La casa de Ismael es espectacular y cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutarla, fuimos en familia y la disfrutamos muchisimo, mil gracias por el kit de bienvenida y por todas las atenciones y las recomendaciones para que la pasaramos muy bien, la casa sin duda super recomendable, es hermosisima y con todas las amenidades descritas y cerca de una playa muy linda, Ismael siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros para hacernos sentir en casa. This has to be one of the best airbnb experiences I’ve had in a long time. Heidi’s apartment was wonderful to stay in, peaceful, well thought out and extremely cosy. The pictures are great, but I’d say they don’t do it justice. The courtyard with the pool and the little rooftop area were great to hang out on. The place has everything you need for short or longer stays, there’s even a garage which is great if you’re renting a car. The location was also a highlight: far enough from the touristy chaos to relax and experience the neighborhood feel but just a 5-10 minute walk to everything you could want including bars, restaurants and a beautiful market. Heidi was also a great host: always responsive, helpful, pro-active. She even organized a driver to pick us up from the airport and back. Would definitely go back!

Planning our trip was easy with Sophia helping us through the check in process and answering all our questions. Her home felt like our own with all her beautiful plants! I would recommend to friends and family!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

La casa es muy bonita y espaciosa, se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila, cerca de la playa y restaurantes.

I stayed at Casa Coco for two weeks, and it was a lovely experience. Oquitzin is a wonderful host, he provided timely communication and accommodated my unexpected travel delays with no issues. Oquitzin also provided several recommendations for local restaurants, and beaches. The Airbnb is the main floor of a two story home, it is very clean and as represented. It is in a residential area, so the noise is limited to regular neighbourhood sound, there is a school close by and there was a bit of construction down the block, but nothing that was ongoing, intrusive or loud. The suite, is a wonderful mix of of indoor and outdoor space. The outdoor space is magical and was one of the highlights of my stay, it is fully fenced, so there is no issue with privacy. You can sit outside and enjoy a coffee, read or just soak up the sun and enjoy the birds. It feels like a secret garden and your own small piece of paradise. I would rebook in a moment. Highly Recommend

Great place to stay in Versalles. Right in the heart of the city and just a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach. Manuel was responsive and helpful!

All pictures were accurate. The pool area is resort style, beautiful with lots of chairs available. The consigliere team is fantastic! Our internet was spotty from the bedrooms, advised the host & immediately he had a technician come to install a boaster! . Highly recommend.

El departamento es muy cómodo y agradable, tiene todo lo necesario, la cocina está muy buen equipada, un refrigerador de muy buen tamaño para guardar lo necesario para varios días. Ell refrigerador con una sorpresa que pone contento a cualquiera, unos refrescos y una botella de vino tinto listos para servirse. El mueble de sala muy cómodo y la televisión de un muy buen tamaño y calidad para disfrutar una película, hay Netflix. La recamara tiene una cama muy cómoda, se agradece que tiene 4 almohadas muy acolchadas, el closet de un tamaño que no se llena con lo de unas vacaciones. Aire acondicionado y ventiladores en la sala y la recamara. El baño con un lavabo donde cabe todo, solo la regadera es difícil de domar porque supongo que tienen un calentador de paso. Aún cuando el departamento está al lado de la carretera no molesta el ruido del tráfico, y hay mucho, ni para ver la televisión ni para dormir. Grácias a Laura y Lorena por sus atenciones

Loved the building. Beautiful condo space with an excellent balcony and view. Appliances and showers were great. The rooftop pool and food was phenomenal. Easy to navigate the Zona Romántica area and a quick place to get to and from.

Maria was a great host. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. I will stay there again.

Easy check in, clean rooms and the hallways were cleaned daily. Amazing rooftop for sunset. Would recommend!

we had a great stay here! nice shared patio to hang out outside with the local wildlife, great amenities, and an easy walk to the beach/pier. Cherry was very helpful especially when we were trying to figure out how to get a boat out of Boca. She reached out to a local captain and got us a price. This property is right on the hiking trail that takes you to Las Animas so is a great place to stay if you're looking to do that.

The location of the property geographically and also the unit location within property were excellent. One thing that we noticed about the complex was that there are MANY units where you couldn't see the sunset from the balcony due to the building orientation. This unit had excellent views of the ocean, sunsets, pools, whales every day. It is a true SUITE which was excellent for my wife and me. It will sleep four with the pullout couch but it would be extremely tight quarters for 2 couples. A family with 2 kids would be good. It was an excellent place and we would defintely stay here again if it was available when we were going to PV.

First let me start by saying we have stayed in this condo building before so I knew I wanted to stay again. The one we booked before was takin so I found this one. Debra and Blanca were wonderful . Blanca had all of our food and drinks in the condo when we arrived. Quick check in and the vacation was ready to start. Book this place I promise you will not regret it. Beautiful condo with ocean front pools. Ty again Brenda for being so awesome at your job!!

The condo was exactly as depicted in the listing and the photos. Only thing left out was how wonderful the staff is!! From security, to cleaning, to restaurant staff, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Spend the money on the private massage!!!

Amazing condo, the decor very welcoming and made you feel like you were at home. All the amenities that we needed and close to everything. Looking forward to a return visit!!

Excellent stay in Zona Romántica! The place is spacious, bed is comfortable, building is secure, and the staff is wonderful. The shared rooftop space was also very nice and well equipped. They offered coffee (very good!), fruit, and pastries on the rooftop every morning for free. Good music during the day. The condo is about a 10 minute walk to the beach, 5-8 minutes walking from most of the places we ate at and also accessible to get ubers. They usually took 10-15 minutes to arrive, for morning trips we scheduled them in advance. It’s about 15 minutes without traffic to the center of puerto vallarta as well! We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this Kevin's airbnb – it’s the best place to stay! I've had the pleasure of returning several times and the unit itself is absolutely beautiful – modern, clean, and with all the comforts you could want. The views from the balcony are stunning. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make sure our stay is great - whether it's offering local recommendations or providing quick assistance with anything. The location and building are unbeatable as well. The multiple pools and restaurant/bars are so nice to have on property, and it is just a short drive from Zona Romantica, so its peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The rooftop pool has impeccable views. You won't regret staying here!

This was our second year staying at Alexander's condo. It was another great stay and we have already booked for next year. Alamar is a lovely complex and we love the infinity pool 100 steps outside our door, and the beach resort is also clean and amazing. Alexander was extremely responsive in his communications with us before and during our stay. The view from his condo is simply gorgeous. We could easily watch whales, dolphins and birds from our patio balcony - bring binoculars! Thanks again Alexander for sharing your beautiful condo, and we can't wait to come back next year!

This was our second year at this fabulous condo and we're booked again for next year! The owners were very responsive & our contact in PV, Beatriz, was incredibly helpful and always at our beck & call! The unit is in immaculate condition & the kitchen has all the amenities that you might need & more! We spent a lot of time on the spacious patio watching the whales & sunsets! Only two small negatives: it's very hard to control the water in the shower as it was either way too hot or cold, (probably something the owners have no control over) & there is only Netflix on the TV. Small problems compared to all the pluses!
