Fernando accedió a que pudiera dejar la maleta antes del check in sin ningún problema. Su departamento es muy amplio y cómodo, y la vista a la piscina y playa es fenomenal. Me encantaría volver.

Buen lugar y buena atencion del alfitrion

Edmundo is fantastic. We arrived late due to flight delays. He met us at the street and showed us everything even late at night. The apartment is private and quiet (not a party zone). The pool was nice, property was kept nice. The area seems safe and the property is in a security gate. It's about 12 minutes walk to Walmart, and 5 to an Oxxo. Several restaurants in walking distance. We stayed 4 nights and would rent again if we are in the area.

fácil de llegar, rente vehículo lo deje enfrente y sin ningún problema, es una llegada con instrucciones claras y aunque solo ocupe el Airbnb para dormir pudimos descansar de forma agradable, cuando lo saludé en persona resultó ser muy amable y hasta dió recomendaciones sobre que lugares elegir para visitar

Beautiful apartment with wonderful light from the large windows and plenty of outdoor space. The pictures are the same as reality. It was the perfect size for 2 people and the air conditioning and ceiling fan made it very pleasant for sleeping. The kitchen had plenty of supplies to cook (spices etc) and they provided a very large bottle of water. Overall, we enjoyed the space and would return.

Merci Dafne de nous avoir accueilli. L'endroit est propre et facilement accessible. Nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Ma fille et moi nous sommes senties en sécurité en tout temps. Nous avons apprécié la vue sur la mer de la cuisine. C'est vraiment superbe. Rien a redire. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Todo exelente todo, estuvimos 5 noches. Si tuviese 10 estrellas, se las daria. Super recomdable. Muchas Gracias Naty!

Claudia was extremely responsive and worked with us when our flights kept changing (and everything that inevitably happens when you travel! 🙂‍↕️) which was wonderful. The place is so beautiful, peaceful, and open. About 15 minutes from the airport and 18-20 minutes from the beach. Great spot!

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

Excellent Airbnb house. Well designed - compact but sleeps 5-6 easily. All amenities provided and representative of the photos. A bit winding to get in but very helpful staff and guards. Very private and peaceful though there are a few dogs in each house who bark sometimes in unison !!! All in all very good stay

Lilian was absolutely amazing. I have stayed in my fair share of airbnbs and I was blown away with how well she communicated with me while being in Mexico. She also accommodated us getting Into the airbnb early, Met us at the door, and walked us through everything. Comfortable location. Walkable to restaurants and stores. Felt very safe in the area. I would absolutely go to this location again and recommend it to all my friends who want to travel to Mexico :) Thank you Lilian!!!!❤️

very nice place to relaxand soak up the sun. I really loved floating in the pool and all of the place. I look forward to staying again with my family. Lots of room with 3 bedrooms with queen size beds. Very cozy home.

Wow! Such an amazing place! Location was great and we loved our stay. Tracy is a great host, everything was exactly how it was described in the listing. Initially, when we arrived, we were concerned about the location however it was fantastic. In the heart of everything and noise was not an issue. Once you close the gates at night, you don’t hear anything. We were close to everything and all of Tracy‘s recommendations were great. The only thing that could have been improved was the cleaning upon our arrival. The microwave was not cleaned out and the shower had soap residue from a previous stay. Tracy was a fantastic host and her place was a mini paradise. Highly recommend.

Casa muy cómoda, limpia y muy equipada, la zona es muy segura y hay acceso fácil a lugares de interés cercanos.

Gabby’s stay is amazing. If you are thinking about it, go for it. I felt safe and secure with my fiancé. Also, you can walk around to nearby restaurants. There’s also a Sam’s Club if you wanna go grocery shopping. Gabby was super helpful throughout the entire stay. The pool and hot tub all to ourselves was a great touch as well. she also had a Uber named Alex, who was super helpful. I kinda didn’t want to leave to go to the resort!

Maria Elena was the kindest and warmest host I have ever met! She was incredibly responsive, communicative and helpful! Unfortunately, half my family was sick while we were there, and her care and concern were so appreciated! The place was great and comfortable - it's in a part of Cancun that is more residential/less touristy, and with a car, you can explore a lot of things. She was so wonderful and we would love to return to this or any other place she hosts!

Un lugar súper bonito , cómodo y limpio . Cerca de muchos lugares de comida , una vista desde el balcón muy linda. Lo recomiendo cien por ciento!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nino’s place and felt comfortable very quickly. Nino the host was very nice, professional, responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious and modern with amazing views of the marina. It’s equipped with everything you need. The apartment and the views are exactly like the pictures. The porch is very nice in the afternoon and evening for reading, relaxing and enjoying the nice breeze from the ocean. It’s also great benefits of having the pool and the gym room. The apartment is located in a nice area with 5 minutes walk to the marina and the mall that surrounded with shops and great variety of restaurants. It’s also very convenient and easy access to the city buses if you decide to go to the hotel zone or downtown. With 24 hours security at the property, we always felt safe. Overall, Nino’s place is wonderful and we definitely stay here again and highly recommended.

Nous avons adoré le logement ! Tout est très bien pensé pour y passer un bon séjour. Il est grand, les lits sont confortables et la terrasse avec la vue sur la piscine est superbe (attention aux noix de coco), on peut y observer les oiseaux et les iguanes ! Il est également très bien situé pour profiter de Cancun et des alentours (voiture obligatoire mais deux places de parking). Les personnes assurant la sécurité sont très gentilles et Margot est très prévenante, elle a beaucoup facilité notre arrivée et à toujours été présente en cas de besoin. Merci beaucoup Margot de nous avoir confié votre logement, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Anfitrion, super amable y predispuesto para lo que le solicitabanos..muy limpia la casa y las instalaciones bien ordenadas.

Die Unterkunft war groß, geräumig und sehr sauber – genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Die Lage war super, mit gesichertem Grundstück und guter Anbindung an Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z. B. Chedraui, OXXO) und den Parque de las Palapas. Die Ausstattung war top – eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Gasherd und Ofen, alles, was man braucht. Das WLAN war schnell, die Betten sehr bequem. Ein kleines Problem mit dem undichten Waschbecken wurde vom Gastgeber direkt am nächsten Tag behoben – super Service! Der Gastgeber war immer freundlich und gut erreichbar. Check-in und Check-out liefen reibungslos. Ich würde die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und jederzeit wieder buchen.
