Jonathan's place was perfect for our girlfriends' weekend! The hot tub was so relaxing and enjoyable, the kitchen was good for preparing our meals, the couches were comfortable, and the beds were great for a good night's sleep. It's very close to Garden of the Gods or Manitou Springs for those interested in hiking or shopping. I would definitely recommend Jonathan's place to others!

Katie's place was very safe and comfortable. The house was exactly as described. It is older so the creaks were there. But it was the perfect spot to ring in the new year.

We walked into a beautiful place to stay that felt very welcoming. Our stay was for 30 days from late Jan. to Late Feb. We got a fantastic winter rate $$. The living room is cozy with a couch and an electric fireplace with a large tv. The kitchen is full size with assorted appliances to use. Loved the welcome basket and coffee. The booklet provided was great with all the local places to shop and eat. It also included all the instruction booklets for the appliances and heaters which came in handy. The bedroom is large and has the best most comfortable bed ever, with the best pillows and bedding. The bathroom is a game changer, with a full size walk in glass shower. The laundry room had a stackable washer and dryer, with a place to set your luggage and shelving galore. This place was well thought out. Loved the location being in a private area. We enjoyed going out each day and exploring the area. I would highly recommend staying here. This place is a lil hidden gem!

We had an amazing stay at Rose's place! Felt very homey and was family friendly. Rose was always fast to respond. Her place was located close to CSU Pueblo which made it easy to get our kiddo to and from campus. We enjoyed staying here and will consider her location again should we have to make the trip for any future band performances.

Perfect location to enjoy all the area has to offer. Everything seems to be within a 15 minute drive. Beautiful views. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Especially enjoyed the evenings sitting on the balcony. Kim was very responsive and friendly to questions. Would definitely stay again.

What a sweet location! We could walk to everywhere in Manitou Springs and parking was very easy. FYI, although there are no stairs into or in the apartment, there is a slightly steep driveway to walk down to get to the street if anyone has mobility issues. The restaurant in the building has a sweet little basement bar and the servers are really lovely! We really enjoyed our stay.

Wendy’s home was even better than we anticipated. 2 living areas, 2 full bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and great views of the mountain. She was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

I really enjoyed my stay here ! The kitchen was fully stocked with items for meal preparation which as a traveling athlete made all the difference. The beds were very comfortable and all of the rooms were inviting. The backyard was beautiful, kid and pet friendly. I highly recommend staying with Chris and will stay again !

This home is perfect for a single person or a couple. It is clean and simple and the hot tub is absolutely lovely. The house is in a quiet neighborhood about a mile from downtown- very convenient for getting around. There were a few things that did not fit our personal preference. The bed was very soft which was not comfortable to my husband and me. The head of the bed is under a window that only has loose curtains, so you get all the light pollution of Colorado Springs coming in right at the head of the bed. We would recommend bringing and eye mask if you’re a sensitive sleeper. You also occasionally hear the train, which didn’t bother us much but it could be disruptive for some. The couch is a good size for the house but pretty small and uncomfortable. The tv is also a bit massive for the small space. Beware of the mirror in the hallway. It is wildly unflattering and will make you look short and fat.

Nice stay in a beautiful home. Lots of amenities provided. Gina was very friendly, responsive, and left great instructions on how to get there. Would stay again!

We had an amazing stay! Dallas was a fantastic host—responsive and thoughtful. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook a great meal. Every detail was carefully considered. We can’t wait to return!

Erika and William are fantastic hosts, super-responsive and helpful before and during our stay at their place. The home was perfect, super clean and close to everything (including Highway 25). It looks just like the photos and has all the required amenities to make your stay easy and memorable. Highly recommend them to any travelers going to Colorado Springs.

Just BRILLIANT. Spacious Squeaky Clean, Warm cosy. EVERYTHING you could need. Location was GREAT for where we needed to be it was beautifull, peaceful, safe, friendly. Having a supermarket across the road was so handy. Clear easy instructions for access and parking. The only thing i was’nt keen on was the air freshner/plug in. EVERYTHING else was literally perfect!

Kira’s place was perfect! Amazing quite neighborhood with your own trail the GOG. Condo was exactly like she described it and even more. Well stocked, thoughtfully designed to enjoy indoors and outdoors! We loved the hot tub and the deck, where we spent quite a few hours enjoying the serenity of the space. Kira proved to be a great host. She always responded so quickly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We used her recommendations for things do and places to eat, which was fantastic, as it’s hard to navigate in a new area. Thank you so much!

This would be my # 1 Airbnb in col springs to stay at for short or longer term stays. Such a cool place in nice neighborhood in the mountains. Close to Cheyenne state park and other trails. As for place itself, great kitchen area to cook/do remote work, stone shower that is very relaxing, bed was super comfy with nice pillows and I’m picky sleeper. Nice patio area, saw several deer during my stay and nice view of stars/moon/mountain. billiard table and nice home entertainment system with nice furniture. Jennifer was very friendly host with great local recommendations. Always responsive if I had any questions. Great quality and Value Airbnb!
