Loved the place in itself. Felt like home straight away. If you’re looking for some peace this your place. My only issue was the condition of the roads leading to the property. Especially with an infant it was nightmare to get in and out. So we decided to spend more time at home, which was definitely worth it.

Our stop in Jalandhar was a last-minute decision en route to Srinagar, and we were incredibly fortunate to discover this beautiful villa nestled within a peaceful, gated community with landscaped gardens and a pristine, serene environment. Vishal’s villa exceeded all expectations — tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and easily one of the best properties I’ve had the pleasure of staying in during my travels. I only wish we had more time to enjoy it. Vishal himself is a wonderful host — warm, responsive, and thoughtful. We also had a lovely interaction with his father during checkout, who took the time to chat with us and see us off warmly. This villa is a perfect getaway for families or groups of 4 to 6 seeking a quiet, beautiful home away from home. Highly recommended!

The whole experience from enter to exit was really amazing. We stayed in villa 20C for one night. The care taker Mr. Prem was very hospitable and took great care. Mr. Maqbool the manager was very warm , explained all about the property and made our check in and check out super smooth. The views are amazing. Property has a beautiful club house, coffe place, wood fired pizza, amazing in house food, pool, tt, kids room and what not. Highly recommended and great for family or friends. Five stars well deserved.

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—neat and clean. Sunil was very prompt in responding, right from the beginning until the end of our stay. The check-in process was easy, and we had also requested breakfast, which was delicious. Overall, a great experience!

Sahil's place is really as good as its name, it could be simply described in just one word i.e. GHAR. I came from Canada and needed a home in Ludhiana and hence booked his place for 15days. His home has all the things that one could need at home. Will definitely recommend his place to everyone looking for a simple homely setup (with all amenities) in Ludhiana.

Beautiful surroundings and a pretty place to stay. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Just to note that you don't have a kitchen at the property and food you need to order from outside (which you have a menu and home delivery)! Overall a great experience. Will visit again!

This our second time to stay here. It of course meets all our expectations of being clean and comfortable. We like staying here because this home is well equipped for a longer stay and Ankur and his Mom go out of their way to make us feel at home. The place was lovely, even more beautiful than what is in the photos , we clicked lovely photos , peaceful, lots of sunshine, nice kitchen and washrooms , it was just perfect. let me warn you that it's a little off-road from the main road / market, but that's what it needs to stay peaceful and private. Sushant being a paragliding pilot and also having his own paragliding company, helps you in enjoying paragliding, from pickup to drop off at his place and everything. It was perfect . Did get a chance to talk to his father and what lovely people , I must tell you , definitely a big thumbs up, go ahead and book it without even thinking. Will definitely visit the next time :)

We had a great time, it was a very easy stay, the balcony view is amazing! Very quirky layout of the space also. lots of small places to eat around and the walk is quiet easy. We faced no issues at all, and throughly enjoyed the stay. definitely coming back.

Well, to start with, nothing but praises for the host, Kritika, she was so friendly and helpful. Has so much knowledge about the place, full of recommendations and places to check out. Sadly I was only staying for one night as I was passing through but she suggested so many great places to eat and shop! Plus the welcome basket was such a nice personal touch. Loved it! Special mention to the staff (especially Suman didi), they do such a good job of keeping the place (Bathrooms, Kitchen, Rooms etc.) squeaky clean and super friendly too. The place itself was super easy to find, accurate location pin, plus Kritika was literally just one phone call away the whole time I stayed there. Phone network was good plus the place has WiFi, so no communication issues at all. Safe to say I’m definitely coming back for a longer stay super soon simply to explore Bir in its entirety! Very good experience over all, 10/10 would recommend Hermit’s Nest to anyone who is in Bir. Kudos to Kritika and her team.

We had such a wonderful stay here! We stayed for two nights and the experience felt more like staying with family than at a rental. Our hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming and aunty, who made us lovely breakfast and even packed dinner for our bus journey when we left. They were so accommodating with our schedule, allowing us a very late check-in, and even after checkout, they let us leave our luggage at the house and come back later to freshen up before we continued our travels. Their kindness and hospitality truly made our trip special. We would love to come back and stay with them again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a homely and heartfelt experience!
