Holbox was more than I expected. Everything was within walking distance. The rental was in the best location with access to the best of beaches. It was very clean with fresh bathroom towels and beach towels provided. The sheets were changed and unit cleaned daily. Absolutely beautiful place to visit, the location was key. It was close enough to the center but far enough away for complete privacy and peace. Right in the backyard was the beach area that I found to be the most amazing of all the beaches I visited. Wonderful stay! I highly recommend! Additionally, the transportation package recommended, to and from the airport, was perfect and I didn't have to worry about that piece. I could just relax.

Contamos con todo lo que necesitábamos. Es un apartamento que se encuentra dentro de un complejo de all inclusive, y por ende podes hacer uso de : las reposeras, la playa, la piscina y el estacionamiento. Todo muy cómodo y seguro. El apartamento es igual a las fotos. La playa hermosa.

I rented two rooms for the entire month of May. I had apartment 3 and apartment 19 (but I’m unable to tell which review is for which room). I stayed in apartment 4 and had several different people come and stay in room 19 throughout the month. This place was great for me, but definitely not for everyone. It is a small complex right on the beach, away from the crowds at Playa Norte and with a more local vibe. This is what I was looking for. The beach area was small, but I was often the only one utilizing it. The water in the ocean is shallow and there is some sea weed, but I enjoyed it. The water was smooth and perfect for paddle boarding. There was a dock next door to the left which I utilized for snorkeling from and saw a lot of fish. The sunsets here were amazing!! I had a beautiful ocean view from room 3!! There was also a nice outdoor kitchen with a sink and a charcoal grill that was awesome for dinners on the beach. This place is in no way luxurious, but it was clean, was adequate for preparing small meals, and the air conditioner was nice and cold. The bed in room 3 was very comfortable, but I was told that the bed in room 19 was hard although I never slept in that room. Room 3 was in the newer building and was definitely more updated. It had a very large covered patio complete with lights and a ceiling fan…perfect for reading and lounging. Room 19 was overlooking the pool and was quite a bit smaller, but it was also cheaper. Staff members were very friendly but didn’t speak much English. They were very responsive when communicating through the app, though. There is a beach club next door (Nomads )that also has god and very affordable food…I ate there many times (try the pizza and the tuna tartare). One thing that was a bit of a disappointment was the pool. The area was nice and it looked newer, but for the first several weeks I was there, the water level was below the level of the skimmer and the filter wasn’t working, so the water was murky and dingy. This issue was resolved by the end of my stay, though. I think they did some work on it around the third week I was there, and the water was nice and clean after that. Know that this place is by no means a 4 star resort, however, for me it was 5 stars based on the value for the money. I think I received a pretty good discount by staying for a month.

Estuve muy contenta en Villa Los Mangles, cumplió mis expectativas, estaba cerca de la playa y lejos del bullicio del centro pero no tanto como para llegar caminando al mismo. Cris y las chicas muy atentas, serviciales. Todo en buenas condiciones y adecuados servicios. Un excelente lugar para descansar y sentirse parte del lugar. Sin duda regresaría para pasar otros encantadores días. Recomendable

Nos encantó! Felices de haber pasado unos días en el depa de Nico. Nos sentimos como en casa. El depa está súper bien ubicado, la playa es hermosa, los atardeceres son espectaculares. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Desde el día uno, todo fue muy práctico, la comunicación muy buena y estuvieron atentos a todas nuestras dudas y necesidades. Súper recomendado para familias. El ambiente es familiar, muy tranquilo. Definitivamente, nos volveremos a hospedar en el depa de Nico. Muchas gracias por toda su ayuda y detalles. Qué Dios los bendiga.

Excelente departamento, muy amplio, limpio y bien ubicado, tal cual como se muestra en las fotos. No tuvimos ningún tipo de problema con el alojamiento

We had an incredible stay! Rosario ended up switching us to an apartment at the Garza Blanca resort and we loved every minute of it. The apartment was above and beyond our expectations! We even got an upgrade to an ocean front room in the last week of our trip. Great communication and can definitely recommend staying here!!

Todo súper y muy bien … solo estaría excelente si el internet fuera más estable y rápido!… un pequeño detalle! Pero la verdad todo muy bien …

Excelente hospedaje para viajar en familia, el lugar es tal como las fotos, súper cómodo, con todos los servicios de supermercados, gasolineras, restaurantes y farmacias cerca. A 10 km de la playa y del centro de Cancún, accesible a los diferentes destinos turísticos de la zona. Odette se comunica muy rápido con uno y le apoya en consultas o dudas del hospedaje o recomendaciones en la zona. Lo recomiendo y regresaría de nuevo con mi familia.

The pictures of Frank's place are accurate. The apartment is lovely, well kept, very clean. The place was quiet and a wonderful getaway. Frank was responsive, friendly and definitely addressed anything we raised or needed, always in a friendly, prompt and understanding way. You won't be sorry to book this place, it really is lovely and we always felt safe and comfortable in the area. If I had to change anything, it would be that it would be great to have screens on the doors to the outside so that they could be left open to enjoy the amazing, cool sea breeze. Also, if you're really tall, the bed seemed a little short to us, so it's definitely something to ask about before you book. I should add that the daily cleaning was awesome (made our working vacation seem more like a vacation) and the people who we dealt with like the woman who cleaned our apartment and the security guard of the condo complex were super friendly and wonderful. All in all, it was great!

2nd time at Karens place, 10/10 5 Stars ***** Amazing place and the perfect host, with great attention to detail. Very kindly Karen even left some food treats for my dog Bambu. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! :)

We stayed in this neighborhood for several years… very friendly and secure ! The apartment was on the 2 floor, very beautiful, clean and spacious! The kitchen has all you need . Thank you for providing cold water and the beer on our arrival! The house has 4 units and gates with the security code , it was safe, quiet and private( there is a place to park the car if you will be driving ). If walking : the bus R-2 will take you to the beaches easily, the distance to walk from the apartment to the bus about 10 minutes…. Also big Supermarkets are available in the neighborhood.The air conditioners are working great! The Roku TV was also excellent! We enjoyed our vacation and THANK YOU for YOUR HOSPITALITY and BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY! ❤️

Excelente Departamento muy bonito pero un poco lejos para llegar desde el aeropuerto , pero todo lo demas A1 , amoblado , buen clima, buen ambiente, disposicion de la cocina con ingredientes para la cocina, muy comodas las habitaciones , limpio , organizado tal cual indica en las fotos y descripciones. Si volveria a reservarlo sin duda, Gracias por la comunicacion y preocupacion .

Super bien por el precio, la atención, el tamaño, climatizadi, valió mucho la pena. Ell residencial muy bonito, y la vdd Aarón siempre muy atento, respondía mis dudas a la brevedad, le doy un 10.

This apartment was as advertised. I liked the fact that the bedroom was separate from the kitchen. It had everything needed for long and short term stay. It had great Wifi, AC, and hot water. I especially enjoyed the outside sitting area, which is surrounded by plants and shrubbery. The apartment was clean, well maintained and updated. It’s located pretty close to restaurants, Market 28 , a large grocery store as well as small convenience stores. The ADO bus station and the bus to the hotel zone/beaches were both about a 15 minutes walk. The only small problem I had was a slight communication issue. Apparently the previous guests decided not to check out of the unit at checkout time. Unfortunately that issue was not communicated to me. Everything eventually worked itself out and I was able to check into the unit a couple hours later.

Gianella was very responsive and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Thanks for having us!

Excelente hospedaje. Fácil acceso a supermercados como el Walmart y para tomar transporte a cualquier hora del día , nos sentimos seguro durante nuestra visita, Yazmín y su esposo súper atentos nos ayudaron en dudas y cómo llegar a ciertos puntos para conocer. Agradecidos :)

Great place with a great host! There’s a lot to walk around and see in this area. We went to markets, ate good local eats, etc. There’s a pool at this location which is nice for whenever you want to cool off. You can use Uber eats or Rappi if you don’t want to go out. You can also take an uber to the hotel district or visit the beach! If you need anything, Edain is very responsive, helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend and/or come back again.

Muy bonito el lugar, limpio seguro y agradable, hizo nuestra estancia más placentera, David estuvo pendiente y nos dio recomendaciones de lugares y transporte, quedamos muy contentos y con ganas de volver pronto!!
