We spent 4 nights at Nicola's beautiful place. Nicola is a great host, always very responsive and attentive. He gave us restaurants suggestions and great instructions to make check-in and check- out a breeze. Thank you for your kindness, hospitality, and warm heart. It meant a lot for us, we felt like home! The apartment is excellent, modern, clean and as described. The big balcony is a bonus for both day and evening. The apartment is very conveniently located close to the beaches, with great restaurants nearby, shops, and supermarkets. Secure parking and washer are a big bonus. Thank you Nicola for everything. Super saubere Wohnung, liebevoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet/ausgestattet. Sehr ruhige Wohnung (Nachbarschaft). Schöne große Terrasse, tolle Wohnküche. Privater Parkplatz ist sehr vorteilhaft. Tolle Gegend, alles teilweise fußläufig erreichbar. Mietwagen ist sinnvoll! Cristina ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und sofort erreichbar. Sie hat uns trotz später Ankunftszeit an der Unterkunft empfangen, alles erklärt und gezeigt. Wir empfehlen Cristinas Wohnung weiter. Danke!

Das war die beste Unterkunft die wir jemals über AirBnB gebucht haben. Super sauber, alles was man brauchte vorhanden, Betten prima, ruhig, Supermarkt in der Nähe, Meer fussläufig, einfach perfekt!!!

Wir haben das Appartment Nummer 7 bekommen wie waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und wurden noch mit einem zusätzlichem Bad überrascht.

The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She had thoughtfully prepared fruits, cookies, and wine for my arrival, which was such a warm touch. To top it off, she even gave me a parting gift, which was so sweet and unexpected—it truly made my stay memorable. Das Haus war extrem sauber, erfrischend und es standen Leckereien, Esswaren und Getränke für uns bereit. Wir sind begeistert! 😍 In diesem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde alles durchdacht. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Elisabetta ist sehr herzlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Viel mehr als ein Super Host! ❤️🫶 Die Zeit in Sardinien haben wir sehr genossen. Mrs. Maddalena and mr. Franco were very friendly and hospitable. Their grapes tasted delicious! The house was clean and well arranged. We were amazed by the La Dune beach 10 km away from the house - we rented a scooter for transport (Mrs. Maddalena took us to the rental place). Not only that - our last day was Sunday and since the bus timetables were not optimal Mrs. Maddalena got us a driver that drove us to a train station 26 km away (from where the train took us directly to the airport). Would recommend!

Apartament Maurizio I spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Mieszkanie ma bardzo ładny wystrój, że zwłaszcza szereg obrazów na ścianach. Jest dobry dla pary jak i małej rodziny. Właściciel wystawił poczęstunek co było miłym gestem. Zawsze odpowiada na wiadomości, jest pomocny. Lokalizacja świetna, blisko atrakcji i restauracji i marketu. Mały minus to uszkodzone szuflady w sypialni i czasami kanalizacja odbija i wydziela nieprzyjemny zapach. Dobrym pomysłem byłoby zakupienie czajnika do gotowania wody. Mimo to pobyt był świetny. Cieszymy się że mogliśmy tam spędzić czas.

la maison est agréable la plage est très sure pour les enfants et assez facile d accès et le sable est très fin peu de magasin ouvert à proximité mais la livraison par internet fonctionne bien

We had a fantastic week in Oct 2024 in Simone's summer house. Great location under the Mediterranean pine trees 150m from the beach. Spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 kids to not feel crowded. Well supplied with towels, soap and kitchen essentials. Simone was a example of Sardinian hospitality, he made us feel welcome from the 1st moment and was very understanding when we were late because of a delay. Arrival and departure were as easy as can be. Definitely recommend this place!

Das Ferienhaus von Massimo liegt etwas abgelegen, eine Schotterstrasse führt einige hundert Meter der Küste entlang an diesen gemütlichen und ruhigen Fleck. Der Spaggia dei Francesi (kleine Lagune mit Glasklarem Wasser und feinkörnigem, weissem Sand) befindet sich ca. 200m vom Haus entfernt. Der Garten mit Pool und grosser Grillstelle ist mit einer Schutzmauer umgeben. Das Ferienhaus bietet viel Platz und eignet sich bestens für einen Aufenthalt mit zwei Familien oder einer Gruppe. Wir bedanken uns herzlichst für Massimo’s Gastfreundschaft! Gerne wieder!

Mein Partner und ich haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes bei Marco sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Marco war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très bon séjour! Gianfranco a été arrangeant sur les horaires d'arrivée. L'appartament était central, très bien équipé et propre. La literie était très confortable! On a eu un peu froid la nuit (plafons hauts hauts et clim centrale donc les chambres restaient fraiches) mais il y avait d'immenses plaids qui ont bien servi :) Merci pour l'accueil!

La casa è davvero molto bella e il patio con la terrazza si aprono sul mare regalando una vista incantevole per lo spettacolo dei differenti colori dell’acqua nei vari momenti della giornata e la magia del tramonto e della luna! La casa sia all’interno che all’esterno, nonostante i segni del passare del tempo, mantiene un fascino ricercato e un’atmosfera estremamente accogliente. Carlotta, che ringraziamo ancora, è un host molto disponibile e affabile che ci ha supportato prima e durante la vacanza al meglio delle sue possibilità. La bellezza del luogo ha contribuito a far sopportare l’assenza dell’aria condizionata e la gentilezza di Carlotta ci ha fatto superare il disagio della scalinata di accesso molto scomoda per i bagagli e per gli spostamenti: Carlotta ci ha aiutato personalmente con le valigie al check out e le abbiamo chiesto di evidenziare nell’annuncio con descrizione e foto le rampe di scale di accesso. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles war wie beschrieben. Super Lage und super Wohnung. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Zona centrale di Cagliari, facile per spostarsi a piedi, appartamento veramente curato e ricco di ogni comfort. Zona piena di ristoranti e locali, comunque tranquilla. Unico neo il parcheggio della stazione che si trova lì vicino, dove lasciare l’auto, gestito da un ente che ruba veramente i soldi, per il periodo di soggiorno ho speso quasi più di parcheggio che alloggio. Per il resto lo riprenderemo a occhi chiusi.

Wir haben im Oktober eine Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Es hatte sogar Moskitonetze an den Fenstern, so dass man bei Nacht die Fenster offen lassen konnte. Die Terrasse hatte Morgensonne und wenn man Glück hatte, konnte man Papageien in den Bäumen beobachten. Die Supermärkte sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch das Zentrum von Villasimius ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bei Problemen war Allessandro sofort zur Stelle. Wir sind in der Nacht mit dem Auto angekommen und haben mit den Anweisungen die Wohnung sehr leicht gefunden. Es war alles super, Danke Allessandro

Dobrze wyposażony i czysty apartament z pięknym widokiem na morze. Pomocny, uprzejmy i życzliwy gospodarz, wszystko dokładnie wytłumaczył i pokazał, był w kontakcie przed i w czasie pobytu. Miejsce jest bardzo spokojne, relaksowe; świetna baza do wypadów samochodem na liczne, różnorodne plaże w pobliżu oraz do zwiedzania południa wyspy. Na miejscu dostępna również plaża, choc nie tak atrakcyjna jak wiele innych obok (dojazd od paru minut do pół godziny samochodem). Malutkim minusem były tylko rozjeżdżające się materace na podwójnym łóżku w sypialni, ale nie wpłynęło to na zadowolenie z pobytu. Dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy!

En stor,fin och mycket ren lägenhet med balkong. Hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående värdar, trots viss språkförbistring. Det fanns många skällande hundar i omgivningen, men oss störde det inte. Vi som tycker om att laga mat, skulle nog ha uppskattat lite mer köksutrustning.
