Great home in Cape Coral! Pablo and Noemi were very responsive. They even recommended a great boat rental company and advised us which days were the safest to take a boat out! Lovely backyard with a vice pool and gas grill. House was quite new and comfortable for 4 adults. Thank you for sharing your wonderful Property with us!

Elim’s place is beautifully renovated and located in a fantastic neighborhood. The home is lovely, and it's just a 20-minute drive to all the main attractions.

Excellent location for a relaxing getaway. Everything was exactly how it showed in the pictures. A very quiet location far enough from main roads to be quiet but close enough that anything you need was a short drive. Matthew was a great host. Very responsive to questions and we felt right at home. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area. Thanks!!!

Great Airbnb, no issues at all. The only thing missing from the house are ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We live in FL ourselves and are accustomed to sleeping with ceiling fans. Other than that, great house, which was equipped with all we needed.

This place is great, with lots of spacious, clean rooms. We’ve done AirBnB’s in Naples yearly for a while and Dara’s place was the best for our needs. The pool faces south giving a lots of sunshine while still offering a large shaded space. In addition to the 3 bedrooms is a large den with a big flat screen TV, so I could sneak off when the wife and adult kids (yes, they still vacation with us 😉) are on a Vampire watching binge. Dara was very attentive and helpful. We’ll likely be back!

The house is even more stunning in person than in the photos! The outdoor living space is exceptional, and our kids had a blast in the pool and spa. We also enjoyed fishing off the back pier and watching the turtles in the morning. Milli was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions. I highly recommend paying for pool heat – it’s definitely worth it!

Maria was great! Always got back with us to answer our questions quickly. The pictures online was exactly what place looked like! And her place is located in the middle of everything there was to do, in each direction. We loved that and took advantage of it! We walked the neighborhood almost everyday. Maria lives in a very quiet area. We enjoyed the walks, looking at the houses and how they were landscaped. This was the first time that my wife and I stayed in an AIRBNB for a month. We couldn't have chosen a better place. The only thing that would have made it nicer was getting to enjoy the new couch that was supposed to have been delivered while we were there. I'm sure the next renters will get to enjoy it.

If you are looking for peaceful, calm, clean and safe, you want this place. As a woman traveling alone, I felt extremely safe on this property and walked around the property at night with no fear. It is very gated and the front desk crew are incredible. The only fair warning is because of all the steel used to build the building (must withstand hurricanes) your internet is iffy and same goes for your phone service. If those 2 things aren't a concern, I would stay here in a NY minute. The host responded to me immediately and after checking in, I didn't have to contact her because everything went so smoothly.

Nice place for two, central location, quiet, simple, budget friendly, having access to laundry is a plus! There are a few extras that could come in hand like sprays, toiletries, snacks, very helpful.

We loved our stay! It was exactly what we wanted and exceeded our expectations. We wanted access to the beach and it was right across the street and down and bit. We enjoyed the clean house and updated features . We especially loved the little bathroom touches … we forgot to pack Q-tips but then found some in the bathrooms - it was great :) we will definitely stay here again !

Andy's place was very quaint and comfortable, perfect for our quick visit to Cape Coral to visit relatives.

The location was absolutely perfect- super easy walk into town to grab lunch and dinner, and super easy walk to beach- and the cute little beach bars with music. The back patio was right on the canal and perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the afternoon. Would highly recommend this place if coming to FMB.

Our stay at Te’s was absolutely perfect. The space is exactly as described—super cozy, warm, and welcoming, with great energy throughout. It felt like a little sanctuary. She was responsive and went the extra mile to allow us an early check in and recommend a dinner spot for us to celebrate. Every detail contributed to a genuinely wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

Pavelsplace was beautiful and spacious and served our family’s need perfectly. We flew in for my dads funeral and there were 11 of us staying there. 6 adults and 5 children. We never felt crowded and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The host was super responsive and respectful. Definitely recommend this to anyone with a large group.

Great house & host! House was beautiful as pictured, very clean & smelled AMAZING! Host was very friendly and responsive. Beds/ pillows were extremely comfortable & the showers were luxurious! We would definitely stay here again. The house is right next to a busy street that was somewhat loud; however, it is close to many things to do! Some of our favorites were dinner at “Gather”, a walk at the 4 mile ecological trail, brunch at Barunch, and an evening in downtown fort Myers!

Very beautiful, calm, and peaceful house the house was really clean and matched extaclty like the pictures and very clean aswell when we have arrived. An amazing clean pool, and is overall very good choice for when you are staying in the small town of North Port. I 100% recommend, especially the very easy way to get in and good communication from Yosdel 10/10!!!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But the real highlight was the pool – clean, private, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It felt like having our own personal resort! The host was super friendly and responsive, and check-in was a breeze. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation spot!

Fantastic place for a family vacation! House was beautiful, spotless, well laid out and clutter free. The Pool area is like a resort, the hot tub is such a nice addition to enjoy too. We had a fantastic stay at Tom’s Airbnb in Florida. The house was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as advertised. The pool was absolutely heavenly—our kids couldn’t get enough of it! There were plenty of towels for us to use, and the kitchen was fully stocked with every dish, plate, and utensil we could possibly need. The neighborhood was relatively quiet, which made for a relaxing stay, yet we were only 10–15 minutes away from any store or place we needed to get to. Tom was a great host—very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

We loved staying here with our family for spring break. Very family friendly and enough space for the 10 of us who went. Martin was extremely responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!
