Lovely house in a quaint neighborhood. It was fun to walk to the marina and explore. House had everything we really needed for our short trip. Arcade games were a surprise for the kids. And we all loved s’mores at night! Megan was a fabulous host!

We had an excellent stay. Our group of 13 had plenty of room and the grounds were amazing. Short trip to the marina where we had a couple boats rented. Great value and would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lake house. We loved being able to use the dock for our boat and fishing. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching the boats go by. We Will definitely stay again.

Great family gathering spot! Our extended family (four generations including 8 adults and 2 children) returned to Joy’s place (our second stay) for Thanksgiving weekend. It was a perfect place for us to meet. The large kitchen/family room area allowed us to be all together comfortably, a huge plus. But when the hubbub got to be too much, the house had plenty of other spaces where people could hangout or relax with a book. Joy is a super host - very friendly, clear instructions, and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

The home was lovely and very clean. I hope the home is available when I return to visit my mom periodically. The hosts were very accommodating with a couple special requests and my family was very grateful. I highly recommend Deborah and Marvin as Hosts and their pride in the home is evident. Christopher’s place at Woodson Bend Resort provided all that was necessary for a wonderful family stay the first week of August. The weather was beautiful and so we enjoyed the comfortable and well-appointed back porch; the walks to the pool; the dry-accommodating and nicely-decorated living spaces; and, the closeness in proximity to the pickleball courts. After our days on the boat, we were grateful for the ample kitchen space, cookware, utensils, and kitchen linens to enjoy family meals around the table! The location of this unit is excellent - easy to reach the Pro Shop, pool, restaurant, playground, volleyball court and pickleball courts. We did not use the outdoor fire pit, but noticed the stock of wood and great arrangement of outdoor chairs that would make this a very lovely space to enjoy. Would highly recommend Christopher’s place in Woodson Bend!

My family loved staying at this condo in Woodson Bend. The unit itself was extremely clean. The appliances appeared brand new and worked well. We loved the screened in porch and saw multiple deer right outside our porch every day. The televisions in the units had all of the major streaming services installed, which was great for my kids to enjoy movies and tv shows in the evenings. We were able to walk to the front of the resort to enjoy the pool and playground, both of which were clean and nicely maintained. My husband, dad, and brother in law enjoyed the golf course. The restaurant at the resort is delicious as well. It is BYOB, which isn’t a bad deal as long as you have plenty of what you like to drink in your condo. Only two drawbacks to this unit-the sheets on the beds are not the softest and the bunk room is very small with no windows. Neither of these were dealbreakers for us and we would definitely stay in the unit again! The bunk room is probably better for kids than adults.

This is a lovely condo in Woodson Bend resort. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the windows is of the golf course and provides a beautiful setting. Close to the pool and the pickleball courts. Host did a great job in communicating and checking on us to make sure everything was perfect. This is a scenic area of Lake Cumberland and we rented a boat for the day from Burnside Marina. The restaurants of Somerset are close by and the options are plentiful. Great location and great condo.

The condo was as advertised. We have stayed in many units at this location. Units have a variety of configurations. Communication with the host is good. Take time to connect with them if you want to get a better idea of which units they have listed might be best for you.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house and resort were perfect. Everything was very well kept and clean. Our kids loved the swimming pool, and we visited the arcade several times. Robin was very nice to work with, and we hope to visit again!

The place was exactly as advertised. The beds were very comfortable and all needed amenities were in the house. The pool and other outdoor areas were well maintained. The docks were awesome! We will be back again next summer.
