Apartamento muy bien ubicado, muy fácil de llegar, nosotros llegamos en ADO y la terminal estaba muy cerca del alojamiento. Alejandro fue muy amable con nosotros, muy predispuesto. El apartamento muy lindo, cálido, con todas las amenidades, el edificio super completo y super seguro. Super recomendado.

Excelente dpto, lo básico para armar una comida o calentar. El dpto es muy agradable y como se ve en las fotos. En la cuadra hay minimercado, frutería, restaurant y puestos en la plaza. El dpto está a unos minutos de la terminal del ADO.

We had a fantastic stay with three adults, a preschooler, and an infant. The unit felt luxurious—spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The balcony had a perfect ocean breeze and was a great place to relax. Beds were very comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. While the complex shows some age, it’s well maintained—especially the pools, which were clean and inviting. The on-site restaurants offered convenient poolside service, and the private beach was pristine, with free lounge chairs (tips appreciated). Overall, a wonderful experience—we’d gladly return and highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing, elevated stay.

Spectacular place, a block from beach, 3 blocks to 5th ave, secure, 24 hour service front desk, cab always available outside, friendly staff, food is great on rooftop, great music at pool, I’m coming back for sure. Lock box in room, comfortable beds, great showers with hot water, and warm heated pools with jets. Loved it 10 out of 10

This condo and it's host Kelley deserve way more than a five star rating ! Beautiful accomodations and views. The six of us ( all retirees ) stayed the month of February 2025. Amazing restaurants and such friendly and helpful locals. The views from the condo are amazing, seeing cruise ships come in and leave Cozumel daily. We saw dolphins , stingrays and fish in the sea right from the pool. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to make us feel right ar home. We would highly recommend Nah Ha condominiums unit 101. Bill Strauch , one of 3 handsome guys traveling with the 3 wicked sisters !

Great place to stay. Amazing apartment in great location. Well equipped, clean and very modern. Pool is a real bonus! Great host too. I would recommend and I would stay again. Only downside is a metal cover on the road immediately outside the apartment, it makes a racket every time a car drives over it. No issue in the day but it kept us awake at night a few times.

Michael is a fantastic host and the home we stayed in on the ocean was PERFECT for our group of 8. He totally hooked us up with a local taxi company that was very reasonable and the service was great. I can't imagine not coming back!

We were a group of 3 retired couples that stayed for 30 days at Laura’s place. We loved the area! Gated , safe area, secure property. Walked to beautiful beach , and restaurants, convenience stores. The house was nice and very well stocked. Rooftop was great! The community was very friendly and helpful

Super Villa, moderner et très propre. La piscine est juste INCROYABLE avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Bien situé à environ 2km de la section touristique de Puerto Morelos et 2km de Joaquin Zetina Gasca (section moins touristique de Puerto Morelos). Je recommande sans hésité nous avons passé une fabuleuse semaine en famille. Je vous recommande de vous louer une voiture si vous envisagez réserver cette Vila, cela rendra vos déplacement beaucoup plus agréable et sécuritaire. Puerto Morelos est un petit village qui en vaut vraiment la peine, la vie y est douce.

Beautiful stay! Very comfortable for our family of 4!! So nice to have beach gear (chairs, beach blanket, snorkels/fins/masks/small umbrella) and household basics provided (tp, dish soap, drinking water, shower soaps, napkins, cooking oils and spices, and ground coffee). We enjoyed the back yard space a bunch. Loved the coffee shop treats in the Am. It's a lovely comfortable spot.

Our family of 6 adult and 2 kids really enjoyed this place. Great location right on the beach. No vendors hawking their wares. Easy access to the water The house is not fancy but has everything you need. Lots of beach towels, 2 big beach umbrellas, drinking water, beach chairs, everything you need in the kitchen. Washer dryer, lots of hot water Could use a hair dryer Cece had the first floor bedroom twin beds made into a king for us which we appreciated A easy taxi ride to town It is a perfect place for families We had different families coming early and going late and Cece accommodated them Cece and Irma responded quickly and even referred us to a doctor. Then followed up to see if everything was ok and if there was anything they could do We would definitely stay there again ❤️

5 ⭐️! Best Airbnb we’ve rented. The house was even more amazing than the photos, beautifully designed. Dora was SO helpful and responsive - organizing drivers, chefs,private cenote etc. Breakfast was a highlight each morning with Charlie and dinner was amazing with Pablo. Highly recommend hiring both chefs for your stay! The gardeners tried their best to clear the seaweed in front while keeping the pool and property immaculate. We were 7 adults, 5 y/o and 5 month old and the house was perfect - ensuites in each room! Can’t recommend Villa Karina enough!

Ons verblijf in dit prachtige privéhuis aan het strand was simpelweg perfect. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons welkom en ontspannen. Het huis zelf is ruim en stijlvol ingericht, met een adembenemend uitzicht dat ons telkens weer verraste. Wat direct opviel, was de netheid – alles was brandschoon, wat het verblijf nog aangenamer maakte. Het enorme bed was een droom om in te slapen, met zowel harde als zachte kussens, zodat er voor iedereen een comfortabele optie was. De airconditioning zorgde ervoor dat we ook tijdens warme dagen heerlijk konden afkoelen. De rust die deze plek biedt, is ongeëvenaard. Geen drukte, geen lawaai – alleen het geluid van de golven en de zachte bries. Als je op zoek bent naar een bijzondere en ontspannen vakantie, dan is dit dé plek om naartoe te gaan. Wij hopen dat deze bijzondere authentieke plek blijft bestaan, moeilijk in een gebied dat erg aan het ontwikkelen is. Wij komen zeker terug!

Outstanding location and an amazing and unique home. Host was extremely responsive with any questions or concerns. Provided plenty of drinking water. Loved that it was walkable to bars and restaurants. But be aware the proximity does mean most of the bedrooms will hear the music from the bars at night to some extent. We were a group of 9 people and the home felt very spacious to us. Our favorite spot was the large table on the terrace where we frequently gathered to visit and enjoy the water view. We would highly recommend this home and we intend to come back.

Matt plus the staff at Zamá Homes did an amazing job communicating with my family and me, and making us feel right at home. The place is beautiful; the photos don’t do the place justice. It’s as pictured and better. The location is amazing; walking distance to all the major clubs, restaurants, etc. And the hosting staff, once again, made this place feel like we were staying at a resort not just any Airbnb. 100% would stay here again next time I’m in Playa Del Carmen.

la communication avec l'hôte ainsi que son homme de confiance était parfaite. Etant un habitué de PDC j'avais choisi cet apt pour son emplacement idealement situé. le rooftop était sublime. En matinée, en après-midi ou en soirée pour un bon repas avec vue sur la mer et Cozumel...magique. les salles de bain impeccable et l'eau chaude abondante, comme a la maison. une cuisine fonctionnel pour y preparer les repas, rien ne manque. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! This space was perfect for our trip and allowed us access to a ton of fun local business. The elegance of the space made us feel welcome and confortable. It has that wow factor that each morning and night you have an uninterrupted view of the sunset/sunrise. Looking forward to returning to this exact place every year.

We just stayed here for 5 beautiful nights over spring break! It is a wonderful two bedroom— perfect for our family of 4 with older kids who like their own space. Plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen has everything you need. Absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony! The pool always has chairs & the beach club seems to, as well! The beach club has food & drink service for the beach and they will deliver to the pool, too! Location is really good— it’s quiet but a 10 minute walk to 38th & 5th. Amazing restaurants all around. The 7-11 across the street is super convenient, too. I would definitely recommend this listing! Thanks for a wonderful trip!

El departamento era muy amplio y cómodo para una familia , la ubicación privilegiada al principio nos costó encontrarla pero es por un tema de GPS que te arroja una dirección , el sector era tranquilo y seguro , las instalaciones del departamento muy cómoda en buen estado solo hay que tener un poco de ojo con la mesa de comedor que es algo sensible. Pero en general el departamento impecable buen refrigerador , contaba con utensilios de cocina, las camas cómodas , ventanas con aislación de ruido , aire en todas las habitaciones, y el departamento en sí es muy lindo. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos donde mismo. Solo como plus agregado a los turistas dejaría una sombrilla para llevar a la playa ya que un panorama fijo y tener que arrendar a diario igual es costoso , Por lo que le daría un muy buen plus Y adicionalmente las instrucciones para el check in y check out las enviaría al menos con 2 días de anticipación y no los últimos días para poder tener tiempo de reacción a consultas

Camille’s property is stunning! Her pictures are accurate; balconies overlooking the water were our favorite spots! Beds were comfortable, pool was warm, can snorkel right in front of the condo, condo was clean & well appointed. Angel is there 6 days a week cooking up a storm & it’s delicious & inexpensive. If you book a few days in advance he will make dinner for you too! Taxis into town range from $7-25 USD, not sure why the vast range in pricing. Also, housekeeping & laundry are included daily! So tip them generously as they do a fabulous job! And a huge shout out to Edir!!!…he’s soooo very helpful & responds immediately to all texts! Highly recommend & look forward to returning! Thank you!!!

This apartment is located in the heart of the tourist district with direct beachfront access. It’s in the middle of the commercial zone, and everything is within walking distance. The apartment itself is a large two bed, 2 bath, fully stocked, cozy, stylish and surprisingly quiet at night. It was the perfect base for our two small families.

Rachael is an outstanding host. She sent me lots of recommendations about the area before we arrived. She showed us around the penthouse when we arrived to make sure that we settled in well. Her place is beautiful with lovely views of the beach, especially the rooftop. She also stocked the fridge with basic amenities which was so helpful with kids in tow. She was quick to reply if I had any questions. We loved the location as well, as it was walkable to 5th Avenue and away from all the noise. It was the perfect place for us to spend spring break! Would definitely return.
