Adrienn was a great host. Very responsive, good communication, and able to meet us at the house quite rapidly, and a bit early, upon our arrival to Vieques. The house was fantastic and well maintained. Would happily stay there again.

I've been to Vieques several times, but this is the first time I've stayed right in town in Esperanza. We were vacationing in Luquillo and wanted to spend a night in Vieques so we could kayak the bioluminescent bay. It was a quick trip and next time I will definitely stay longer. Rosemarie's place was perfect for us, clean, cool, comfortable, easy to get into, walkable to the main street of Esperanza. The kitchen appeared to be well equipped if you are inclined to cook for yourself. Rosemarie was quick to answer any questions we had. If you don't mind the early morning rooster crowing that happens in town, I would highly recommend Rosemarie's place.

The place is modern and very nice. Very private. Matt was helpful with a couple of issues. The water heater was not working for the first two days we were there which coincided with a holiday (things were closed). He got it fixed as soon as possible after the holiday. Entirely our fault - we did not latch the gate properly on our last night, and three horses got into the yard. I was very apologietic and offered to shovel the "evidence," but Matt said that his cleaner would take care of it. That was very kind, and he didn't have to do that. We learned the hard way that you can't leave food on the counter, even in Ziplock bags or closed with chip clips. We did this the first night, and in the morning there were tiny ants all over the counter. You also have to scrub the sink clean every time, as ants will swarm to any hint of food residue. Lesson: double check that the gate is latched properly and no food (even in bags) on the counter or in sink.

Our stay at Nydia’s was very relaxing. It was nice to have a second bathroom for the 4 of us. The kitchen was clean and functional. The air conditioning worked well and it was great to have a washing machine and dryer for our 5 day stay. Mostly we enjoyed that we were within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the transport to the Mosquito Bay bioluminescence evening tour. Lastly Nydia was very responsive in communicating with us.

We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Casita! The home is centrally located in a quiet area. Our family of four was very comfortable. The host, Ron was very attentive and made us feel very welcome. We fell in love with Vieques and can’t wait to return!

We loved staying at John and Karen's place in Esperanza. Walking distance to the Malecon and the beach, walking distance to the little corner store, beautiful backyard patio to hang out on. Would highly recommend!

This is an amazing property that was a perfect base for exploring the island. The house itself is very charming with excellent southern views to the ocean and dozens of friendly horses ambling by throughout our stay. The house was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. Barbara and the property manager Linda were very kind and helpful in communications.

This place is a dream - so close to everything yet a private oasis. More space than you can believe, it's so comfortable with 5 separate bedrooms. A perfect place to share with friends, which we did. Checking in a breeze, excellent communication as soon as we booked. The pool is the focal point when you arrive, and it's wonderful. Lots of ideas were provided from Vieques Insider magazine. Sunbay beach, just minutes away, was our favorite. The ponies, chickens and kitties all added to the charm. Highly recommend!
