Great spot and very comfortable for our family of 5. Beautiful views of the water. Ac worked great. Construction next door was a bit brutal, but not to be helped with town expansion. While we were there the town was installing a seaweed fence beyond the buoy line, so hopefully for future visitors the seaweed in water and on beach will be lessened. The easy beach path (next to Paradise) is closed off due to pending new construction, but simple enough to walk a little beyond to official entrance. The two pools were fun for the kids - shallow for the littlest and deeper for the big kids. Staff were friendly and helpful and town was lovely as usual. We’ll definitely book here again!

Toller Aufenthalt – gerne wieder! Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt! Ursprünglich hatten wir eine andere Wohnung gebucht, doch aufgrund von Bauarbeiten wurden wir in eine andere Unterkunft umquartiert – und wir waren damit mehr als zufrieden. Alles war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und hat sich gut um alles gekümmert. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Douglas, Krystal and their team were always responsive and helpful. Sergio, the onsite manager, was especially helpful and when a couple small things needed maintenance, got them fixed very quickly. He also helped me when we needed to prepare for the Hurricane that came through Playa. (The building is made very sturdy, so nothing broke). It's very close to 5th avenue, beaches, grocery, everything you need. Also very convenient is the washing machine/dryer just outside the apartment! I would stay again. Ana was quick to respond to any questions we had, a great host. The condo is in the perfect location right by the beach, the main square, and the road that has most of the restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the living room was a great place to relax plus the space was very clean. The location, and all of Puerto Morelos, Is really safe and quiet, it’s a lovely town. Our only minor complaint was the hot water was inconsistent so showers varied in temperature but we learned how to deal with it so wasn’t too big a deal.

We had a fantastic stay with three adults, a preschooler, and an infant. The unit felt luxurious—spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The balcony had a perfect ocean breeze and was a great place to relax. Beds were very comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. While the complex shows some age, it’s well maintained—especially the pools, which were clean and inviting. The on-site restaurants offered convenient poolside service, and the private beach was pristine, with free lounge chairs (tips appreciated). Overall, a wonderful experience—we’d gladly return and highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing, elevated stay.

Spectacular place, a block from beach, 3 blocks to 5th ave, secure, 24 hour service front desk, cab always available outside, friendly staff, food is great on rooftop, great music at pool, I’m coming back for sure. Lock box in room, comfortable beds, great showers with hot water, and warm heated pools with jets. Loved it 10 out of 10

Super chambre ! Le lit est un peu petit et la douche un peu vieillotte, mais pour le prix c’est top ! L’emplacement est idéal, Andrea est au top elle nous a bien arrangé et a été super réactive donc c’est un 5 étoiles !

Beautiful stay! Very comfortable for our family of 4!! So nice to have beach gear (chairs, beach blanket, snorkels/fins/masks/small umbrella) and household basics provided (tp, dish soap, drinking water, shower soaps, napkins, cooking oils and spices, and ground coffee). We enjoyed the back yard space a bunch. Loved the coffee shop treats in the Am. It's a lovely comfortable spot.

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

Our stay at Casa Jaybird was amazing. We spent a month here and could have easily stayed longer. The location really can't be beat - a super quiet street right off 5th Avenue and walking distance to the beach. But for being so close to all the action, the home felt so private when you were inside. Elizabeth was always responsive and quick to answer our questions, and Samuel was always so kind and happy to help with anything around the house. We have young children so we had white noise machines in all the bedrooms, so we didn't have any concerns with the noise as some reviews mention. There was some construction nearby during the day but truly nothing that really bothered us. We'll be back!

Our stay was incredible and homey. Gaby was such a great host always responding right to any question or issue I had. Thank you so much for having us in your home.

Jeffrey and Mariel are the best host we ever had. Extremely responsive, full of suggestions. House is beautiful and recent, nice furniture same as photos. El Cielo is a quiet gated community 10 minutes drive from downtown PDC. Strongly recommended!

Dan and Mariana's place was great! Exactly as advertised, great location and well maintained. There was a little bit of temporary construction nearby, but otherwise extremely private and a great spot for a group to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Easy walk to the beach and Playa del Carmen. We were a group of 11 and very comfortable - would happily return!

Estuvimos muy cómodos 5 adultos distribuidos en 3 cuartos, y 3 baños. La vista es hermosa. Está localizado a unos pasos de la quinta avenida. El servicio de front desk siempre estuvo abierto a recibir solicitudes y fueron muy serviciales. Excelente experiencia.

Este ha sido uno de los mejores Airbnbs que me he quedado. El check in fue bastante facil y cuenta con seguridad 24/7 en el lobby. Los staffs bastante amigables y con disposición para ayudar. A pesar de estar a pasos de la 5ta avenida, no se escuchan ruidos, por lo que pudimos pasar noches bastantes tranquilas. La comunicación con Fernando fue excelente, sus respuestas a nuestras dudas eran inmediatas. Si vuelvo a viajar a Playa del Carmen, definitivamente repetiría este apartamento.

Great location! We stayed there for a wedding in Iberostar and it was super close. Rent a car if you're staying because it's more convenient. They also have plenty of chairs and umbrellas if you plan to walk to the beach. The beach was so nice and it felt like a private beach! They also welcome you with some treats! We had some miscommunication but we sorted it out. Will recommend it especially if you have young kids.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable accommodation in the perfect location. The building amenities were great- and all staff was very friendly and responsive. There is noise from the neighboring beach club- but it was not late at night and did not bother us at all. It was a fantastic stay!!! I would return

El departamento es un lujo completo, la tranquilidad es de lo que más se agradece. La ubicación es excelente ya que tiene restaurantes y supermercado a no más de 100 metros. La privacidad y seguridad del lugar es de lo que más se valora ya que desde el principio nos dio la calma de que todo iba a estar muy bien. La comunicación con Olu y Almida fue simplemente espectacular todo fue muy facil, la comunicación siempre fue excelente y súper clara. No tenemos cosas negativas que decir y por el contrario, la próxima vez de fijo nos vamos a hospedar ahí mismo. Recomendación al 100%

El condominio muy bonito y cómodo, muy buen tamaño y equipado. Que mas puedes pedir, alberca y jacuzzi privados en tu condominio, albercas gigantes en el complejo, playa muy bonita con mucha arena fina y limpia, mar excelente para meterte a nadar, a 5 minutos de la quinta avenida en playa del Carmen en donde tienes todo para divertirte, compras, restaurantes y bares. Super a 5 minutos en carro, oxxo y tienditas a solo unas cuadras, la verdad volvería sin pensarlo. El anfitrión al pendiente de cualquier pregunta. pantallas en sala y recamaras, aire frio y abanicos. Asador weber de gas listo para usarse. Lavadora y secadora en el condominio. La verdad super equipado, solo necesitas ir al super por comida y bebidas y listo. Tiene hasta una hielera con llantitas lista para llenarla. Muchas gracias Ahmed y Alberto por sus atenciones. My husband and I came down to Playa del Carmen for an extended weekend vacation. The goal was to relax and get away from the hustle and bussle of daily life. With Erin's place, we were able to do just that. From arranging transportation to and from the airport, to the ease of access as well as easy check in and check out. We thoroughly enjoyed the ease of access to both the beach and the pool. The swim up bar in the pool allowed for the time and space to interact with other guests and residents who knew the area and were able to give great suggestions for food and activities. Everything we wanted or needed was within walking distance of the condo, which made it a very accessible location for anything that you might need. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay in Playa del Carmen.
