Renta de condominios vacacionales en Puerto Morelos

We booked Judith's listing last minute after a different Airbnb fell through. From the start of our interactions, Judith was very timely in responding and proactively gave us instructions for the space. The building manager Juan also helped us to get acquainted with the location and responded promptly to questions or needs we had. It's a beautiful building, close to 38th street where there are many bars and restaurants, and we had access to a rooftop patio which was nice to watch the sunset. It can be a bit noisy at night because of how close the place is to La Quinta. Despite Juan and Telcel's attentiveness, the internet was a bit spotty from the start and throughout our weeklong stay. We made it work and felt that the host did their best to rectify the situation. Overall, we had a lovely stay and I would definitely book this place again.

Wunderschöne sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung ! super sauberer Pool auf dem Dach. sehr gute Lage mitten in der 5. Avenida. Im vorderen Zimmer hört man die Partymeile nachts. trotzdem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Würde ich gerne wieder buchen !

Jeff’s place was hands down the best stay we could have had for Playa Del Carmen! Extremely convenient location, literally right on La Quinta Avenida, with all restaurants and bars surrounding it, just a 6 minute walk to the beach (by Mamita’s), so much to see and do and all within a short walking distance. The apartment itself was beautiful, very clean, and more than enough space for us. Jeff and his property manager Claudio were both very responsive and helpful. Claudio was always available to make sure everything was working properly and to ensure that we had a 5 star experience. Couldn’t think of a better place to stay, this was well worth the value, and I would love to come back!

I would highly recommend Karen's place. Location was great for beach, restaurants and shopping. But also quiet and private. Great rooftop pool and bar. Everything was as listed and Karen was always responsive with our questions. Would stay here again!

Solo un detalle que la ducha de uno de los estaba sin cortina y fuera del baño. Eramos todas amigas y nos hubiera gustado tener un poco de privacidad al bañarnos. El resto todo impecable. tuvimos más detalles de los que esperábamos. Había hasta café!

Awesome place to stay, would go again! We went there with a 4 years old and a 6 months old and it was perfect. The street noise wasn't an issue at all and the proximity to everything is very useful. Thanks!

Excelente departamento. Enorme, limpio, cómodo y bien distribuido. Está totalmente equipado, es la primera vez que voy a un Airbnb con tantas cosas para utilizar. Cafetera, tostadora, pava, dispenser de agua, sillas y sombrilla para la playa, parrilla, utensilios de todo tipo, etc. Fuimos 3 los huéspedes y estábamos super bien. Camas cómodas, TV y aire acondicionado en cada ambiente (el del living andaba mal lo cual fue reportado). El condominio es hermoso! Super cuidado, seguro, tranquilo. Adentro de Playacar hay tiendas como OXXO y 7 eleven y lugares para comer o pasear. Tambien alquilan bicicletas. La piscina enorme y limpia. Si queres descansar como yo éste es el lugar. Dejamos el auto sin problemas en el estacionamiento. A veces caminábamos al centro dado que estacionar es problemático allí, son 20 min caminando aprox. Y la playa a pocos metros, la cual me encantó. Se camina por una pasarela al lado del hotel Reef, muy directo y seguro.

Tomoko's place was one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. Spacious, cozy and beautiful modern apartment with cold AC, great wifi, comfy bed, hot shower, everything you could need. Building had fantastic amenities including a remote work room which had great wifi and was air conditioned, a small but mighty gym for a proper work out, a lovely rooftop pool and cold tub and a ground floor hot (more warm) tub. Location was spectacular in walking distance from all of our favorite restaurants and things to do. Couldn't recommend enough.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay! Olivia’s property is pristine, and was well equipped. Comfortable bedding and linens, so many nice small touches. (Coffee, water and tea provided) The property is located in the gated PlayaCar area of Playa del Carmen. It’s a beautiful area, very walkable with several restaurants and a convenient store across the street. The AWA complex is stunning-such a beautiful pool area. During our stay, we enjoyed some of Olivia’s recommendations such as Osteria de Roma, and Casa Sofia. We also enjoyed the French bakery across the street. (Amazing breakfast and service) During our days not spent at the pool, we enjoyed Mamitas beach club, Kay beach club, and enjoyed our time at Xel-Ha. Overall, one of our family’s most memorable trips! We will be back! (We loved it so much, we are watching properties for sale in AWA)

Me encantó el lugar, súper tranquilo y seguro, no tan cerca de la 5ta avenida pero lo suficiente para llegar rápido y no tener ruido para poder descansar, la casa tal cuál las fotos, con lo necesario para poder cocinar y un poco más, Liliane atenta para solucionar dudas, y nos dió la facilidad de salir unas horas más tarde por el horario de nuestro vuelo, muy agradecidos con ella, nos sentimos cómo en casa.

Although located a bit further away from the beach, Erika’s condo had everything you need for a relaxed comfortable stay without all the hustle and bustle from the clubs and traffic. We enjoyed our stay and wished we had more time to spend in the pools as well as using the many amenities. Very ideal for families!

Our stay at the apartment was fantastic – it looked exactly like in the photos. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and the apartment even had a beach umbrella. The rooms and common areas were spacious, but the highlight was definitely the incredibly helpful host, who explained everything perfectly. The location was excellent, with the beach and the main promenade with restaurants just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

Great communication with Steven. The place was big, and very comfy. Carlos at the front was very nice. The location was peacefull and approximatly 15-20 mins walk to a beach access. You can walk to the end of 5th ave where there is Restaurants. But it's not too close. No grocerie stores close by. A couple restaurants but not much. So it makes it secluded. Overall great apartement rented by nice people. Would recommend for sure! Thank you!

El departamento es tal cual como se muestra en las fotos. Buena ubicación, cercana al supermercado y a unas cuadras de la 5 ta avenida. Alvaro estuvo siempre atento cada vez que necesitamos algo. Muy recomendado para largas estancias, ya que cuenta con todo lo necesario.

Alojamiento limpio, con buen mantenimiento, cerca de tiendas y lugares para comer. Si eres sensible al ruido debes saber que no es de los edificios más silenciosos.

My husband and I just finished our one month stay in Estiven’s condo unit. What a great place to stay. His condo unit is clean and equipped with everything you need. Honestly I have never had an Airbnb with such good kitchen supplies, linens, and extras (beach chairs, floats, cooler etc…) The couch and beds were new and comfortable. The unit is conveniently located close to the pool, club house and front gate. The Selva complex is wonderful. It has a great community pool, organized pickleball, yoga classes, aqua-fit and weekly social activities like karaoke and live music. If you are a walker, you can get to groceries and restaurants in 25 minutes. You can get to convenient stores in 15 minutes. Taxis are inexpensive and readily available to take you shopping or to the beach. Public transportation is also close by. Anyone would be happy here. Please note it is a 3rd floor unit without elevators. I would book it again in a heartbeat.

This condo was excellent. Great value, I was a bit concerned with how low the price was, but after arriving found it to be much better than I had even hoped! The condo is comfortable, checkin is easy with 24hr front desk staff, and the pool is perfectly sized and was empty the majority of the time that we stayed. The real standout thought is the location. There are so many excellent restaurants right there on 38th, and you’re as close to Quinta Avenida that you’d want to be, without hearing club music all night. The beach is also about a 30second walk from the entrance. Rooftop pool is also very nice, although it’s 18+ only. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again, as it’s an excellent value, and perfectly situated.

Very responsive and friendly host. Bottled water was not listed, but when I asked about it, Favio said he would ensure there was a full large bottle with a pump. Much appreciated. The deck was spacious and had comfortable chair. The rooftop pool had several types of seating, and we never had a problem finding a comfortable place to relax. We would stay there again.

We were here for 2 months. The condo is in a great location central to many fabulous restaurants and a fancy grocery store. It is exactly like the photos. Lovely view with a private balcony. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Juan and the other staff were helpful and friendly. The host, Steve, gave us many great local suggestions. Highly recommend staying here.

Very cute place. Looks like the pictures. The girls used the private pool once and the public pool a few times. Even though we had wrist bands we were not able to use the roof top. One other thing it didn’t have an oven so we couldn’t make pizza for the girls one night after a long day in the sun. But that was no big deal since we were hardly home. The master shower can be a bit of a challenge because you have to step down into it. The unit is very close to 5th street and all the attractions. It’s beachfront so very convenient being next to the Mamitas beach! Across the street is a 7 Eleven which we loved! Our girls were always wanting snacks! The host was amazing and super fast on responding. I can’t believe she responded to me at 2am one morning. I had to leave to the airport at 5am that morning and she still helped me with questions I had prior to check out. I dont think she sleeps very well when she has to respond to renters like me. She is amazing! Thank you! 😁
