This place was perfect for us. It is just a short stroll over the dunes to the beach - how can you beat that! We also very much enjoyed our visits to the local Gastropub and cafe. While it was perfect for us there are a couple of things you need to bear in mind: 1 there is no kitchen. 2 there is no laundry. 3 you may or may not have undercover parking in the carport. None of these items were issues for us, but I am conscious that other people may need to be aware of this.

Fantastic location, couldn’t be closer to the beach than this. Stunning sunrises, beautiful beach great for swimming. Quiet setting, walk easily to dairy and takeaways, short drive to larger shopping centre. The house has comfy beds and all the kitchen equipment you might need. Plenty of space throughout. Responsive helpful host and outstanding value for money. This place is on our favourites list, thanks Caroline!

Paora was super friendly and helpful meeting us upon arrival. The apartment is well located and in easy walk of town. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen was adequate for our needs. Thanks Paora

Great house, great location

This is a lovely little spot especially if you want some quiet time surrounded by nature. Stunning lookout, beautiful gardens and a cosy homely room. John was a great communicator.

Easy check in. Very responsive host and had left very easy clear instructions. Great place to stay but we were only there for about 12hours would be keen to come back again for longer

From the moment we got there the hosts made us feel right at home. My kids had a blast with the games and toys. We went for a quiet kayak with the swans in the morning, which really made it special.

This is the most lovely and ideal Airbnb if you are coming to the mount! SO close to everything, don’t need to worry about trying to find a park in town. Super spacious place with everything you need, felt very homely! And a very friendly host with great communication. 10/10 recommend :)

Great stay in an amazing location with incredibly attentive hosts! 4.5/5 overall Right on the water with beautiful views from the living room. Short drive to restaurants, shops, takeout, bars, etc. with a convenient store right across the street that’s open 7x a week. Yes it’s an older house which comes with some imperfections, but Sean and John have done an incredible job decorating and designing the space.

We had a great short stay! Kids loved the toys, trampoline, and kayaks! House was clean and comfortable and matched the pictures. Would definitely recommend.

Magic spot to stay while making the most of Rotorua’s attractions. Outstanding view of the Lake and perfect sun porch to sit and enjoy where you are. The house has everything that you could imagine needing.

We stayed at this stunning place for our wedding weekend! Our bridal party got ready here and it was just perfect! Pukehina lost water on my wedding morning and the host were so quick to respond even at 6am - they were so helpful! We enjoyed this house so much, it really has everything you could possibly think and more! I could not recommend this place more - not only because of how absolutely stunning it is, but the hosts were absolutely fantastic!

Very nice house and surrounds. Lovely hosts that made us feel welcome and looked after! Had everything we needed. Easy access to a lovely creek in the back yard that was great for cooling off and calming after a big day out. Not too far from town and all the great things on offer in Rotorua. Loved our stay.
