William es un persona super atenta!! Nos hospedó a mi mamá y a mí y respondió super rápido a todas nuestras necesidades. Nos dió recomendaciones locales y se preocupó de que todo estuviera perfecto en todo momento. La zona donde se encuentra el edificio es perfecta ya que esta cerca de todos los restaurantes y también de la playa. Un increíble host y una vivienda que totalmente cumple su propósito! Rodrigo’s house in Barranco was so beautiful. He was very proactive with the communication. It was very quiet and peaceful. Despite a home renovation on the corner. It did not bother us thankfully! There is no AC but the fans helped I opened the windows upstairs at night to let cool ocean air in! The house is 3 houses from the ocean view! It is super walkable. We love the area of Barranco! Lots of great restaurants in area like Isolina! Highly recommend this place. It is gated too! Super safe!

A1. The whole experience was immaculate, the pictures of the skyline views doesn't do the whole place justice, absolutely amazing. The building is secure and there's 24/7 assistance. Restaurant, Bars, Supermarkets, Banks, Pharmacy, EVERYTHING is walkable distance.

Exactly what you need for a beach weekend! Next to all the shops and cute bars!

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa! O apartamento é lindo, muito confortável e bem equipado, tudo novinho, limpo e organizado. Além disso, Ruben, o anfitrião, sempre disponível, atendeu a todas nossas necessidades sempre que solicitado. Muito gentil, educado e atencioso. A localização do apartamento é ótima, próximo a restaurantes, mercados, com linhas de ônibus na porta. Está a poucos km do shopping Plaza Lima Sur. Recomendo muito. Espero voltar em breve!

The Hosts were amazing, super responsive and helpful at all times. Even accommodated a special request for late check-out. Elevator was broken or broke the day of arrival, hosts immediately reached out after check-in acknowledging deficiency, were apologetic and friendly. Their acknowledgement made all the difference. Thank you for a great stay.

Juan Manuel’s place is my favorite stay in Barranco and Lima by far!! The place is amazing and located in the best neighborhood in Lima. The place is in a perfect location - close to the beach and walking distance to great restaurants. Close enough to all the action Barranco has to offer but no quiet to get a restful night without any noise. Juan Manuel was amazing with communication and recommendations. He made sure we had an amazing stay. I absolutely loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend his place!

Like many others here, my stay at David’s apartment was great. It’s bright and airy just like the pictures, the wifi worked well, the bed is comfortable, the location is great, and David is very nice, friendly, and accommodating. It is difficult to find much to be critical of, but I also want to be helpful to the Airbnb community. The only thing I would say is, since the air conditioning is only in the living room, I had to keep the bedroom door open at night to let the air circulate and enter the bedroom. However since the living room is so bright, this let a lot of light into the bedroom early in the morning. However, David even helped this situation by providing a fan. The water pressure in the shower is also not great, but that has been my experience everywhere in Lima and in most of Latin America in general. In my opinion these things should not stop you from booking this apartment. It is a fantastic place, in a fantastic location, with a fantastic host! :)

We had a fantastic long-term stay here and it was perfect for remote work! The house was consistently comfortable and quiet, creating an ideal work environment. The host was incredibly responsive! While the kitchen only had a few basic items for cooking, we were able to easily supplement with items from the dollar store. Great location too!

We had a great stay at this really nice apartment in a beautiful architectural building. The space was comfortable, and we especially appreciated the big kitchen and the washing machine, which made our stay even more convenient. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Barranco, a nice neighborhood full of charm, with great local restaurants, bodegas, and even a market just across the street, making it easy to experience the area like a local. All in all, it’s a great place in Barranco, and we’d happily return!

It was perfect location. Next to historical and traditional streets, very unique neighborhood. Just by 10-30 minutes walk, you can see a lot of important places. Near to supermarkets and restaurant. Very vibrant. This apartment has wonderful kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need, including rice cooker. The host speaks good English, it was easy to communicate. There are many instructions that can guide you to use everything in the apartment so that you do not need to keep asking the host. Bedsheet was very clean. The apartment is bright. The hist is helpful. It is a good price for what we got. We are happy with our stay. The host is also open to feedbacks and suggestions👍🏻

Foi muito agradável o apartamento, tudo muito novinho, todos utensílios necessário de cozinha. Você caminha até Miraflores tranquilamente por uns 15 minutos, para os restaurantes no Barranco famosos uns 10 minutos caminhando, bem fácil mesmo., para caminhar e apreciar a cidade e ao entorno o que oferece, bons cafés , restaurantes, mercado o que facilita para quem que desfrutar de uma boa gastronomia que Lima oferece. O ap tem uma vista agradável da cidade e algumas vistas para o mar do Barranco, porém para aqueles que se incomodam com barulho, o ap fica numa avenida movimentada e as vezes incomoda, mas nada que desabone a estada, mas importante avaliar. A Karina foi uma excelente anfitriã! Obrigado

Extraordinario alojamiento, moderno, funcional y muy acogedor, en una gran ubicación y seguro. La temática de las llamas le da un toque especial y distintivo de Perú. ¡Ampliamente recomendable! Joel & Johana, son unos excelentes anfitriones, siempre atentos y serviciales.

El condominio y el departamento están en excelente estado, bien cuidados y equipados para una estadía cómoda y placentera. Un verdadero gusto llegar a un lugar así. La cocina está muy bien equipada, con un excelente refrigerador con dispensador de hielo y agua, cafetera filtrada y más. Los televisores tienen aplicaciones de streaming habilitadas (usé Netflix, Amazon Prime Video y Disney+ sin problemas), y los equipos de sonido son de muy buena calidad. La decoración y el mobiliario crean un ambiente acogedor. El condominio funciona impecablemente, con instalaciones operativas, piscinas bien mantenidas y un restaurante práctico. Algunos detalles a considerar: el estacionamiento es algo justo (Toyota Rav4 con 20 cm de margen por lado). Los fines de semana hay más gente, pero el control de uso en la piscina familiar permite rotación y buen acceso. Destaco la comunicación con Giancarlo, siempre atento y rápido en responder. En resumen, una excelente estadía en un hermoso lugar.

Excelente anfitriona Mary, la comunicacion fluida y muy amable desde que hise la reserva hasta que deje el departamento, se preocupa por la comodidad de su huesped y el departamento tal cual lo muestra, lindo, limpio y acogedor para una buena estancia y la zona super segura. El departamento es muy bonito, estaba bien equipado e impecable cuando llegué, era tal cual las fotos. Quedé fascinada y volvería nuevamente. Además la respuesta de los anfitriones era bastante rápida y pude dejar mi equipaje en una dirección cercana sin problemas.

Full floor apartment with an elevator entrance straight into the unit. It’s huge and has a huge balcony. Water is hot, internet is pretty good and there’s a big TV in the family room with all the apps. Hot tub gets hot (takes 3-4 hours) and can fit 6 adults comfortably. View of the ocean and sunset is incredible. You’re on the front row with only the beach in front of you—all you’ll hear at night is the waves. Highly recommended!
