This is a great place to stay if you want to in between Cancun city proper and the hotel zone. The apartment is in a residential building and it has a security guard. The Airbnb host is quick to react and respond if you have any questions or if you need help. Would highly recommend.

Had an enjoyable stay at Regina’s apartment. Teenagers loved the pool, very refreshing after a full day of shopping…large las Americas mall is 7mins walk from the apartment, very handy for the wife & daughters. There’s also a Starbucks and seven11 within walking distance (10mins). Also caught a taxi to the Isla Mujeres ferry terminal, which was $mxn250 one way from the apartment, well worth a visit especially Playa Norte beach…wow. The apartment was very clean and tidy, no real issues. Regina was easy to contact. Would recommend staying here, especially for families as it’s very safe and quiet. Security were very helpful especially with organising taxis🙂.

Great location, very walkable and close to all the fun nightlife. Check in was easy and the building was safe and secure with 24 hour security. Nicole was very communicative and clear in her instructions. Would stay here again!

Beautiful location and views of ocean. Close to bars, restaurants , etc. but quiet at night.

Excellent place to stay. There are great restaurants near by. Most important of all, the place was very comfortable and Mario was very helpful.

I see why this place and the host are rated so high! The place is wonderful and Julius was extremely helpful and very informative! He helped with everything that we needed and then some, I would recommend this place to anyone!!

We stayed for 8 days and really enjoyed the location and staff. The pool was great, and the house was beautiful. We did encounter a small issue with the projector but it was made right by Daniel and his team. Would highly recommend this spot!

Fantastic host! So helpful and kind and super responsive. I loved the house, it is as advertised, it is a real home in Mexico, so a few little quirks or rough edges, but if you wanted sanitized boring cookie cutter you would have stayed at a hotel. The home is comfortable and the patio is fabulous right on the water. The location is great, so close to the ferry terminal so transport around is so easy and I really felt safe in the neighborhood. Homey. I would so happily stay here again

Solo nos quedamos una noche. El alojamiento está muy bien, en buenas condiciones, todos los utensilios en buen estado, sin olores desagradables o cosas así.

Isaac was an amazing host. I loved every minute of my stay at the Airbnb. Isaac was extremely helpful with recommendations and clear instructions at all times. He was amazing at taking care of any last minute obstacles, or circumstances that came up. However, what my guests and I loved more about our experience with Isaac was the customer service, and positive attitude he always treated us with. He was the friendliest and kindest host I’ve ever stayed with. Worth every single dollar of my stay. I would highly suggest anyone to book this place as it’s very centric, and very beautiful. This Airbnb has countless amenities that will make your stay worth every penny. Lastly, you should take advantage of the extra services that can be provided by him such as: transportation, in-house breakfasts, and cleaning. Overall, Isaac made every dollar I paid worth the experience. I will be coming back for many events! :)
