Juan Carlos es un excelente anfitrión muy al pendiente de lo que sus huéspedes puedan requerir. Nos quedamos con mi familia en una de las habitaciones para 8 personas de la Azcapri Villa de Juan Carlos y tuvimos una gran estadia. La habitación es muy cómoda y esta muy bien distribuida, cuenta con cocina donde se pueden preparar alimentos. Muy buen Wifi. La Villa esta pensada como un lugar para relajarse, y todo ahi te invita a ello; desde la musica ambiental, hasta el Spa, tiene un cenote privado! Recomendamos 100% alojarse en Azcapri Villa si lo que buscas es un lugar para relajarte y conectar otra vez contigo mismo, nosotros en un próximo viaje a Cancun planeamos volver a hospedarnos aqui.

The home was beautiful and don’t even get me started on the view? Gorgeous. The hosts were also very helpful and responsive

Carmen and her team were so responsive to my questions at the beginning of our villa search which really made her stand out. the villa was exactly as described if not better it had all amenities and some great local information shared by Carmen. You 100% need a car here but they make that clear and we always have a car. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a regular pool clean and also house and linen change. All bedrooms have AC and then fans throughout the main communial areas. we found it be to very hot in the evenings and struggled to use these areas. but I guess everyone's tolerances to heat is different. check out was straight forward and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again should be return to Mexico. thanks again!

Es una excelente Casa y Ubicación, se requiere auto para poder trasladarse, pero muy cerca de Aeropuerto, Zona Hotelera y Restaurantes. Así como súper mercados y plazas. Algún puntos de mejora pero menores

We just touched down to a -20 degree Celsius home temperature and we’re missing the Villa already! The weather was perfect, the pool at the villa was refreshing and maintained during our stay. The ac wasn’t working in the bedroom and even before we could mention it, a maintenance crew came in to fix it proactively. Silvia was extremely responsive and helpful. She booked us a golf cart at a cheaper rate then renting in town, had it delivered and pick up from the villa which reduced all hassles. She also brought over a charcoal bbq so we could make burgers and fish. Amazing vacation and we had the whole place to ourselves (there are two units , one up and one down) but the downstairs wasn’t occupied during our stay so we had a very private pool and courtyard. Oh, also huge thanks to our cleaning lady - I didn’t know cleaning was included so was a nice surprise every second day. Highly recommend! Thank you Silvia! Tolle Unterkunft , viel Platz und eine schöne Anlage Drumherum. Sehr sicher und ruhig. Insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt :-)

Good description of the home. Great communication between both hosts. It was very comfortable and mostly what we expected. Safe community and very easy to maneuver.

We enjoyed our stay. Place was as described. Steps to the beach and a short walk to the bus stop. We enjoyed the patio and balcony. Jaqueline provided beach towels and chairs and the kitchen had what we needed. Would stay here again.

Loved staying at casa elegante. Jan Carlos the concierge was very attentive and helpful. The house is beautiful and in a great quiet location. Great for a family vacation.

Fam triana house was AMAZING..... Amazingly awesome. I celebrated my 24th birthday at her house . Her husband cooked for me and my friends , his food was great ! Also she helped me get a mirachi band to sing which made my day even more special . Me and my friends ended up getting locked out the house and she got to us in 5 minutes which was super convenient. She always got me a little Mexican present and a beautiful cake . My favorite thing about my stay here was that she has coconut trees in the backyard and she had someone personally get them off the tree for us . I will be definitely saying here again !!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Saasil. The gardens are impeccable, it was easy to find and it was extremely clean. We enjoyed the pool, the terrace, the beautiful views and the quick access to southern sights of the island. My only minor complaint is no access to on-site laundry- a slight inconvenience when traveling with kids. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful stay in this very zen airbnb located on an island paradise. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Es una casa muy linda, cada habitación con aire acondicionado, baño y televisor propios. Es muy disfrutable, con distintos espacios; la terraza es espectacular. La alberca limpia e impecable de extraordinario tamaño. La persona que hace la limpieza gentil y muy trabajadora. Paty se comunicó con nosotros desde que reservamos, nos ofreció múltiples servicios, estaba pendiente de nuestra llegada y cada momento de nuestra estancia. Sin duda me volvería a quedar en Casa San Blas en mi próximo viaje a Cancún.

We had an incredible stay! What makes the villa so great is that its private and peaceful. You have all the benefits of being in the hotel zone (on the south end), but without a sea of people. The pool was not crowded. The beach was right there. The views were incredible. It was inexpensive and efficient to take Ubers wherever you want to go. Navios is by far the best restaurant in the area and its a very short walk from the villa. Highly, highly recommend. This was one of the best airbnb’s I’ve stayed in with my family of 5.

What a lovely, clean, spacious house!!! There were 12 of us (3 couples, 6 singles)and all the rooms pretty much have their own bathroom and kitchen area so it's like you have your own apartment each. We only stayed one night in transit to our final destination but would've been happy staying longer! Walkable to restaurants and convenience stores. Fast wifi, host was friendly and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Mejor en persona incluso, comparando calidad/precio de la zona hotelera, es de lo mejor que hay, estuvimos muy a gusto.

Brian super amable y tal como está en las fotos, es más hasta un tlacuache nos encontramos vagando x el patio de la casa. súper contentos con su atención. no duden en llegar con su familia

I stayed here with my boyfriend and best friends for my birthday trip and we had so much fun!! I believe the main host was on a trip so she had another nice lady communicate with me and she was very responsive. She let us check in early and was there waiting for us to give us a tour. There were a few cockroaches around the house but they were somehow already dead. We also had one of the toilets overflow with water but again- she was very responsive and came in as soon as she could to resolve the issue. Other than that, area was very peaceful- the house was so nice and clean when we arrived. The community pool was so beautiful with a nice view. There was a GoMart and other restaurants that were a 8-10 minute walk. Definitely recommend!!

The location is amazing! Steps to the beach and pool. Beautiful views and peaceful setting. Karina was very helpful and responsive. The staff on site were courteous and friendly. The condo is nice and the rooms were large with working AC unit in each one. All the bedrooms are on the second and third floor. There is a large refrigerator and freezer and there were plenty of towels. We really enjoyed our stay.

Contrary to the last review, the condo did not feel dirty or dusty. The window tints are darker, but this is likely to prevent the sun facing condo from becoming hot during the day. Also, the owner has added a new ceiling tile, which is why it looks a bit different from the pictures. Otherwise, the condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our group of 5 people. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishware, and cutlery. The check-in process went smoothly, and the owner was very responsive to a couple questions we had during our stay. If you’ve done your research about the area, you should be fine. Remember, this condo complex was built in the mid 1980s and shows its age, so you can’t expect 5-star luxury amenities. The pool areas were great, and the condo complex staff were friendly. You’re literally right on the beach, and there are also several restaurants, shops, and a grocery store adjacent to the complex.

We loved our stay. The hosts were very supportive with help and quick communication. The area was clean and looked like the photos. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and stay somewhere more quiet but still with great amenities and views at a good price, this is it! Mayakita down the street has good food and great bloody Mary’s. We walked down almost everyday for brunch! Thanks for everything.

The place was at a great location with lots of restaurants and things to do around. The property was clean and the host was very responsive.

Great Location, would definitely stay again. Very responsive host who sorted out all of our transfers to and from the airport and to Xel Ha too.
