next to the lawn and an outdoor dining table next to the grill. View was of a golf course (no ocean views from the condo, but the beach was about a mile away). The pool was close and the area was quiet and peaceful. Having the parking pass for the residents beach access and the beach equipment in the garage (5 folding chairs, a couple of snorkel sets, beach sand toys, an ice chest, an umbrella, some boogie boards etc) was all very helpful for our group to pack up and take for a half day out. A small grocery store is 5 minute away. Kea answered texts quickly and resolved all issues

This was a beautiful house. We spent most of our time in the backyard. The outdoor kitchen, pool, spa and putt-putt course kept us busy. The inside was great and had everything that we needed to cook in some nights. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very spacious. Would definitely rent here again.

Beautiful home, Everything was clean, the sauna was a super plus, pool was nice. Care taker stays on site but still felt very private. .5 mile from Magic sands beach and restaraunt… husband and i’s favorite beach. Fun waves, nice sand.. love watching the local kids boogie board. Also, Aunties Mai Tai at the restaurant .. super good 👍🏽 Host had beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys for our use. We had 15 people and the house never felt crowded or like we were on top of each other. Overall had a great experience at the house . Would definitely rent it out with my family again! Mahalo!!

This house indeed has a magic lanai, with amazing sunset views and a beautifully private feeling. The lanai had a breeze if you were hot, and the pool was nestled calmly in trees and was a wonderful mid-afternoon reprieve, and great for the kids. The home itself is smartly designed to cool off quickly at night. Large space with easy flow. Chelsea and Rudi are very helpful When the washing machine broke (such is the randomness of life) it was easily arranged for us to be able to do the laundry next door. Loved the neighbourhood. Away from the busy Ali'i drive, but close enough to walk down to enjoy, or take a short drive. Private and quiet, this was a great home in which to unwind.

We had an amazing stay. The house was perfect for our Kona vacation. Easy to get to beaches, Waikoloa, and easy access over to Hilo and Hawaii National Park. Was perfect for the 4 of us, with the separation of bedrooms and common area of kitchen, pool, deck, and living room. Jaima was a gracious host and we would come back in a heartbeat! This was our second visit to this amazing house and it was just as wonderful as the first. We love the location and privacy. Perfect to recharge! One of the best parts is that you literally don’t need to worry about anything. From everything you need to go to the beach to the simple things you need in the kitchen. It’s there. Our family really enjoyed this house. We shared it with another family and there was plenty of room for everyone! The house, yard and pool was very clean and in great condition! The location was quiet and peaceful but close to many great resorts, restaurants, shopping and golf courses. If you are looking for privacy but still close to luxurious amenities this is a great option. The kids really enjoyed the provided bikes and beach equipment and of course the pool. We also really enjoyed the private outdoor shower with hot water after the beach and pool. The kitchen was well stocked and we were very happy that there was a back up propane tank already in the garage when the BBQ ran out. Overall we all had a great stay!

South Kohala was the perfect home base, great location to resort beaches. We loved going to Mauna Kea everyday and could zip back home for lunch or nap time. Family friendly home with ample space....hosts were quick to reply with great communication. Home was equipped with necessities like standard kitchen supplies, BBQ, blender, basic seasonings, blow dryer. Incredible backyard views and sunsets, we plan to come back!

A perfect stay at Janines! We loved the location- peaceful, <10min drive to downtown Kona and our favorite Queens bath for the evening swim and sunset. A downhill walk to beach access- we loved accessing the very first public access at the bottom of the hill and walked around right to a sandy spot with tidal pools perfect for our son and even some snorkeling, with turtles! A hike uphill so sometimes we cheated with driving ;) We also recommend the walking trail just up the hill. Janines house is a wonderful space, more than enough room for our group of 4 adults and 1 toddler. Kitchen had everything you could need and more! The temperature was perfect both day and night and we used the windows open at night to keep the perfect cool. Outside space was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting under the poinciana tree at the front in the shade. Janine was a lovely host, quick response, communicative and easy check in check out. All together a perfect month stay in Hawaii, thank you Janine!

Barb’s home is exceptional, especially for a large family/friend’s vacation. The pictures really don’t show the beauty of the spaces! Our group had 7 adults and a toddler and the spaces were varied and perfect for relaxing, swimming, socializing, cooking and sleeping. The location of this amazing house is steps from great snorkeling, fantastic sunsets and incredible outings. The ocean breezes cooled the house at night, and although we did use ceiling fans and room fans, we didn’t need any air conditioning (although there were units in each bedroom). Highlights included the pool which was much bigger than the pictures showed and the back porch with Koi Ponds and waterfalls. We would definitely recommend staying here and our family hopes to come back in the future!

Excellent Stay! I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, spacious, and in a great location—close to fantastic restaurants. The service was outstanding, making the experience even better. A highlight of my trip was discovering a great Thai restaurant nearby. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We arrived late in the evening but registration was very easy. Kona Isle is a 15 minute walk to downtown Kona, our favorite place to frequent. We enjoyed an unimpeded view of the sunset each evening in the private picnic and sunning area for the complex. The condo was well furnished, the bed was very comfortable, and we did not want for anything. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay again.
