Our stay at 108 Las Palmas was incredible. We were 4 adults with 2 babies under 2 years old and one toddler. The location of this villa is deeper within Cap Cana on the Punta Espada golf course, but being mobile within Cap Cana is made easy by access to rental golf carts provided by Kenny (these are a must, as places are a little bit too far to walk). The gated community of Cap Cana is created so that golf carts can easily travel outside of normal traffic, for the most part. 3-4 families could easily stay here if kids are willing to sleep in parents room. The option to hire a chef for specific days was a great choice. Martirez made some incredible meals and made us drinks like frozen Margaritas or Pina Coladas any time we asked. One downside to this was purchasing the food. We ended up with a bit too much food and leftovers. We could have used 1/3 less groceries IMO. Regardless this is a must purchase to enjoy your vacation with kids. Overall 10/10 stay and we will be returning.

Wow! Our family of five had such a wonderful vacation at this house. We all had room to spread out and have our own space. The outdoor living space is so comfortable and perfect for hanging by the pool during the day and hanging out in the evening! We ate outside at the dinner table every night. Maria, the cook is OUTSTANDING and made delicious breakfast, lunch and dinners. One day, she even packed our lunch to go, and we ate at the beach! The housekeeper, Joanna was also very accommodating and kept the house pristine while we were there. We felt extremely safe and it was very easy to get around in the golf cart. I would say, renting a golf cart is a must-have staying here as it makes it so easy to get into all the resorts nearby. We preferred the beach at the Westin but all the beaches at the nearby resorts are beautiful! We can’t wait to come back!

Todd was an amazing host and never went without 2 minutes before answering our inquiries. We were skeptical on coming here because of the one star review but all of the 5 star reviews made us overlook and book this villa and may we say that we were very impressed with our stay. The house was spotless. Very clean inside and out. Rooms were great sizes and beds very comfortable. No bugs inside the home at all during our stay. We will guarantee be back here hopefully 2x a year! Its our new vacation home!!

My family and I, had the most wonderful time at Obed Beautiful Villa ! This villa was unbelievably gorgeous and decorated so nice! Wonderful amenities, stunning views, tri-level accommodations !! Thank you Obed for a truly amazing experience 🇩🇴🇩🇴

Our stay at the Airbnb was fantastic! Everything matched the pictures perfectly, and our host was very responsive to all our questions, which made our experience even better. The only feedback I would share is that the fourth bedroom near the washing machine was smaller than I had anticipated. Overall, it was a great experience!

Our family of 10 had the most wonderful experience at Las Iguanas 55 in beautiful Cap Cana. Upon arrival, the home exceeded our expectations. The pictures don't fully do justice to the size of the place, the cleanliness, amenities, and overall beauty. The quality of the furnishings and mattresses was excellent. Each of the rooms and bathrooms is large, comfortable, and well-appointed. The kitchen had all the space and tools needed for meals. Adriana was a delight and blessing to have in the home. She and the Guelcom host were always available to help with whatever was needed. The house was about a four-minute drive from Juanillo Beach, which was wonderful and had ample parking. We had debated whether to do this AirBnB or an all-inclusive resort. The overwhelming consensus of all 10 of our party was that this property was by far the best decision. I can't recommend more highly and hope to come again!

En general la estadía estuvo agradable. El personal que administra la villa muy bien. Solo algunas quejas con la urbanización en si, en la que considero que la seguridad es importante, en ese lugar es excesiva y hasta abusiva, cada vez que había que entrar a la urbanización teniendo que bajar los cristales del vehículo, abrir el baúl y hasta enseñar todas las identificaciones. Además de la recolección de basura que no fue muy eficiente. Y algunas construcciones alrededor sin las medidas de seguridad pertinentes.

Margie's air bnb was wonderful and her staff is very accommodating. Our stay was super easy and she was really helpful throughout our stay. We loved the cleanliness and decor of the air bnb, truly a perfect property that I highly recommend!!

A beautiful home and host. Angelica was very attentive and responded in a timely manner. The house is much more beautiful in person. It’s also very safe with security 24/7 coming and going into the property. There was a toilet leak and Angelica responded with someone coming out very fast. I will note that the drains in the showers don’t drain quickly so we had to be mindful of that or there would be water everywhere. This is definitely a great place to book when visiting Punta Cana

We enjoyed an incredible stay 6 day, 5 night stay at Carmen’s home. Long before we arrived, Carmen kindly helped us sort out in-house massages, provided recommendations for a local driver, as well as plans to celebrate NYE. The home was absolutely lovely, with plenty of space to stretch out, relax in the pool or simply enjoy the sun. Noel, the housekeeper, was incredibly sweet. We were grateful to have her reset our rooms daily, help with laundry, and make sure we were cozy. Her morning coffee was an extra special treat too! I can’t think of a single thing that I would change about our stay. If you’re looking for a beautiful home to relax in with some friends, I highly recommend.

We felt like home at this property. The house is exactly as described on the website and Elizabeth was top notch. We will definitely try to come back in the future!

Julio's place in Punta Cana was in a great location - 5 minutes walk to the beach, a few minutes walk to some good restaurants, shops, etc. It's a single family home in an area of apartments, hotels, and resorts so having the space so close to everything was amazing. Lots of space in the place for our family of 7 adults and 4 young children. It's on 2 levels - two bedrooms + kitchen on the lower and the same on the 2nd floor. Then there is a 3rd floor rooftop as well which was great to hang out and chat, read, or eat. The pool was great too as we used it a few times to hang out instead of going to the beach. Julio was very communicative and responsive when we had an issue and he worked to resolve it quickly.
