The house was great and just what we needed to spend some days in Cancun with friends! The hosts were very responsive and took any issue we had seriously. It felt a little empty in terms of furniture and decor but it had everything we could practically need so it’s no problem at all. We were a big group and we all fit in the bedrooms comfortably. The fact that each room has an ensuite is a huge plus! We loved the convenience store feet away from the house, we took great advantage of it. Overall, a good place to stay!

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

Loved our stay! From the in home chef service that's an option, to the hard working and friendly housekeeper, to the responsive communication and excellent recommendations for boats and restaurants, we had a seamlessly wonderful time.

Es un lugar amplio, limpio y en excelentes condiciones, hubo un inconveniente con la lavadora y el microondas, pero la respuesta de los anfitriones fue rápida y eficaz. Super recomendados!

Letty est accueillante, disponible. Nous sommes arrivés sans difficulté. Les instructions étaient très claires. La description était top! Letty nous avait préparé de l’eau fraîche pour notre arrivée, et tout ce qui était utile pour l’heure tardive de notre arrivée à cause du vol d’avion retardé. Letty était très soucieuse de nous et a été très disponible pour nous aider pour les restaurants/activités. Un carnet avec de bonnes adresses étaient mis à notre disposition. Nous recommandons ce logement à 100%. Encore merci à Letty!

We loved everything about this rental. It is in a great location. We felt very safe and there are so many great places to eat within walking distance. The house is beautiful and looked exactly as pictured. It was clean and comfortable and the rooftop pool is amazing. Veronica and her husband met us for check in and were friendly and so helpful with suggestions for places to visit. She also helped connect us with a car rental prior to our visit so we didn’t have to navigate the stress of finding a car at the airport upon arrival. This was our first trip to Mexico and Veronica helped to make this a wonderful stress free visit. We recommend her 💯 percent!

Beautiful condo in a centrally located resort right in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Large and spacious. Views of the Gulf and beach, only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach from your room. Very pleasant stay with a very gracious and helpful host. A few things to note, the Resort is All Inclusive but you cannot purchase food or drink there, however you can get day passes where you can eat from the buffets and drink at the bars all day, rates on this vary. There is a grocery store within a ten minute walk where you can get everything you need. Many restaurants within walking distance and pubic transportation very close(R1/R2 bus). The beach is beautiful and not crowded, it was a wonderful stay. We never felt unsafe walking around.

Our stay was perfect and the apartment has everything you could need. Super close to the main beach and lovely nearby restaurants. The pool was lovely after a day at the beach. If we returned to the island we would be sure to come back here !

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had an amazing time. It was PERFECT! We loved the view of the ocean and the amazing pool. We truly could have spent the whole trip at the Airbnb. We loved that there were restaurants in walking distance, and a small supermarket within walking distance too. They also recommended a golf cart service for us that drops off/picks up right from the Airbnb which I totally recommend. I cannot say better things about our experience, we absolutely LOVED our stay and hope to return again someday!

Great location, close to main stores, shops, restaurants. Beach right beyond the pool. woody’s place had a cooler, beach chairs, fold chairs, bags for shopping, body boards, we did not need to buy anything but ice and snacks which is just outside the guard entrance. They also have a restaurant with great food that will deliver to the room or the pool in about 30 minutes from placing the order. Great view of the bay and beach. Definitely plan to stay again. Patricio took great care of us, we made him pretty busy and we are grateful.

Great location, good penthouse and amazing host. Had some issues but Nicole quickly responded and addressed them. Will come back again!

Muy buena ubicación, segura el apartamento y edificio limpio y ordenado. La seguridad muy buena nos sentimos en casa. El host buenísimos siempre nos respondió y dio opciones de restaurantes y lugares para visitar. Highly recommend.
