Mikhail’s place was lovely, clean and very peaceful great swimming pool would definitely stay again.

The accommodation, the communication, the location, the facilities everything was absolutely TOP!!!! We felt right at home and if we had any questions, a contact person was immediately on site. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. In the garage there were lots of toys for smaller children as well as pool equipment such as air mattresses, diving aids and even swimming rings for older children and babies. The pool was cleaned by an external company and the fully automatic sprinkler system meant that we didn't have to worry about anything. Shops and restaurants were just a few minutes' walk away. All in all, it was a successful vacation that was unfortunately over far too quickly. Dear Anna, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your accommodation. Just got back from a great week at Villa Olympus; excellent property and everything was provided that we needed.

Decir que desde el primer momento la comunicación fue muy buena. Teniamos un evento y necesitabamos tener una hora de salida flexible y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente. La casa esta en una zona tranquila, cuidados todos los detalles, como en casa. Fuimos con una mascota y el lugar tiene espacio de sobra para ella y bien acondicionada en todos los aspectos. El acceso a la casa fue autonoma y sus instrucciones fueron perfectas. Recomendación para encontrar ubicación exacta, si te dirige a una zona donde hay un bar, vuelve hacia atrás o avanza según por donde llegues hasta pasar un puentecito que cruza el rio...ya que por lo que nos comentaron han cambiado la numeración y el google maps a veces te envia a unos 100m. tät kontakt vid behov. snabba svar. huset var så fridfullt. sköna sängar om än i smalaste laget för vår smak men då fanns det ju två sovrum så det löste sig superbra. bra utrustat kök = lätt att laga middagen hemma och inte behöva gå på restaurang var eviga kväll ;) Kort sagt Ester med familj var enastående bra hyresvärdar

Första gången vi hyrde i mil planeras! Fantastiskt boende och nära till allt! Ska vi hyra igen så kommer vi ta samma!

Great place to live, nice area and very close to the beach. Very clean and nice apartment. The highlight is definetely the balcony.

Nunca he estado en un alojamiento donde hayan pensado hasta en el último detalle.En este había de todo. Estaba todo muy bien,las camas muy cómodas,todo limpio y cómodo. Decoración y mobiliario muy actual, práctico y bonito. Nos ha gustado mucho. Lo único es que cerca,hay poco que ver.Pero para estar relajado ,perfecto.

This is a great apartment. Very close to the cathedral but on a very quiet side street. A very nice and modern one bedroom apartment with a wonderful terrace, complete kitchen, and top floor so it's very quiet. One hundred percent recommended.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la piscine idéale pour une famille avec des petits enfants. Le voisinage est fantastique! C’est un cadre magnifique et tranquille! Il y a un aldi qui se construit à 10 minutes à pied, la plage de Los locos a 15 minutes a pieds. Nous avons aimé découvrir Torrevieja et nous avons été surpris par cette destination de vacances qui est idéal! La promenade du bord de mer est magnifique avec beaucoup de restaurants et de magasins! L’appartement est très bien situé et très propre! Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de nos hôtes. Ils sont discret et disponible rapidement. La maison est très bien équipée et les jardins sont bien entretenus! Nos hôtes nous ont laissé beaucoup de cadeaux et de petites surprises en arrivant! Ils sont aux petits soins! On a aimé cette maison! Merci pour tout encore!

Nos hizo fácil nuestra estancia en Águilas con mascota y un bebé de casi 3 meses. Reunía todo lo necesario. Ubicación tranquila para poder descansar y a minutos en coche de Águilas , con todo lo Necesario para una familia y no tener que estar todo el día comiendo fuera, además de contar con una piscina comunitaria que te permite disfrutar de un baño de forma cómoda .

Zina was an excellent host. The apartment was as described and apart from a few issues with the car parking access, which were sorted, and no bowl or plug in the kitchen sink, everything was fine. The only issues we had were the number of steps to the flat, more than a few and quite narrow, and the lack of lighting at night in the pathway to the flat.

We had an amazing time at the villa! We were a family of 11 and there was plenty of space for us all! The property is very well equipped and had everything we needed. The outside space was great with enough seating area for everyone. It was a bonus to have a washing machine and a line outside to dry clothes. The villa has so much character! We would 💯 return in future ☺️

Amazing property, with lots of nice facilities. The house was well equipped, and the pool was very nice. Finding the property was a little difficult, but clear instruction were given by the host.

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

The villa is exactly as described, open plan and up to date. Everything is available and in good order. Unfortunately one of our group decided (unknown to me) to smoke in his bedroom. Phil respectfully pointed this out, I really hope he was able to air the room and remove any traceds of said person's irresponsible actions. All in all I would highly recommend this villa. One very small point would be to point out that if any of your party suffer from mobility issues, they may find the climb from the road to the apartment challenging. Fortunately that was not a problem for our group.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful house! It matched the description perfectly and was even more spacious than we expected based on the pictures. Our group of 9 had plenty of room, and the house could easily accommodate 10. The location was ideal, with the beach just a short walk away, and the pool was a fantastic bonus. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the sea—it made every morning and evening extra special! The only minor issue was with the electricity, which Silvia had explained upon our arrival. If all the air conditioners, fridges, oven, and stove were running at the same time, the circuit breaker would trip. It wasn’t a big deal though, and we managed just fine. Overall, the house was well worth the price. Silvia and Elena were both incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation spot!

Een prachtige villa in een natuurpark op 2,5 kilometer van het dorp. We hebben er enorm genoten.Manuel was een fantastische host waardoor we ons meteen thuis voelden. Hij was zeer communicatief en reageerde meteen op onze vragen..

Such a fabulous villa. Arriving late at night Suzanne was incredible and so flexible with delayed flights. So friendly and will 100% recommend and stay here again if needed.

Exceptional! Our stay here absolutely exceeded our expectations. From originally booking this wonderful home we were met with nothing but great communication from our host. This is a true home with a peaceful ambience and well maintained. A fantastic location to visit surrounding areas such as the local towns, mud baths and nature reserves. Words cannot describe the serenity felt we felt here. We will always be grateful to have been given the opportunity to stay here.
