Ich war jetzt zum zweiten mal zu Gast bei Annie…bei jeglichen Fragen hat sie sich sofort drum gekümmert und hat sich meistens innerhalb von 5 Minuten gemeldet! 😃 sehr zuvorkommend und sie achtet sehr auf die Privatsphäre der Gäste 😊 Ich liebe das Haus von ihr einfach, ich war dieses Mal 5 Wochen hier und fühle mich einfach wie zuhause! Annie ist so wie man sich den perfekten Gastgeber vorstellt! Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert und ich komme gerne wieder 😃

For what you’re getting with this spot, as well as the location, it’s a steal. Not only was the host super friendly and responsive, but the security guards were also amicable and willing to help you out if need be. Additionally, the stay is at a central location and not too far from the beach at all - just a 15 minute walk (or less if you have long legs like me). All in all, I recommend this place.

Muy bonita casa, cómoda, me agradó mucho y la zona está bien y muy bien vigilada. Y me encantó que todo el tiempo pendiente de uno gracias, hacen sentir como en casa.

We had a great time with our son and his family of 8. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The kids loved swimming in the pool but it was a little chilly for the adults. The water heater could be turned up for showers & washing dishes—there is no dishwasher which I didn’t realize but was not a problem. The location is great, easy walk to many restaurants and the main road to watch the sunset and a Soriana grocery. We felt very safe. When walking turn right leaving the house, first night we went left and it was a busy road and no sidewalk. Fabiola was great! Very helpful, answered all questions very promptly. Will return!!

Tuvimos una estadía en el Loft super linda, la ubicación es excelente muy cerca de la 5ta Avenida y centro comercial. El ingreso al loft con código es genial, super cómodo. Si bien el Loft cuenta con todas las comidades que uno necesita, como crítica constructiva diría que deberían cambiar el colchón por uno más rígido o quizás más nuevo. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Our stay at Marco’s property was great! Hosts were responsive, and so nice! The property was new, beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to make our stay in Tulum Country Club Perfect. The layout of the property is perfect for couples or families, the main living area is on the main floor with TV comfortable sitting area, the kitchen & dining area. The bedrooms are upstairs, the primary room is on the second floor, and other bedrooms are on the 3rd floor, each bedroom with a huge bathroom, it is perfect giving you privacy, while still all being in the same household. The beds are comfortable, air conditioning works well, kitchen is well equipped , showers & water pressure are great, lots of bath towels & pool towels, 2 large pools are about 1 min away from the house. About a 8-10 min walk to the beach or you can take the Tulum Country Club Shuttle to get to Kay Beach Club- which was beautiful ! Would highly recommend this property! Casa muy completa y muy segura. Todo muy cómodo y a gusto, y a menos de 15 minutos del centro de Playa del Carmen

The place is really comfortable and safe, the premises are great: pool, padel, running, etc. The apartment is new, with all the furnitures necessary to feel at home. Carlos was very kind, good communications and he gave us good restaurants recomendatios. I highly recommend it, I will be back soon!!

Beautiful home situated just outside the main part of town. Easy to get to from the airport or Ferry. Minutes away from all the action and very cozy when you’re there. I’ve stayed here twice and plan on staying again.

The condo was spacious, beautiful, and immaculate, as shown and described in the photos and listing. Juliana was very responsive every time I reached out. The water heater went out during our stay. I messaged Juliana and within 5 hours, the water heater was replaced and we had hot water again. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. In addition to the great condo, was the view and the fabulous pool. The pool was so large, that it never felt crowded. We will stay here again the next time we visit Playa del Carmen.

fue una experiencia agradable tienes muchas comodidades mucha privacidad nadien te molesta . de regresar volveré a buscar esta casa. la seguridad excelente . las personas de mantenimiento excelente nos dejaron entrar 1 hora antes muy amables.. responden tus mensajes rápido.. en esta casa pase una de mis mejores vacaciones las piscinas completamente limpias . todo esta a tu alrededor tiendas restaurantes .

We loved our time at Jacqueline’s apartment! The bedrooms are bigger than they appear in the photos and the apartment is well-laid out. It seems brand new and very homey. Despite being very centrally located, it was quiet at night and we slept well. It was great for a family. Jacqueline was extremely responsive, kind and helpful. The security guards were kind and friendly. Walkable to almost everything in Playa. There was filtered water provided and even a beach chair, umbrella and sand toys. We would absolutely recommend this stay to others! One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. My one disappointment was the strong smell of cigarette smoke on the balcony but that was because of other smokers on balconies in other units as they all face each other. This is not something Jacqueline can control, but something to note if that bothers you. We didn’t really use the balcony for this reason. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Jacqueline! We had so much fun!

My family of 5, including three young kids, stayed here for 8 days, and it really was wonderful. We loved having so much space, a pool, and easy beach access. The house was exactly as pictured and in great condition. While they had recently purchased a new washing machine, it had not yet been installed, but they made up for this by having Wendy, the lovely woman who cleaned daily, take our clothing to be washed. I asked a ton of questions about the area and very much appreciated all of their recommendations - specifically would recommend the cenote listed in their guestbook. Meaghan also helped connect us with Anna, a woman who cooked a few dinners for us at a very reasonable price. We went to the water park one day and bought guest passes to the Iberostar next door two other days. It ended up being a perfect combination of resort time and more relaxed days, and my kids have asked to go back every single day since we came home.

Staying with Sebastian and his family at Tortuguita Natural Home was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were embraced with warmth, kindness, and a genuine sense of community. The memories we made here go beyond photos; they live in the heart. Tortuguita Natural Home is a rare and beautiful place, and we left feeling not like guests, but like extended family. We’re forever grateful for the experience.

The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach! The provided beach chairs were a thoughtful touch, and being so close to La Buena Vida Beach Club was a huge bonus with its pool, delicious food, and refreshing drinks. CJ and his team were fantastic—responsive, helpful, and attentive. This spot offers incredible value and is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy Akumal’s charm. Highly recommend!

Very well maintained and extremely clean. Agree with the other reviews that it’s even nicer than the pictures. The community is very private and secure but that also means transportation can be a little complicated (uber can’t be called so have to use phone to call taxi) Overall highly recommend. Thanks for the great stay.
