My husband and I stayed at Barbara's "Southern Comfort" cabin for some much needed quiet time away. As soon as we entered the property, we were just totally amazed at the shear beauty of everything. As we continued on to the cabin, the weight of the stresses that we were escaping started melting away. When we pulled up to the cabin, there were deer just roaming everywhere. It was absolutely beautiful. We were originally only going to stay for 2 nights, but as soon as we entered the cabin and saw how quiet and private it was, we decided to stay for 4! The hot tub was so nice being able to soak in with our sore joints and all (lol). Then we had quite the storm come thru. We've stayed in quite a few places in the past, but this one is, without a doubt, our favorite!!

Here is the deal we all know when looking..... I want to walk in and say I made the right choice.... Period!!!!! At this place you can! I would have loved a working TV in the master bedroom. But that's just me...I don't sleep... It was probably something I couldn't figure out on my own but anyway, pretty cool place!!!!

What a beautiful secluded oasis. It was even better than described. Our dogs played and enjoyed the safe confines of the property and we enjoyed time by the pool and time unplugged as a family. Will come again ASAP

We had a fantastic stay! Easy check in, easy access, super clean. It is about 0.5 miles from Main Street, so we had the choice to walk or do a short drive to town. Super comfortable for our group of 7, with working hot tub, fire pit and a nice kitchen to cook our group meals with all the essentials in place. Lots of towels, linens and house supplies available for our guests. Thank you for such a great visit to Fredericksburg!

We really enjoyed our stay! Upon arrival, we were greeted with fresh sugar cookies, which we absolutely loved. The cottage was cozy, making us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, and spending time around the fire pit was such a treat. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus! Having access to the river was a huge plus, and we even did a little fishing. Two nights just wasn’t long enough—we will definitely be back soon!

Beautiful and relaxing place! We really enjoy the jacuzzi and fireplace. It had everything we needed and more. During our stay the lights went out because of the rain and Braden was quick to reply with updates and had flashlights available for us to use. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Awesome, cozy little space, I wouldn't bring any kids if you have more than one, but if you just need a quick stop for your road trip or a nice homely feel while doing travel work this is the place to go! Also very animal friendly, plenty of space to run, play and potty, only thing that's missing is a fence so if you've got escapees good luck :)

We enjoyed our stay very much! The cottage was perfect for us and our two dogs! The neighborhood was beautiful peaceful and quiet! Enjoyed our host who is very friendly and helpful! Nice clean and everything you need is in the cottage! Highly recommend staying here if you need a quiet quaint get away! Susan and her family are very friendly and hospitable!

We had a lovely stay. Ciana was very communicative and available. The property and area around is just so beautiful. I loved the simplicity of the house, it had everything we needed (except a washing machine) and our dog was safe in the fully fenced in yard and ever so happy with the hiking trails. I would stay here againg and recommend it to others!

Loved this place! It is just as described. This place is great if you like outdoors, fishing, and kayaking. The weather didn’t permit much outdoor activity because of high winds but I would definitely return. It’s such a cute and cozy place with a beautiful lake front view. 10/10

Christopher was a great host! He was quick to respond and genuinely cared about the quality of our stay. The house vas very cute, spacious and clean, a great place to relax and watch tv, etc. Everything was tidy, all the expected amenities were available and checking in and out was very easy! Lovely house for couples and a good location near the beach.

Tavas place was furnished in cottage fashion and well equipped with water and snacks. The bed was comfortable and the cottage was clean. The Location was just far enough out of town to feel like the country but less than 2 miles from Fredericksburg. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful house in a fabulous historical neighborhood. Our family stayed over Christmas. House was spotless and better in person than pictures. Was nice to have a kitchen that was stocked with things you need to cook. Appreciate the house allows dogs, our old guy enjoyed sunning in the back yard. Was great to be able to walk to the historical district. The train was loud, but we got used to it. Beds were comfy, would stay there again and recommend.

Jean was a very helpful host was there when I needed her and was such a friendly person to rent from ! It was my first time renting an Airbnb and she has definitely set the bar, I hope to visit her place soon it was a very enjoyable experience.

This cabin was the perfect getaway for my fiancé and I. It was clean and cozy. The cabin had blankets, plenty of towels and washcloths, and smelled wonderful. We cooked dinner on their grill and enjoyed a night in their hot tub. We experienced no issues or hiccups, truly just a relaxing experience. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

This was my second stay here and I can say It’s a fantastic place to stay. With the exception of food you’d like to eat, I can’t think of anything else you would need to bring. Rebecca is always extremely responsive, and the home is quiet, clean, and feels like a home away from home! I would definitely book again anytime I’m in the area!

Perfect location to visit our kids camping at Garner State Park. This is our second stay at The Inn Between, very cozy and comfortable with everything you need!

This place is magical! It feels like you’re stepping into an adorable cottage in Martha’s Vineyard. The house has lovely antique furniture and accessories, but the best part is the killer view! While the lake has receded a lot, you still get such a great view here and can really appreciate the beauty of the lake. I also wanted to mention the bed felt really great and we slept very well here. We will definitely book this place again and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet getaway!

I can't say enough about this little slice of peace and comfort. It was so much more than what you see through the pictures. I am already thinking about when I can come back. If you are in the area I highly recommend this little Cabin.
