Great place in the middle of everything. We really enjoyed the stayed with the family.

This place was a gem! Location could not be better—right up the hill from tons of great restaurants, shops, and the beach. Easy to access with an ATV. Our taxi driver was not able to take us to the very top of the hill where the house is, so keep this in mind when booking your transportation to the house. We had an amazing stay, and the hosts were able to answer any questions we had promptly. The house has a gorgeous view of the ocean and sunset, the bed were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great in each bedroom. We would absolutely come back and recommend this place to anyone staying in Santa Teresa!

Our stay was very inspiring and with lot of creative energy. We stayed at two of the houses because the first one was a bit too small since we travel for months and had a lot of luggage. Both places had a lot of perfect imperfections, with the most stunning views through out the day. We saw small monkeys, giant leguans, raccoons and heard howler monkeys. We enjoyed this place a lot and we will never forget our time here. Peter was so welcoming and very communicative and helpful with everything.

We absolutely loved this place! Both house and location! The house is beautiful, well equipped and super comfortable. Loved the dynamics of the open living space & kitchen facing the pool & surrounded by luxurious vegetation, the spacious open bathroom & the comfortable A/c rooms. The space is perfect for a family of 4 like us and is great both in sunny and rainy days. The kitchen is very well equipped. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. They are always in the area doing maintenance and assisting on anything you might need. The house is cleaned every morning and the wet towels changed (both shower and pool). The hermosa market is right next door which is very convenient. And the beach is my favourite in the area. Soooo beautiful!!! perfect for surfing all levels. A beautiful walk away from the house. I could live here!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Luna. It was very clean, well equipped, and very comfortable inside and out. Sitting on the porch in the morning was so relaxing. Beautiful trees and flowering shrubs, birds singing, and cooling shade. It is literally a two minute walk to the beautiful pool just across the way. A very convenient spot to go to the beach...Playa Blanca, Playa Negra, and Playa Avenella a short drive. Several very good restaurants just down the road. We found everyone to be so welcoming and helpful during our time in Junquiall. We are hoping to get back to Costa Rica soon and would be very lucky if we are able to stay at Casa Luna on our next trip. Thank you Georgina!

The setting was amazing! It was really cool to be so close to Montezuma and the area but have a peaceful jungle retreat to go to. The pool was wonderful for cooling off and watching the animals. We saw a great variety of birds, reptiles, and had howler monkeys come through. It was an incredible few days. Jodi reached out after first booking and was a very responsive host, she connected us with Leanne and Ron right away, and they could not have been nicer or more helpful with all our local questions, giving suggestions, recommendations and advice. This was a phenomenal portion of our trip!!

We loved Ruth’s home. The layout, while a little odd being separate was perfect for our family. The upstairs master was a quiet haven that we ended up loving. The pool, BBQ and kitchen were a great addition as was Doris. We didn’t follow the key rule and locked ourselves out one night and Doris so graciously came back to unlock the house for us. The monkeys, the quiet little town of Punta Islita and gym were also great additions. We loved our time at Casa de Agua.

Erin & Peter are great host, they are great communicating if anything happens or needs to be addressed. House is stunning with a priceless view of the beach. About a ten minute ride into Nosara. You can tell Erin & Peter care about their tenants and that is worth a lot when traveling. Highly recommend!

This Montezuma property is amazing. Bedrooms were so comfortable and everything was clean. The caretaker and the housekeepers were amazing, so nice and always very helpful and gave us privacy. Karen was amazing as well, very responsive to texts and checked up on us to make sure everything was ok. I’ve been to Costa Rica 3 times ands this trip by far was the best. We look forward to coming back again

The appartement is very close to the lovely Playa Pelada and just a 15 mins walk from Playa Nosara. It is a quite place and you have a litte shop and some restaurants super close by. Also the kitchen in the appartement is quite functional, if you preferre to cook yourself. And is hot : ) Federica is a nice host, commundation with her is fast and easy. Erik's place is perfect if you love nature. There is a beautiful open vista whichever direction you look and we regularly saw the howler monkeys both front and back. The hummingbirds were at the feeders all the time and would hover incredibly close to us at the front of the house. A beautiful coati was also a regular visitor snuffling for food. The turtle nesting beach at Ostional is about a 15 minute drive if you take it slow over the unpaved road. The local roads are in a poor state but there is little traffic and we managed fine in a rental 4x4 (Daihatsu Terios). There is a decent grocery store in Nosara (about 10 minutes drive) Overall, we would definitely recommend staying at Erik's place.

This is a rental that dreams are made of. Absolutely beautiful, quiet, private, just perfection. plus you have the security and amenities of being inside the resort. There are 3 levels, a private pool, 2 kitchens. The upstairs level can be separate and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with it's own kitchen so can be separate. The large and relaxing deck on this level has a beautiful ocean view bathtub. This property would work great for a small retreat or gathering of friends and family. All AC works well. The bedding is high quality and comfortable. the infinity edge, ocean view pool is the perfect temperature. Also, the property itself is stunning and the restaurant is great. All the staff are friendly and helpful. At night there is a gate and a guard for an extra secure feeling. The beach is just minutes down the road. Montezuma is a super special area, amazing restaurants, beautiful natural scenery. It is very worth visiting, but beware you will want to keep coming back.

We just came off 5 days here and wish we could've stayed longer. Directly in the jungle with monkeys above us. We loved having the privacy and our own pool. Seldom does such an amazing place accompany an even more amazing host. Michele was so inviting and kind. The passion he carries for his country is infectious and endearing. Take his recommendations, listen to his guidance. It doesn't come with an agenda, but with love and hope you can enjoy his country like he does. Highly recommended. Pura Vida

Marco, Dean, and Simone were a delight to deal with. The home is so cozy. It’s simple and clean and has everything you need. The beds are super comfortable with lots of pillows. The shower is hot and the AC works great. The outdoor space is really just an addition to the living space as a whole. I think we spent more time out there than inside. It’s nice and private and well furnished. We saw Monkeys and iguanas every day we were there. The pool was always clean and a perfect temperature. It’s walking distance to the beaches, many great restaurants and supermarkets. We had such a great time here. Thankyou Marco.

Great location only a stroll to the gilded iguana and many other great spots. Place felt very big and more than enough for 2 kids and 2 adults. Would and definitely am staying again! Simone also made it very easy to have a car waiting at the airport for us and arrange any thing we needed to make the trip seamless.

Our trip back to Tambor was the best yet! We had a wonderful time in the backyard oasis as well as having adventures in and around Tambor. The villa had all the comforts of home which made cooking dinners at the house convenient if we didn't want to go out. The grocery store in Los Delfines was a short walk away and had plenty to choose from and was restocked often. Thank you for being such fantastic hosts!

We enjoyed our time so much at this accommodation, it was close to the hustle and bustle, but far enough that it was super peaceful! The hosts recommended great places to check out and communication was always good. Lots of shopping and opportunities for everyone. Beaches not overly busy and stunning! We even made a little furry cat friend who greeted us every morning and around dinner time, we named her Theresa and she is very welcoming. ☺️

Nice place in a nice area. Short walk to restaurants and grocery shops. The best kitchen we’ve experienced in costa rica so far.

You will not be disappointed!! We had a wonderful stay at Casa Grande at Casa de Soleil. Clean, spacious, well equipped and oh so stylish. Stunning, well maintained property. Soraya and her staff were very attentive and helpful. We hope to return someday.

We just finished up a great stay- the view and the pool make this place 100% worth the stay. Douglas was very responsive and even installed a railing for the steps as my mom had trouble going up and down and the staircase didn’t have one. Very helpful with my questions and advice prior to arriving. The house is hard to find in the dark on the rural roads. More clear directions like look for the white car port might be helpful for future guests.

Mary was prompt and helpful and gave great restaurant suggestions!! The home was gorgeous and exactly as pictured. We would definitely recommend this gorgeous home!! Best vacation ever. Thank you so much!!
