The place was beautiful. You get to see the beach front from the veranda or from the master's bedroom. The split type air-conditioned was strong enough to cool the second bedroom. There's a small kitchen with basic cooking utensils, a pot and pan if you choose to do your own cooking. However, it lacked serving platters and serving spoons. For a 5 pax unit, there was not enough hanging rods for wet towels and swim clothes. For days that you don't want to cook, there's a resto bar that you can dine in. It takes them 2 hours before food is served. Henceforth, place your orders 2 hours before meal times. Price of food in the menu is reasonable. I would recommend this place for people who wants a quiet and chill place to stay.

Spent 2 nights at this lovely boathouse tucked away in a quiet part of an otherwise busy, touristy island. We really loved the open layout overlooking the water. We enjoyed sitting on the living room area to watch the sunset or a film. The rooms were spotless and had endless charm. Great for a family or a group of friends looking to get away. Khin Soe and Alan were gracious hosts and provided useful recommendations. The caretakers were proactive, helpful, and we felt safe the whole time. Also, two of the most affectionate dogs live on the property, great cuddlers! 😀 We rented their yacht for an afternoon, a really unforgettable weekend. Just what my jet lagged in-laws needed!

We had a wonderful stay at Jan Jan’s place in Puerto gulera He was an incredibly responsive and helpful host, making our trip very smooth and enjoyable. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids play room was the best and our kids really enjoyed it, We especially appreciated Jorge the caretaker at the property, he was really really helpful and was available anytime we need him Jan Jan and Jorge both were quick respond and gave good local recommendations, We highly recommend Jan Jan's listing to other travelers and would gladly stay here again

Absolutely amazing venue. Stunning location and views to die for. The photo’s don’t do justice to the space, really is fabulous and felt very secure. Loads thoughtful extras, kitchen well equipped and everything is cleaned daily. Rod’s a gold mine of knowledge and can arrange anything you need from bikes to porters to mountain walks or just ambling around the huge grounds. Definitely will be back to enjoy space and warm hospitality of Necerita and Rod, thanks both.

We chose this property because of the wonderful reviews and its proximity to the snorkeling and diving spots. We were taking our kids, (7 & 4) for their first snorkeling experience and we wanted the closest to the islands famous for beautiful marine life. And for that alone it was worth it. The WOW experience ⭐️ communication and recommendations from Orion was great ⭐️ the property had wonderful staff who were attentive, respectful & helpful ⭐️ they helped us organize the bangka folks who transported us in snorkeling sites. ⭐️ the morning and evening views were amazing ⭐️ I left my very important laptop charger and they immediately informed me and found a way to get it back to me! Thank you! We will definitely be back

Stella and David's place was an absolute delight! The house was incredibly spacious and well-designed, perfect for accommodating our large family. The breathtaking views from the property, especially from the spectacular dining room overlooking the ocean, made every meal feel special. We stayed with the rest of my family for one night. The check-in went smoothly and we were able to do so a few minutes before 2PM. Helpers are also available in the property 24/7! The place is as described in the advertisement. The rooms are quite steep and is a bit challenging for seniors but they powered through. Anyway, we had an overall excellent experience. To cat lovers, there’s a lot of cats in the area! Valley is so cuuuuteeee!! Thank you for an enjoyable stay :)

Just finished our stay at this amazing Airbnb, and we couldn’t be more satisfied! The house was perfect—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. But what made our experience even better was Kuya Noy, the caretaker. He was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist, and made sure we had a smooth and enjoyable stay. John Louie is very accommodating and responsive. Replies right away and gives exact directions. He’s very proactive too. The place is exactly as described. Same as the photos too. It is very spacious and clean. The pool is warm (summer time) nice to relax in. The weather is extemely hot when we arrived so it’s not best to swim around 10am-3pm. We just had lunch and played with board games that they provided. We also did karaoke. Suggestion to put sun shade at the pool area. They provided clean blankets. Complete kitchen appliances (ref, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, 2 burner stove, pans, pots and bowls. They also have a griller. The pool lights and water falls are some of the features the children loved. The overall stay was excellent and we will definitely come back.

Mary Jane and Kuya Rudy were very accomodating and friendly. They were literally around the whole time to give assistance. Though the place is 4-5 mins to the beach, he serviced us with his own tricycle back and forth. They were good family and we felt at home during our stay. The place is clean and peaceful, the clean pool and free mangoes are bonus. We will definitely stay again if we’re around Batangas. (Jerwin and Anna)

Nice and spacious! We enjoyed the place esp the kids! The pool, TV, the aircon, the kitchen, everything added up to our whole experience. Caretaker was thorough and responsive as well.

Sir Carl and Ma’am Nora were very friendly, accommodating, and hands-on. They and their helpers ensured that the place was clean and our needs were attended to. From my initial inquiry, to the adjustments with our booking, to our actual stay, Sir Carl was responsive and welcoming. The place overall is neat and orderly, so we really tried our best to leave it the same way. Truly worth the price we paid for. It was the perfect place for multiple celebrations in our family.
