Fast easy check in. Very clean, great location down town for my stay and will definitely come back in the future. Work out gym, pool, Hot tub and sauna is what sealed the deal for me!

We stayed at this AirBnB for two nights recently and it was perfect for our needs. Great location in a nice quite complex with lots of big trees and covered parking. The apartment itself is large. It is furnished simply, but has everything you’d need. Overall, it was a great value for the price and we would book it again! Thank you to both Christina and Amy for extremely nice stay.

Could not be happier with the choice. Will definitely reach out to Lillian if I am back in the area. The view was amazing, from watching the sea life to the birds to the boats.

I booked the spot relatively last minute for a quick trip up to the islands and it did not disappoint. Debbie and her husband were very responsive and the place was a perfect home base for an active weekend around Friday Harbor.

Nice place within walking distance to popular places (10m from the light rail stop which only took 30m from the airport), 15m walk to Pike Place and 10m to the Monorail. The building is old but the unit itself was decently clean for the age of the building, and had everything we needed, accommodated our group of 6! Dewey was very responsive and had detailed and clear instructions on checking in and out. Also appreciated the amenities available - soap & shampoo, plenty of extra towels and linens. The fridge water wasn't available and we opted not to use the Brita jug that was there, but it was not a huge issue to us. Overall it was great! Highly recommended if you want a no-frills stay in a great location!!

Wow! Connie has thought of everything for an airbnb stay! so comfortable and personable! She has something for everyone in your group! books, magazines, a list of local spots to go to! bathroom products, the most comfortable bed and the most comfortable sofa bed! It was our first time in Seattle and the kids didnt even mind hanging inside just to chill! it was that comfortable! thanks so much Connie!!

Great 1 bedroom in a nice and secure building with courtyard, gym and small indoor pool. Apartment has washer/dryer, everything you need to cook, coffee pot, soaps, etc. nice size bedroom with small desk, open plan living room/kitchen with small table and bar/barstools. Plenty of room for a couple with 1-2 small kids on the pullout. I was warned about potential street noise on weekend night but didn’t find it loud at all. Fan/white noise machine would have taken care of it anyway. Nice coffee shop and bar/restaurants right downstairs. Easy walk to market, art museum, etc. 2d time staying in this building and would stay again. Greeted by property manager, who made sure I knew where to find everything and could get in and out easily. Good value for the $.

Incredible place close to many of Seattles best attractions. Immaculate and exactly as described. Robert was an amazing host. Very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The pictures don’t do this place justice! It’s much more beautiful in person and the views are quite amazing. - Leaving the fireplace on helps warm up the entire place quickly (learned this way too late into my stay) - They have so many supplies in the kitchen! I mean anything you can think of is there. - My toddler loved it. He had lots of room to explore. I will say there are stairs so depends on the toddler if they’ll stay down. - Our animals felt right at home. Ariel communicated quickly and answered any questions that came up during our stay. Would stay here again!

This is a great place to stay if you're visiting Olympic National Park! The neighborhood is quiet, and is away from the busier areas while still being close to the grocery store, restaurants, and downtown experiences. The kitchen was well-stocked with plates, utensils, etc., and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

I stayed at Amy's place on a week long trip visiting friends in Seattle. I've stayed at 1-2 longer term airbnbs in Seattle before, and this apartment was an awesome home base! I paid a little over $100 per night (including taxes), and it was a great value (especially considering its central location). What was great: - Apartment overall was very clean with hard flooring (seemingly well swept and mopped) - Very clean kitchen and bathroom (including bathtub and sink). Appliances were kept up to date - Very usable + well stocked kitchen + laundry - Comfortable bed and desk setup - Central location and easy access, quiet neighbors - Warm adjustable radiator in the bedroom, I was never cold on ~20F nights What wasn't perfect: - Windows let in some noise. There wasn't much noise (pedestrians were quiet and there wasn't honking, mostly just driving noise), but might interrupt sensitive sleepers - 0.5 floor unit, so less privacy when curtains are opened

This a great place to stay in Seattle. Clean and comfortable with great views. So many things to walk to without having to worry about Seattle parking and traffic. We really enjoyed meeting our greeter who welcomed us in and showed us around. It was a nice personal touch. We’ll definitely stay here next time we’re in the area.

Centrally located to lots of Seattle hot spots. Quiet apartment building, we didn’t hear any neighbor noise. Great kitchen, roomy living room, with a large comfy bed. Fireplace is a nice cozy touch. Would definitely stay again!

Great walking distance to many amenities and sites, including pike place market and some cute shops. Parking being included was a huge perk for us to save on time and money! There were 3 of us travelling and the air mattress was a huge asset! Eugenio and staff were all very friendly and quick to respond! Would book here again!

The location of this stay is prefect for a first time visit to Seattle, very walkable with so many shops and activities nearby. The stay is very cozy with a nice view. The actual beds and pillows were comfy.

Stayed here for a couple of days on a short trip. Very conveniently located. One can walk easily to downtown. The hosts provided lots of instructions and the communication was excellent. The apartment was clean and spacious. We had access to the gym, which was also a convenience. Would stay here again.

The unit is extremely clean, convenient directly above Pike Place market, and safe parking space and dedicated security. Elta is always checking if me and my family are good with our stay. We had a lovely time in Seattle, and this is a place we can come back to rest after days of sightseeing.

Everything was AMAZING! House was fully stocked, super clean, beds were comfy and nice corner view of the water. A greeter was outside waiting when we arrived and helped us get all checked in. Location couldn’t get much better, walking distance to just about everything. Building itself felt very safe for being in downtown. On the note about downtown it is very loud, but that is to be expected. We had such a pleasant time. Gale was very responsive and helpful in every way. We would recommend to everyone!
