The home was much more than I expected. My host was super.

This was an excellent stay in Pipestem with a great location very close to many amazing vistas. The hot tub is a great amenity and a stand out for the BnB. The house was clean, organized, and well decorated. The kitchen had a full suite of equipment and there was more than enough for cooking and barbecuing. GPS for this neighborhood can be tricky but there were large door numbers in front of the property that made it easy to find. The hosts were responsive and accommodating, and the custom instructions were fair and reasonable. Absolutely excellent place to stay, would highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy southern West Virginia!

Fantastic place to stay for a long girls' weekend! House is gorgeous and worth every penny!!! We were there in January, and it was still amazing. Can't imagine what it's like when it's warmer!

Stayed here overnight while in town for an athletic event. Check- in was easy, everything was exactly as advertised. Everything is provided- even snacks on the coffee bar. Crystal was super responsive to any texts getting back to me very quickly and was very friendly . Definitely would stay here again!

Amanda’s Airbnb was clean, well decorated, clutter free, and spacious! Amanda was a great host and allowed us to check in early so we could set up our kids’ stuff and change before heading to a wedding. The house also included a toddler bed and a toddler size table and chairs, which were a huge bonus for us since we had two toddlers and a newborn. Thanks for the great stay!

We booked this place for a bachelorette trip because of all the outdoor activities we could do on the property and nearby. Jill's Airbnb did not disappoint. The views were breathtaking and the house was clean and spacious. This property was sufficiently private while still being close to New River state Park, Pulaski, and Draper. All places we would love to visit again.

Beautiful home with excellent views of the lake and valley--it was especially lovely as the leaves were turning. Also, the place has dark skies for star-gazing on a clear night. All rooms were clean and as-presented in the photos and description. Jeff sent some very helpful info and photos to help us drive in to the house--especially helpful since the last ~1 mile is on a private, relatively narrow road. Also, my Android Maps app on my phone was clearly sending me to the wrong location (i.e., not to the lake), so we relied on my spouse's I-Phone--which brought us right in. (Interestingly, Google Maps on my laptop had showed the correct location, but Google navigation on my phone was pointing elsewhere.) Recommend you pre-check your nav feature in advance of your arrival. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a serene location with great views and lake access.

Katie was an amazing Host. She worked with our family when we had a few extra come at the last minute. The house was perfect for a large gathering of family for a VT graduation. The indoor and the outdoor screen porch was so comfortable and inviting. The rooms were great spaces and lots of bathrooms. Instructions were clear and easy for check in and checking out. Would stay here again 100%.

Good location away from the town and great hospitality

This home was everything we hoped it would be…convenient to Virginia Tech, comfortable for our extended family and perfectly clean. And Michael was an awesome host making sure we had everything we needed and very prompt in all of his communications. Thank you for a great weekend with family!

The house and farm were absolutely beautiful! We loved the location as it was easy to get to the main roads, yet felt like you were away from everything. The house was very comfortable and had many nice touches, including some delicious beef jerky from the farm! Tom and Madeline were super friendly and were very responsive when the WiFi needed to be reset. It was cool to hear some of the history of the farm too. And our dog loved sitting on the porch watching the cows and all the activity. And as a bonus, he got to play with their dogs too! We couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay!! We will definitely be back again. Thanks for everything.

We enjoyed our stay here at Fisherman’s Haven! Very quiet and peaceful, beautiful scenery. Came to fish mainly but didn’t catch anything. Still had a great time laying out on dock & going out in canoe!

We get together with our friends and their children every year around Thanksgiving for a Friendsgiving. We met in college (VT) so this year we decided to attend the VT vs UVA game together. The cabin was great. Overall, we’d recommend this place to stay just a short while from VT.

Beautiful stay for me and my family!

I absolutely LOVED this place! I would HIGHLY recommend it AND DEFINITELY stay here again. My only regret was not getting it for two nights instead of one. Anar and Rachel are fantastic hosts. The house is adorable, beautifully done inside. Top notch finishes. Latest hi-tech additions. Lovely surrounding area. Well done, peaceful backyard. Spacious. Clean. Easy check in, easy check out. Great price. Nothing negative I can say. Loved it.

Radford was beautiful! It was our first time. It had me looking at real estate. We were a little sad the Airbnb didn’t haven’t a tv but we kept so busy we went to bed at 8pm both nights! Comfortable bed, great water pressure.

Forgot a book and they where kind to send it by mail. Thank you for taking the time to help us.

Dave is a fantastic host with excellent, proactive communication. He is easy to work with. The house is as described and the pictures are accurate. It’s really a lovely setting and I wish we had more time to relax and enjoy the scenery and amenities. The beds and furniture are comfortable. We would definitely like to stay at Dave’s place next time we are in the area. Do not hesitate to book.

We were in town to visit Radford University and needed a place that allowed dogs. Wesley Pine Cottage was a great pick! It was clean, cozy and the surrounding neighborhood was very peaceful. The 10 minutes drive to Radford was a plus. Samantha is a wonderful host!
