The place was very nice and there was a lot of gorgeous nature around it. The house was very clean and super comfortable. The house also had solar power, which came in handy when the power went out in new Year's eve. Overall, I would come back to this place again if I get the opportunity. Nelsie is a great host. Super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. 5 Stars!!

Casa Baraka is located off of one of the main routes on the north side of Vieques, but it is very private. We found Casa Baraka to be conveniently located to town, as well as the sights we wanted to see - a Mount Pirata hike, a day at the beach (La Chiva), and our bioluminescent bay experience in Esperanza. Property was very clean and well appointed - the porch is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a cocktail or cup of coffee. Ceiling fans and A/C kept us cool at night.The outdoor shower was private and lovely. Grill area was pristine and available to guests to cook dinner. Host left information and recommendations that were very helpful. Host has thought of everything one might need - beach chairs and cooler options were available for a day at one of the playas. If we could give this property 10 stars, we absolutely would. This was an excellent stay!

What a great experience! Joanne and Eli's place is perfect for a climbing trip. They were super friendly and Eli has tonnes of knowledge about all the nearby climbing, especially Flying Coconut which is on their farm 2 minutes drive up the road (and has amazing routes). The apartment is a really nice space to hang out, has a good kitchen, and felt private. Note that there is no AC, but we found the temperature comfortable with the fans. There is a little bit of noise from the road but generally very peaceful after dark. There was also the cutest little cat that would hang out with us on the patio in the evenings. We loved our stay, and wish we could have stayed longer.

This home is, indeed, a magical rainforest tree house! When my group of 6 was initially looking for places to stay, we were searching near the beaches and urban areas. I am absolutely thrilled that we found Villa Pitirre instead! This home offers a true escape, breathtaking views, and the grounding and comforting feel of being surrounded by, quite literally, a rainforest. Our group fell in love with a huge eucalyptus tree on property, and we had never seen banana trees so huge and fanned out so beautifully. This home has the space and amenities to host a very large gathering, but also the peace and privacy to very much enjoy a more intimate setting. Getting to San Juan and other areas was easily manageable; we explored the island every day. Ricardo was an awesome host as well, providing numerous helpful resources and replying quickly to questions at all times of the day. Everything was clean and organized inside, bugs etc were of no issue. I highly recommend both the home and host!

Our stay in Vieques was fabulous, and Renee’s place & rental car were a great match for us. As a group of five, we used all four beds and found them comfortable (contrary to prior reviews, there were no plastic covers). It was super-helpful to have use of the washer & dryer (and drying line on the veranda) and all of the beach gear. The hilly driveway in & out is formidable, but the sturdy vehicle we rented from Renee handled it just fine (and all of the various road conditions around the island too!). The A/C’s worked great for our hot & humid August stay. The kitchen and living spaces were very comfortable too.

We had such an amazing time at the place and felt very comfortable. The views are outstanding. Is nice and chilly in the mornings. The space is super spacious. We did the fire at the glamping area and it was like in a movie. Sooo beautiful and peaceful. There was frequent rain and the roads to the river stream were challenging. We took the “ easiest road” to go there that is the one going by car and then walk a little bit. Nonetheless to be honest those roads are not for people who have limitations to walk. But if you dare to do it, the experience is priceless 🤩🤩! . We are immensely grateful to Luis. He was super helpful, reachable and guided us through to arrive safely and directly to the river.🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 We aim to repeat it again soon ♥️😍🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🤗

My stay in Vieques was quiet and comfortable. Waldo was incredibly kind, and I was lucky enough to try his delicious paella! Check-in was flexible and welcoming—he met me upon arrival and walked me through everything I needed to know. We also had a great conversation about life and the beauty of Puerto Rico! I would definitely stay here again but would recommend renting a Jeep due to the rugged yet manageable terrain to the apartment and around the island.

This is the second year in a row that we stay here because we love it so much. The whole family gets together, and it is the perfect place to spend family time. The location is also perfect for day trips. It has everything you may need!

If you’re a nature lover who wants an authentic PR experience, this is your place! We had amazing experiences at Keith & Duyen’s place, despite the sad reason for our trip. They were excellent hosts who consistently went far beyond what one expects. As an example, we were stranded multiple times, and each time Keith was there to help! The space is beautiful and soothing while providing for all the amenities of home, and then some. The farm is a wonderland of fruit trees, including guava that were decimated by Hurricane Maria, leaving few on the islands. You will be surrounded by tropical ornamentals, thick bamboo trees, sugar cane, palms, many tropical fruit trees, and plantains. There’s also a koi pound not far from “the dome”, which draws beautiful herrings to the property. It’s worth waking up early to watch the sunrise over the mountain with your drink of choice. We highly recommend Keith and Duyen’s tropical oasis. What they’ve created is not to be missed!

This was the exact experience I was hoping to find during my stay in Puerto Rico. A place where you can spend mornings and evenings sipping coffee on the porch while overlooking beautiful fields of farmland. Rain or shine you have plenty of space to relax. The location is very easy to find. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be located within driving distance of old San Juan, the Luquillo kiosks, Las Paylas waterfall, and El Yunque Rainforest. Only 6 minutes to Rio Grande beach if you stay local. Why not do it all and stay here! Plenty of stores nearby for your needs. Lovely owners, you can tell it’s a cared for property. If you’re lucky you will meet a local cat, grab pizza next door, and hear the sounds of birds in the morning :)

We had a wonderful stay at David’s place! The home offered plenty of space for my family, and we really appreciated the flexible pricing structure that allowed us to pay based on the number of people in our reservation. The setting was absolutely beautiful—waking up to the stunning views from the patio was a highlight, and my girls adored the friendly outdoor kitties. They also had a great time playing ping-pong on the second floor! The drive up to the cottage was an adventure, but well worth it for the peaceful surroundings. We also found the hotspot in the cottage to be very helpful. At night, the cool mountain air made for a very comfortable sleep, and the beds were great.

This place is wonderful. The views are breathtaking. It is peaceful and serene. Perfect for chilling out and disconnecting. Hosts were great. We asked for a table to sit on the terrace and a few minutes later they were delivering one. They were attentive and friendly.

Eve’s mountain retreat is an amazing, cosy place. Eve went out of her way and decorated for my husband’s Bday as a surprise. The house and land are amazing, you feel right at home. Theirs tons of beautiful details and comes ready for smores 🏕️🔥 Location is in the mountains and secluded, but the gouse has tons of activities to do. Also, maps and guidance of places that are accessible from the location to visit. Trully loved the place and host! Gracias!!!

Casa del Bosque is a slice of heaven, you’ll never want to leave. So peaceful and so beautiful. Loved the waking trails on the property. A short 15 min drive to Mayaguez for food etc. Local beaches not swimmable due to river effluent but there are fab beaches all around Rincón, the NW coast between Aguadilla and Isabel, and a trip to Cabo Rojo along the back roads well worth the trip. I also loved the coffee country up on the hills.roads are pretty hairy!

Can’t say enough good things about Francis and his place. Check in was easy, the place is super cute and clean and the location was just what we were looking for. We’ll be back!!

We had the most incredible stay! 360 degree views, and the most private and peaceful setting you could imagine. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was relaxing and refreshing. It was the kind of place where you could stay there all day and not feel like you needed to go anywhere else! Swinging in the hammocks while listening to the coqui frogs singing at night is a memory we will always treasure. We would have no hesitation in recommending Antonios hacienda to anyone.

Perfect place for connect with your family/friends, beautiful nature and enjoy a peaceful place. Everything very well clean and perfect conditions. Communication was great. Definitively, I will repeat.

Josue’s place was oh so nice. We were greeted with cold water and cold beer in the fridge and the place was well appointed and perfectly clean. Very comfortable linens and bed and what a plus to have a pool right there. In spite of it being next to another residence, the place felt very private and super safe. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Hacienda. A lot of things to do. Plenty of games and free space. Excellent balcony, fire pit, pool, jacuzzi. Excellent hosts. The kitchen has everything. Bring the food.

Lynne and Omar were great! The house and property are beautiful! We stayed on the top property and loved the view and outside space. It was amazing having breakfast in the outdoors every morning and coming back to relax in the hammocks. Thank you for having such a beautiful home and providing us with everything we needed during our stay (even beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and ice pack). We loved everything about this Airbnb…bed and sofa were super comfortable. We slept like babies every night. And there was a book in the living room with guidance and a lot of suggestions of what to do all over Puerto Rico. It was perfect ❤️

In the area for work and this was a good home base. Plenty of privacy and parking. There is a fantastic yard! Keys can be difficult on the front door and padlock but usually workable if you spend a little time with it. Manuel gave great local reccomendations. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Had a wonderful 2 month stay! The accomodations were peaceful and relaxing. Everything was well organized, efficient, and functional. Nestled in a charming neighborhood, it was a perfect setting and I felt right at home. Moises was super responsive and helpful! Thank you so much😊!
