Decent place to stay if you are on a vacation. Relatively close to the beach, and has a pretty decent pool too

The suite was exceptional, providing a peaceful and relaxing holiday experience. The room's appearance precisely matched the provided photographs. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and readily available to assist with any needs. Getting to Edava Beach was easy from the property. The only downside was some drunk people hanging around the entrance and staring which was a bit annoying when we walked to the beach.

The place is a resort named coconut cove. They got beautiful beach views and super clean spacious rooms. The staff were very friendly and responsive. We had an excellent tasty breakfast which was prepared fresh. We all loved the food and the great ambience of the place. The rooms were very nice and all the amenities were provided as mentioned. I am gonna recommend this place to my family and friends for sure

It was a pleasant stay... very beautiful surroundings... all the mentioned amenities were available in the house...the host was very responsive and friendly...helped on local recommendations... Access to shops are little less

Feel at home , hospitality is too good

We booked the house for 6 of us and it was really worth it. Joshua was really responsive and always helped us if we had any queries. It is a beautiful house and we could all spend time as a family there as well as go out to explore. The only issue we had was that the WiFi was not working but other than that everything else was really good.

As a host, Sooraj is proactive and helpful. He recommended activities and offered to drop us. The house is as mentioned on the site. Bathroom was clean.

Came here with family for a marriage function. The host was super responsive and helped us whenever we had contacted him. He even budged on a flexible checkin as well because we arrived a bit early. The place was clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend to other fellow travellers who might seek a quiet and peaceful environment. It is quite close to the beach as well.

If you are looking for a peace of mind and want take a break from city life this a recommend place to look for. Affordable, well maintained and warm approach by the host give a home like vibe to this place. 5 stars, highly recommended.

We went to Ajai’s property in Varkala to spend our New Year’s Eve. The property is located at a very ideal place with flexible access to both north and south cliff. The property was very well maintained and clean. The host Mr. Ajai was very friendly and welcoming. The caretaker was always available whenever needed. Ajai even offered us home made food which was so delicious. Will surely recommend this place for family and group stays.

I booked this property for staying with friends and family during varkala trip. I must say it was my best experience since the place was very much private, very clean, calm atmosphere and easy check-in & check-out. Thank you brother for making our stay so much comfortable. We had a lovely time. Mr Amal Dev the caretaker was very helpful and went out of his way to help arrange food and activities. We were picked up at the Kollam train station and taken to the house. We had a great cook who prepared traditional Kerala dishes and Amal arranged for a great driver to take us around. The food is a bit pricier than you might find local restaurants, but it's good home cooked authentic Kerala dishes. We had a few small issues with washing machines and such but overall a good base for visiting Kollam and Asthamudi Lake. If you are visiting from abroad, you might want to pack some extra power adapters as the sockets don't all support foreign plugs.
