This is the second time I’ve stayed at Carmen’s place, I love this house I would definitely come back. The house is at a perfect location the beach is just steps away from the house and so is 5th avenue. Carmen is always very flexible and very responsive. GREAT LOCATION!! 100% recommend!!

Excellent place to stay in Cozumel. Very nicely furnished apartment with everything one could need. Host wast responsive, friendly and proactive. It was really nice that there was a cleaning service available as well. The facilities and location are excellent. We had a very pleasant stay.

Michael is a fantastic host and the home we stayed in on the ocean was PERFECT for our group of 8. He totally hooked us up with a local taxi company that was very reasonable and the service was great. I can't imagine not coming back!

Our family of 6 adult and 2 kids really enjoyed this place. Great location right on the beach. No vendors hawking their wares. Easy access to the water The house is not fancy but has everything you need. Lots of beach towels, 2 big beach umbrellas, drinking water, beach chairs, everything you need in the kitchen. Washer dryer, lots of hot water Could use a hair dryer Cece had the first floor bedroom twin beds made into a king for us which we appreciated A easy taxi ride to town It is a perfect place for families We had different families coming early and going late and Cece accommodated them Cece and Irma responded quickly and even referred us to a doctor. Then followed up to see if everything was ok and if there was anything they could do We would definitely stay there again ❤️

Good Vibes! We (family of 3 - 2adults 1 kiddo) had a great time staying at this property. The property is located at a cul-de-sac -very quiet & peaceful - about 5min away from "down town" Puerto Morelos. We had a rental car but really liked taking out the bikes (provided) going to town or shopping for groceries (my choice: Chedraui). I am a hobby cook and appreciated the well equiped kitchen - not fancy but well above average for airbnb standards - pots, pans, tools - you'll find what you need... Marcelo, the host was always very responsive and proactive. Overall, we hope that we'll be back someday in the near future - thanks Marcelo!

My family of 5, including three young kids, stayed here for 8 days, and it really was wonderful. We loved having so much space, a pool, and easy beach access. The house was exactly as pictured and in great condition. While they had recently purchased a new washing machine, it had not yet been installed, but they made up for this by having Wendy, the lovely woman who cleaned daily, take our clothing to be washed. I asked a ton of questions about the area and very much appreciated all of their recommendations - specifically would recommend the cenote listed in their guestbook. Meaghan also helped connect us with Anna, a woman who cooked a few dinners for us at a very reasonable price. We went to the water park one day and bought guest passes to the Iberostar next door two other days. It ended up being a perfect combination of resort time and more relaxed days, and my kids have asked to go back every single day since we came home.

Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa en la casa de Paulina. Ella fue increíblemente atenta y siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades. La comunicación fue excelente desde el principio, lo que nos hizo sentir muy cómodos. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio y muy acogedor, perfecto para descansar después de un día de aventuras. Además, su ubicación es ideal, ya que está cerca de lugares impresionantes como Playa del Carmen y el parque Xcaret. ¡Totalmente recomendado! Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

El alojamiento está bien ubicado, hay un supermercado cerca y está cerca del centro de Playa y de la carretera federal que conecta a todo el estado. Ideal si van en auto. El fraccionamiento es muy familiar y tranquilo, las personas de seguridad fueron muy amables. La casa está muy bien equipada para hacer la estancia cómoda. La comunicación siempre fue puntual y muy clara. Volveríamos a alojarnos aquí sin duda alguna.

We had a great time with our son and his family of 8. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The kids loved swimming in the pool but it was a little chilly for the adults. The water heater could be turned up for showers & washing dishes—there is no dishwasher which I didn’t realize but was not a problem. The location is great, easy walk to many restaurants and the main road to watch the sunset and a Soriana grocery. We felt very safe. When walking turn right leaving the house, first night we went left and it was a busy road and no sidewalk. Fabiola was great! Very helpful, answered all questions very promptly. Will return!!

Es una casa muy linda y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones en familia, cada quien pudo tener su espacio con baño privado, el area de la piscina es muy linda y en general la locación en Playacar es bastante conveniente.

Maison bien équipée et spacieuse, dans un secteur paisible et sécuritaire, avec bonne connexion Internet et à distance raisonnable de marche pour faire l’épicerie. Je la recommande vivement. L’hôte était réceptif et répondait rapidement à nos messages. Il nous a trouvé 2 parcs de bébé. Les lits étaient confortables. La piscine à 2 niveaux était à proximité et idéale pour nos enfants. Durant notre séjour de 3 sem., nous avons utilisé les services de Maria, la femme de ménage. Elle a fait un excellent travail autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Nous avons utilisé la carte d’accès au Reef Club mais je ne le conseille pas si vous avez de jeunes enfants. Le resort est loin (30 min) et petit, sans attrait pour les enfants. Pour boire ou manger, il faut acheter un livret de coupons à 100 US qu’il faut dépenser le jour même. Nous avons préféré acheter des DayPass au Iberostar situé à 10 min. Seule déception, nous étions loin de tout... loin de la 5e avenue, des restos et de la plage.

Milko’s casita was a WONDERFUL place for us to stay when another air bnb did not end up working out. He provided excellent and detailed last minute support, kindness, and warmth. The house itself is beautiful with wonderful amenities and is close to anything you could need. Our kids were in awe of local wildlife and we are delicious food at all the local restaurants. Very thankful to have met these exceedingly gracious hosts. :)

We had a delightful stay at this property. It’s conveniently located near a pharmacy, restaurants, and shopping. While not directly in the heart of town, it’s just a short drive to Fifth Avenue and the Mall of the Americas. The private pool was the highlight of our stay, and there’s a beautiful beach nearby. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials and some extras, ensuring we had a great breakfast and snacks before embarking on our city exploration and visits to the Xacaret parks. The area appears secure and peaceful, and the host was friendly and attentive, promptly addressing our questions and requests.

Magnifique maison nichée dans le petit village collé à la plage, à quelques minutes à peine de marche! Les 3 chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables. 3 grandes salles de bain, pratique! La petite piscine est très agréable en fin de journée avec les enfants. La grande terrasse avec moustiquaire est particulièrement une plus! Franco répond rapidement et est très accommodant. Je recommande fortement cette maison!

Our family had the most wonderful time here. The house, the pool, the rooftop, the location it was all just perfect for us. We hope to come back!

An amazingly beautiful property. The architecture and design of the home was incredible. The backyard was like a dream. So many trees and vegetation. The house is full of plants which added so much to the gorgeous character of the home. It was less than 5 minute walk to the beach, and you walk by mayan ruins to get there. Private, peaceful, quiet area that is tucked away from the crowds but is walking distance to tons of restaurants and souvenir shops. There is quite a lot of wildlife that walks back and forth across the backyard. Coatis, capybaras, raccoons. They were fun to see but would sometimes leave messes behind. The pool and spa are not heated so it got a little chilly in late March but that didn’t deter my kids from swimming daily. We also really appreciated the giant purified water jug and pump and a cleaner that came every few days. Magical place, would stay again!!

5-Star Stay! We had a fantastic time in this apartment, and it was all thanks to the wonderful host, Ivan! He was super responsive to any questions or concerns we had, and made sure we felt right at home. The security team and our neighbors were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!
