Such an incredible property! The photos do not do the house justice - the stone, the wood, the lighting was incredible. It was incredibly clean and so peaceful. The backyard was gorgeous. Felt very safe and not too far from town by taxi. Fernando was super communicative and so helpful once we arrived, helped arrange a private chef dinner and always responded back promptly with any questions I had. Really appreciated how friendly and accommodating he was to our group. HIGHLY recommend this Airbnb!!

Nuuku was even more magical than we expected. The service was 11/10 spectacular! Franco & Chef Manuel took very good care of us, the food was so delicious and the housekeeping was amazing. Lilia (the host) was great at communicating and accommodating our specific needs. We used their recommended shuttle service, Cecy, and it went as smooth as possible. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t see another guest until dinner on our last night. We felt so spoiled and relaxed! Definitely recommend the massages and the private cenote dinner. It was a PERFECT start to our honeymoon, so romantic and peaceful. I cannot recommend enough. If you’re looking for a chill and beautiful place to stay, don’t hesitate, just book.

Our family stayed for a week and loved our entire stay! The house itself it beautiful and just like the pictures, with plenty of space and privacy. It also felt very safe, being inside Playacar and also on a private gated street. Location was quiet, private, and a short walk to the beach. Everything was clean and the amenities as listed. Loved the pool, roof top deck with hot tub which was great at night, full kitchen with gas grill, Sonos system, and the private cenote on the property with turtles and fish. There's also a tennis court across the street, so we played tennis and pickleball a few times too. Our kids also appreciated the pool toys and boogie boards. Ina was also a super responsive host, meeting us when we arrived and checking in several times during the week. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cool villa rental in PDC, great for a family or group of friends. Thank you for a great stay!

Super relajante estar en esta casa , lo unico que comentaria es que tengan cuidado en no dejar ventanas o puertas abiertas, me.encontre con 3 arañas grandisimas en diferentes lugares.. pero de ahi en fuera todo excelente 👌

Gillian’s place was so beautiful. Artistically and tastefully decorated with everything you need to feel at home. Fantastic location. While it is conveniently close to downtown, it’s still perfectly located within Playacar. A couple of things we learned after a few days that made our time more enjoyable. Rent bikes the first day. Then you can easily get around and find all the little gems in Playacar. Xaman-Ha Paseo makes a loop around the golf course and it’s a bike lane on one side. The pool has a permanent visitor - Mr Iguana. He loves the pool, but for gods sake don’t feed him or any of the animals because they will become pests. Gillian’s condo is surrounded by a jungle patch that is an Aviary you can visit. It’s like watching the nature channel from the living room. If you come to PDC from a cooler, drier climate like us, leave the windows closed and turn on the AC in the rooms you occupy. Turn them off when you leave the room and shut doors to keep it cool.

This place was fantastic and our hosts were amazing. Our flights were delayed and then we were delayed again at immigration, but our hosts were still able to meet us at the house to let us in and show us around. The place itself is huge, great private pool, tons of bedrooms. Perfect for large groups. If we come back to PDC we’d definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful spring break at Casa Grande. It's an amazing place, looks even better than the pictures and very spacious and roomy. Location was ideal - there are no houses in front of it, so you get an un-interrupted view of the sea which we never got tired of. The beach in front was amazing, and had very less seaweed while we were there, and it got cleaned up I think on a weekly basis. Restaurants, shops along the famous 5th avenue were a short 10-15 walk away along a very peaceful and secure gated community. And for days where we were tired from hanging out at the beach, Uber eats was always a convenient option. Mercedes and her team were excellent hosts - very responsive and quick to resolve a couple of minor improvements we suggested. We loved our time there, and would love to come back and stay at this property in future.

Casa Vista Del Mar was the perfect spot for our family this summer! We stayed for 2 months with two children and loved the pool and location which was a 5 minute walk from town. The beach was covered with seaweed so we didn’t go often but it was great being across the street for convenience. Gisel was so good responsive to anything we needed - highly recommend this property

Stayed for my bachelor party with 10 guys in our mid-30s for 3 nights and it was absolutely perfect. More than enough room for all of us and there was even space for people to break off from the group and relax in the quiet for a bit when needed. The rooftop pool/splash area was amazing, could walk everywhere (beach, clubs), restaurants, etc. We really enjoyed walking to the nightclubs around the corner, and to the beach during the day. Both are less than a minute away! You can hear the clubs at night but we didn't care at all, it added to the vibes. If you're looking for a place for a bachelorette/bachelor party, this is your spot. Yanet and her team were absolutely amazing. We checked out most of Yanet's recommendations and they were amazing! Carolina Beach Club, book a yacht, and highly recommend using the private chef called Tasty Nomads to enjoy a wonderful meal on the roof at the Villa. The place is clean, and security, Carlos, was awesome! Perfect stay! 10/10, will visit again!

We took the family, all 10 of us to Playa del Carmen for a Christmas treat. Ages ranged from 10 months to us older grandparents. Glen, Esther & Skip, were extremely responsive from first inquiry to helping us find a ride service to the airport. We always felt they could help us out in a pinch. We arrived late at night & I remember, in the morning, stepping outside to the grounds & feeling like I was in a movie. Gorgeous lush, dense tropical vegetation, a stone crafted walkways winding to the gorgeous main villa & throughout the grounds. Plus a beautiful & expansive pool/ water layout. We chose to have a chef for breakfast every morning. Definitely a luxurious way to start your day. We took day trips, however, we thought why do we want to drive to a beach when we have an entire, stunning resort to ourselves. Whether you are a couple or larger group, this amazing Airbnb will definitely impress everyone.

This place was wonderful, and exactly as described. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. It is worth getting a Geo coordinate / pin drop for Google maps. The address is something that Google seems to struggle with, or at least it did for us. Thankfully, the host was able to help us find the residence in this way immediately upon request.

The neighborhood was great, the private beach in the neighborhood was beautiful! The house is situated at 15 minute walk from places to shop or eat and everyone is very pleasant! Ananda, the hostess replies to queries very quickly and has excellent suggestions for local shops, businesses or transportation services. Our group of 12 was very happy staying in this home! Other guests have mentioned that the pool is cold, it’s true—but the local beach is warm!

Dies ist nicht immer selbstverständlich. Der Kontakt mit Veronica war immer Freundlich zeitnah und hilfsbereit. Bei Problemen hat sie umgehend reagiert und bot immer ihre Hilfe an. Casa Palmas was an incredible place to stay! Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and helpful. The house was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with handcrafted mahogany details and all the comforts of home. The central A/C, purified water system, and high-speed Wi-Fi made our stay even better. The location was unbeatable—just steps from the beach and a short walk to 5th Avenue for great dining and shopping. The three terraces offered stunning views, and the tropical gardens made it feel like a private paradise. This home was perfect for our group, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. We highly recommend Casa Palmas and would absolutely stay here again!

We had amazing time at Casa prince. Danny(Host) was very communicative from the start. Messaging the address, Accommodating us early check in since our flight got there early. House was beautiful and puerto morelos is an amazing town if you used to commute in playa. Downtown was 8Km which takes 15 minutes to get there. Danny is amazing host and yes i will book here again if i stay in puerto morelos again. Please if you book here ask Danny and she will try her best to help you with all informations.

Chris was absolutely amazing! He practically planned our entire trip while we were in Playa del Carmen, making everything seamless. His home is truly an oasis—beautiful, peaceful, and so well-equipped that we didn’t want to leave! We stayed for three days and had everything we needed right there. Plus, everything else was within walking distance, making our stay effortless. Next time, I’m bringing my kids because this place is just too special not to share. Walk in and see for yourself—I promise you won’t be disappointed! While nothing in life is perfect, this home was absolutely perfect in our eyes. We came for peace and serenity, and we got that and so much more. The beautiful birds singing—even some that sounded like they were speaking our language—made it even more magical.
