Great family vacation!!! Eddie’s place is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need to have a good time. Loved the outdoor bbq grill and patio looking over the beautiful sea of Cortez. Rooms where very clean, ac worked perfect, great family space in the living room. Beautiful and spacious Kitchen fully equipped to cook everything. House right on the beach. Definitely coming back, thank you Eddie!!!

The home is gorgeous with exceptional attention to detail. Amenities were above what we expected like plenty of extra towels, sheets, blankets, etc. The bathrooms were lovely and came with a laundry basket, a bathrobe and a toothbrush stand. Small bottles of shampoo and conditioner were in the showers. The kitchen was perfectly stocked. The location is somewhat remote, which we considered a bonus. I took advantage of using a standup paddle board free of charge from the activity center. It was wonderful but make sure to return before the tides go out (I had trouble getting the paddle board back because of this). We were surprised at how far out the low tide was while we were there. We learned that both the high and low tides were exceptionally low on the dates we were there (this was true all over Puerto Peñasco). In the future we will check a tide calendar before planning our trip because it would be stunning to have the water right off the lovely patio. LOVED the home! We'll be back

Our group loved the location of this Airbnb. Just a short drive from down town and next to a beautiful beach!

Lincoln's place was wonderful. He had everything there to make it feel like a home away from home. Kitchen stocked with all the dishes and appliances you could need. Plenty of linens, throw blankets, beach towels. The house was decorated with lovely beach cottage decor. He had sand pails (we collected an entire bucket of shells), corn hole, boogie boards and games inside too (though we had brought our own). I can not say enough about the back patio. Amazing views, tables, chairs rockers, loungers. We ate every meal outside. Enjoyed every morning going down to the water at low tide, watching the little sea life and watching the beautiful sunsets in the evening. Lincoln was amazing at responding quickly. The only thing sad I can say is that he already had more guests arriving the day we left so we could not extend our stay. We can can not thank Lincoln enough for sharing his lovely beach home.

We were right on the beach, where we spent most of our time. We felt very safe and comfortable. Found it hard to leave this perfect location, so we ate on the patio most often. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Mike and Norma’s home was a very spacious and clean space that slept 8 very comfortably. The big patio was a popular hang-out spot with our group, as we loved the hammock/chairs enjoying the weather. The kitchen is fully stocked with any utensil or amenities you may need for cooking. The host was very responsive, and immediately helped us with any issues. Very grateful for this amazing stay in Mexico!

This was our 4th time staying at Taylor’s house and we highly recommend it. The house is beautiful, spacious and well-equipped. Taylor and her co-hosts are great with communication before arrival and if questions come up during the stay. The setting is beautiful and peaceful.

Great stay! It is in a great location near the front of Las Conchas and there is a tienda and restaurant a 2 minute walk away. It is also a really short walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again!

5 stars is not enough. Carlos was an amazing host. The home is designed with guest in mind to relax and enjoy. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The home was beautiful and was a great way to celebrate the holidays.

my family and I truly loved the location, it was a first time trip for some of the family and they fell in love. the area was secured, we felt safe, the home itself was beautiful, roomy, everyone said they sleep comfortably. the house was clean, fully stocked kitchen. Boan was quick to respond, communication was great. would definitely stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The pictures don’t really do it much justice, it looks bigger in person. We felt pretty safe and weren’t worried at all if someone would try to break in. I definitely recommend staying here and I am looking forward to coming back soon!

This was the perfect place for our group. Somehow it looks even better in person than the photos. Karla was an amazing host, very responsive with great recommendations and help - her host at the property, Luis, was also incredible. Great access to the beach, restaurant, gym, beach volleyball, and private pool! We would absolutely return! The area was very safe, with easy access into town. The resort also had a front desk which helped us organize taxis into town for 16. This place was the perfect combination of resort and airbnb holidaying. Thank you Karla!

There was 11 of us, with more than enough room! We didn't feel crowded at all. The home was just like she said. We enjoyed ourselves a ton and would def go back! Having a pool at the house was perfect! The two things that I would note, internet is shotty and the community pool/swim up bar is being worked on, so it's fully closed. We would like to experience the community when that is open for vistors.

Great place right on the beach. This place was easy to get to with the directions the owner provided so the check in was hassle free. This unit was behind the other 2 buildings and although the view wasn't quite as good, we found we really enjoyed the privacy and the porch views were great in the morning! It was really easy to get to the beach and the palapas were really nice so you didn't have to set up an umbrella. The beach was really private, only the other people staying at Six palms were there. We really enjoyed the low key atmosphere to just get away. About a 30 min drive to town, but that was clearly stated and we didn't mind it. Overall it was a great place to stay with kids who want to beach the entire day.

10 ⭐️ if possible 🤩 Perfect place for a big family fit 14 perfectly. Also brand new home. Very modern. Huge kitchen and plenty of seating at bar and dining room. Had everything you need to stay as if you were at home. Felt very safe with 2 car garage and semi private lot. Neighbors were great. Has all the amenities you would need. Beachfront. Also restaurants and bars, club within 1 block. Neighborhood stores. If anything is needed. Clean home, ac was cold 🥶 perfect. Clean bedding and towels. Shower outside to clean up before heading in. I can go on and on. Recommend 💯. No issues to mention. Will be back hopefully in near future.

This was a great space for six of us plus three dogs! Everyone has their own bathroom and was able to have their own private space. The air conditioner was great. The house has everything we needed for towels, beach towels, dish soap, hand soap in the bathrooms, bottled water, dog bowls and more. We love the patio and it was a great space for the dogs to be able to run around and feel free. The beach is a short walk in front of the house. The house is in the second row of homes from the beach which is actually great so you don’t hear the beach visitors. They also had loungers which were great to lay out on the patio if you didn’t want to go to the beach. Very comfortable living room. Very comfortable beds. Lots of clean linens. Karo, the local property manager was quick to respond to any concerns. The carport fits one car, but a second also fits in the drive way. Never had an issue.

It was perfect for us. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The chairs, ice chest, volleyball net and foosball table were a bonus! The entire house was nice and cool except one of the rooms facing the ocean was a little warm. But overall it has been the best experience. We will definitely return. Thank you.

My family and I loved staying at Omar’s place, steps away from the beach. We enjoyed the yard with ample places to sit and look out at the water. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home and everything was well maintained. Omar was very responsive making sure we checked in and out ok. We had absolutely no issues. Will definitely be back!

Had an amazing stay! The place was super clean and exactly as described. The ocean views were breathtaking, we had so much fun exploring the beach. Sunsets were unbelievable. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy. It had everything we needed, and communication was top-notch—quick responses and very helpful. Highly recommend!

The house is great. Lots of authentic charm and right on the beautiful Playa Encanto. Close to the resort down the beach where they have some great restaurants.
