Tim and Teresea are the host and hostess with the mostest! We had 9 people at their lake house for the weekend and everyone was overwhelmed by how awesome it was. We would have given a 10-star rating on a scale of 1 to 5, if that were possible. Everyone agreed on our second day there to make this our annual reunion location. We have never had AirBnB hosts that were so proactive, attentive and accommodating. Kudos all around!

Our stay was pleasant. We wanted to stay in the downtown area so we could walk to family members. It was our second time staying at this location and we were happy with it.

Great location, central to everything and easy to get in/out of. Would definitely stay here again

Great stay & great host

This is approximately my fifth or sixth time I have stayed at this sweet, charming little yellow house! Kenneth and Janell are absolutely amazing! This is my go to when visiting my Mamma 4 or 5 times per year. I would never stay anywhere else in the Somerset area.

Serene location where you can star-gaze and listen to birds and the waterfall as you pull up. Everything is about 100 yards from the home (gazebo, firepit, pond, waterfall). Internet is strong. Clean home and utensils. Deep desk. Thoughtful details. Although Somerset appears 15 mins from Nancy, KY, other reviewers are correct that the nearest towns are 40+ mins from the home. My dog and I enjoyed hiking (off-premises) and then relaxed amongst the top-tier nature the property offers. Justin is outstanding - thanks for sharing your slice of heaven!

The home was lovely and very clean. I hope the home is available when I return to visit my mom periodically. The hosts were very accommodating with a couple special requests and my family was very grateful. I highly recommend Deborah and Marvin as Hosts and their pride in the home is evident. John was very relaxed and communicated well. He responded quickly after we had to change our previous reservation without notice.

This is a lovely condo in Woodson Bend resort. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the windows is of the golf course and provides a beautiful setting. Close to the pool and the pickleball courts. Host did a great job in communicating and checking on us to make sure everything was perfect. This is a scenic area of Lake Cumberland and we rented a boat for the day from Burnside Marina. The restaurants of Somerset are close by and the options are plentiful. Great location and great condo.

The condo was as advertised. We have stayed in many units at this location. Units have a variety of configurations. Communication with the host is good. Take time to connect with them if you want to get a better idea of which units they have listed might be best for you.

My family loved staying at this condo in Woodson Bend. The unit itself was extremely clean. The appliances appeared brand new and worked well. We loved the screened in porch and saw multiple deer right outside our porch every day. The televisions in the units had all of the major streaming services installed, which was great for my kids to enjoy movies and tv shows in the evenings. We were able to walk to the front of the resort to enjoy the pool and playground, both of which were clean and nicely maintained. My husband, dad, and brother in law enjoyed the golf course. The restaurant at the resort is delicious as well. It is BYOB, which isn’t a bad deal as long as you have plenty of what you like to drink in your condo. Only two drawbacks to this unit-the sheets on the beds are not the softest and the bunk room is very small with no windows. Neither of these were dealbreakers for us and we would definitely stay in the unit again! The bunk room is probably better for kids than adults.
