We had a great time in this beautiful condo. Amazing beach access, stores and restaurants around the corner and very nice hosts. We decided to take a driver service and recommended tour to Chichen Itza and it was well organized and made our stay easier. Would love to come back.

Norma was the perfect host: always attentive with great advice. Villas Marlin was also the perfect place to stay. Transportation is “fun” from and to the airport, but Mrs. Olga was the best (just ask Norma for contact information.) Nearby, Villa Marlin had a supermarket and a OXXO market, a pharmacy, several banks, a hospital, a police station, bus stops, etc., and Plaza Kukulcán Mall. Onsite, it had elevators, laundry services, great security, friendly staff, multiple pools, tiki huts and Playa Marlin (a wonderful beach). Safety-wise, I have never seen such a large police and national guard presence nearby and up-and-down the beach. Also, the numerous lifeguards were very attentive. For an older couple, it literally was the greatest central spot and the PERFECT vacation. We highly recommend!

全てにおいて大満足です。特にコミュニケーションで対応の早さは素晴らしく、全くストレスを感じません。言葉に問題がある国では入室が最初の難関ですが、全く問題なく入室出来ました。昨年、パリではキーボックスの開け方が分からない時、ホストに聞いても仕事で忙しいと言って対応してくれず、最後は同じアパートの住民が教えてくれて何とか入室でき、野宿をせずに済みました。その様な最悪の経験があったので、特に入室の簡単さは重要です。今回のカンクンのアパートの入室の簡単さは最高です。また利用したいです。

Gabby’s stay is amazing. If you are thinking about it, go for it. I felt safe and secure with my fiancé. Also, you can walk around to nearby restaurants. There’s also a Sam’s Club if you wanna go grocery shopping. Gabby was super helpful throughout the entire stay. The pool and hot tub all to ourselves was a great touch as well. she also had a Uber named Alex, who was super helpful. I kinda didn’t want to leave to go to the resort!

My aunt and I had an amazing time at Rosina Lisbeth's place. The location is just perfect, with a convenience store located right next door as well as a pharmacy. Kukulcan mall, right behind the building with shops, and small eateries, and the bus stop allowing quick transporation to the party center of Cancun, it's just perfect! The place is cozy, clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The resort has several pools, hot tub and restaurant bar, no need to travel far. Well recommended and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Rosina Lisbeth!

El alojamiento es muy bueno, está en una excelente zona, es muy fácil llegar, si tienes auto propio te puedes mover muy fácil, pero si no, caminas unos 300 mts y encuentras la parada del camión. Cerca hay tiendas y lugares donde te puedes tomar fotos. El lugar es excelente por si quieres ir con amigos jóvenes ya que tiene la oportunidad de ser muy privado.

super buen departamento, muy amplio y tenía de todo para sentirse en casa. La ubicación me encantó, es un lugar más bien residencial, pero con muchas cosas cerca, como supermercados, restaurantes, mercados etc.

Everything was wonderful! Our host, Patti, was amazing and took great care of us throughout the week. The house was clean and conveniently located near everything: bars, beach, and restaurants. I highly recommend this place!

I stayed at Daniel’s place for my bachelorette party and it was absolutely incredible. We had a group of 12 girls and felt so safe. The view is breathtaking and the house is very walkable. Daniel was responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend!

nos sentimos como en casa, todo estuvo muy bien, excepto que se nos fué el agua una vez. se terminó el agua de la sisterna porque el baño de arriba el tanque no sellada bien. Pero los dueños dijeron que lo iban a arreglar

Nuestra estancia fue bastante agradable; cama cómoda, utensilios necesarios de cocina para preparar alimentos en el departamento, las áreas de la alberca y patio siempre estuvieron limpias y la vista es muy linda.

Maria's place was great. I would recommend renting a car since must of the activities are a bit far out. there is a Oxxo and a pharmacy across the street. There is also a Domino's and McDonald's a block away. Overall my family and I enjoyed out stay for the holiday and Maria was very responsive. Make sure to communicate with Maria for accurate location of the house. She was quick to respond.

Fam triana house was AMAZING..... Amazingly awesome. I celebrated my 24th birthday at her house . Her husband cooked for me and my friends , his food was great ! Also she helped me get a mirachi band to sing which made my day even more special . Me and my friends ended up getting locked out the house and she got to us in 5 minutes which was super convenient. She always got me a little Mexican present and a beautiful cake . My favorite thing about my stay here was that she has coconut trees in the backyard and she had someone personally get them off the tree for us . I will be definitely saying here again !!!!

Totalmente recomendado, las instalaciones son tal cual las fotografías y la descripción. Marian y Narda se comunican todo el tiempo que tengas alguna duda y te apoyan mucho. Sin duda volveré!

Amazing house, pool and views of the ocean. Detailed emails with links to car service (CARM) made getting from the airport to the ferry to island and back a breeze. The pool was amazing! Would highly recommend.

todo estuvo excelente ,la atención de Luis ,la ubicación solo le veo una desventaja para entrar al fraccionamiento piden los de seguridad el registro y hay que hacer una fila enorme a veces llega hasta el seven, de ahí todo lo demás estuvo increíble

A great place to stay a bit outside the madness of the centre of Cancun. Amazing pool, fully equiped kitchen, three nice bedrooms with great beds and three bathrooms. Everything worked super well, Manuel was a very friendly and helpful host. This place served as the perfect home base for our family trip to Cancun. Thanks Manuel.
