Our stay was pleasant. We wanted to stay in the downtown area so we could walk to family members. It was our second time staying at this location and we were happy with it.

We had a great stay at Jo's Cottage, which was clean and comfortable. We are familiar with the area and have friends nearby, so it was a perfect place for the two of us to have a relaxing time with all the amenities we could need. Mary was phenomenally responsive and helpful. We would definitely go back.

Super comfy bed. Cozy place. Quiet. What I loved in his check out instructions: do nothing, you’re here for relaxation and rest. This guy gets it. Would love to get an AirBnb again that he owns.

Serene location where you can star-gaze and listen to birds and the waterfall as you pull up. Everything is about 100 yards from the home (gazebo, firepit, pond, waterfall). Internet is strong. Clean home and utensils. Deep desk. Thoughtful details. Although Somerset appears 15 mins from Nancy, KY, other reviewers are correct that the nearest towns are 40+ mins from the home. My dog and I enjoyed hiking (off-premises) and then relaxed amongst the top-tier nature the property offers. Justin is outstanding - thanks for sharing your slice of heaven!

My first time getting an airbnb and I say it was a success! I tend to be the cautious type of person so the idea of an airbnb was something I was effy about but since my family was there I was a bit more open! Jordan’s place was a pretty good match for me and my family since we had a few people that would be staying in! They had multiple bedding options and a comfy living room! If you needed anything (rags/towels extra covers, few kitchen supplies) it was there! Since it was extremely cold outside we couldn’t enjoy the outside but that’s okay! I honestly wouldn’t mind staying there again!

This beautiful home was perfect for my family gathering. We had more than enough room and this house is soo clean! Sand the view of the lake is stunning! Josh was a perfect host and we will definitely be back ! Thanks for sharing !

The treehouse was very nice! It was incredibly clean and had all that you need for cooking. The wrap around deck is great and has many seating offerings. The you tube tv was a very nice treat for a little football watching after a long day of hiking. Highly recommend hiking at Cumberland Falls. Would stay at the treehouse again for sure. Tina was a fantastic host!

The place was amazing and Beth's instructions on how to get there were perfect. Her communication throughout the stay was amazing. The scenery was beautiful and the house itself felt homely. Will be staying here again!

Christopher’s place at Woodson Bend Resort provided all that was necessary for a wonderful family stay the first week of August. The weather was beautiful and so we enjoyed the comfortable and well-appointed back porch; the walks to the pool; the dry-accommodating and nicely-decorated living spaces; and, the closeness in proximity to the pickleball courts. After our days on the boat, we were grateful for the ample kitchen space, cookware, utensils, and kitchen linens to enjoy family meals around the table! The location of this unit is excellent - easy to reach the Pro Shop, pool, restaurant, playground, volleyball court and pickleball courts. We did not use the outdoor fire pit, but noticed the stock of wood and great arrangement of outdoor chairs that would make this a very lovely space to enjoy. Would highly recommend Christopher’s place in Woodson Bend!

My family loved staying at this condo in Woodson Bend. The unit itself was extremely clean. The appliances appeared brand new and worked well. We loved the screened in porch and saw multiple deer right outside our porch every day. The televisions in the units had all of the major streaming services installed, which was great for my kids to enjoy movies and tv shows in the evenings. We were able to walk to the front of the resort to enjoy the pool and playground, both of which were clean and nicely maintained. My husband, dad, and brother in law enjoyed the golf course. The restaurant at the resort is delicious as well. It is BYOB, which isn’t a bad deal as long as you have plenty of what you like to drink in your condo. Only two drawbacks to this unit-the sheets on the beds are not the softest and the bunk room is very small with no windows. Neither of these were dealbreakers for us and we would definitely stay in the unit again! The bunk room is probably better for kids than adults.

Audra was a great host. She responded quickly when i had questions the day of check-in. The house was just perfect 2 couple and 4 kids. We had a very nice trip and enjoyed going to the battlefield and falls near the house.

When I first got there it was later than I expected due to not realizing the time difference. Called Steve who gave me instructions on how to get to the Airbnb. When I got there the main entrance was locked. It was documented to not lock that door due to other residents being in the other unit. Steve came and unlocked the door so I could get in. Host was very responsive. I would stay there again.

This is a lovely condo in Woodson Bend resort. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the windows is of the golf course and provides a beautiful setting. Close to the pool and the pickleball courts. Host did a great job in communicating and checking on us to make sure everything was perfect. This is a scenic area of Lake Cumberland and we rented a boat for the day from Burnside Marina. The restaurants of Somerset are close by and the options are plentiful. Great location and great condo.

Charming, clean, comfortable place! Would definitely stay there again.

Woodson Bend is always a great place to be. We love the pool, ability to put your own boat in the water at the resort, the golf and the golf cart community. Debbie’s place is clean, well stocked and as it is shown in the pictures and description.

Tony’s place was absolutely phenomenal. It was in great condition, we had 4 guys and each had their own spot to sleep comfortably. Absolutely no complaints and already planning a golf trip next year

We've been coming to Woodsen Bend for over 30 yrs and have rent too many unit's to remember. Beth's unit is clearly the most comfortable, and well appointed we have ever rented. She has prepared a home away from home. Amazing from A to Z.

This condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The furniture was very comfortable. The location was great and the area was very peaceful. The owner was super friendly and easy to work with. We were a last minute booking and a late arrival and he was ver accommodating. Will definitely stay her again.

We have been going to Woodson Bend since I was a kid. We finally outgrew my parents place and needed a place of our own. We had a great stay at this Condo. We have 4 kids and the bunk beds were great, the condo was clean, and they had very detailed instructions.

Wendy was a great host. We frequent Woodson bend and I will be saving her place as an option in the future. Walk to the pool in less than 5 minutes. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything. You will need to purchase ice as the fridge did not make any, not a big deal since you can get a bag at the guard shack for a few bucks. The only thing I will mention is that I believe owner has a dog so if you have allergies, be mindful of this. My wife dealt with allergies during our stay so she avoided the living room and took Benadryl to help. We were gone most of the day at the pool or on the lake. Overall, nice and peaceful, would recommend.

Beautiful condo at Woodson Bend! The kitchen is HUGE as well as the patio! We will definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay. Nicely updated condo with plenty of room. Convenient to pool, playground and restaurant. Stools around the kitchen counter instead of table with chairs.
