Salvatore is a reliable host. He was flexible when we needed an extra night due to changes in flight schedules and he offered us the possibility to store our baggage in the apartment for a few hours after check-out. We spent a lovely 10 days in Syracuse and enjoyed the views form the balcony.

Francesco hat uns noch spät abends freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Terrassen haben es ermöglicht schon morgens die Sonne zu genießen. Leider war im März fussläufig keine Bar erreichbar, allerdings ist Ortigia oder Avola sehr schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar, sodass für das leibliche Wohl gesorgt ist. Als Startpunkt für Ausflüge sehr gut geeignet. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Francesco für die schöne Ferienwohnung.

Enza ist eine so liebevolle Person einfach nur zum Knuddeln. Daraus hat sich eine Freundschaft entwickelt und ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. ❤️ 5 Sterne reichen hier gar nicht. Bei Ankunft hat sie mich abgeholt und die Begrüßung war schon herzlich. so manchen Kaffee haben wir getrunken und auch einen Ausflug zusammen unternommen. Auch habe mich sehr sicher, sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und geschlafen, wie ein Baby. Die Matratze ist sehr gut. Ortigia ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert und die Unterkunft liegt mega zentral ( alles fußläufig). Mille, mille grazie Enza. Es war sooooo schön bei uns mit Dir. Hoffe du kommst mich mal in Berlin besuchen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. 😍🙋

I had an amazing stay at Alfredo's place in Syracuse, Sicily. Alfredo was an outstanding host, always incredibly helpful and quick to recommend the best local experiences. He suggested a wonderful wine tasting that was a highlight of our trip and guided us to beautiful nearby destinations like Noto and Ortigia. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the area. I highly recommend staying here for an authentic and enjoyable Sicilian experience! Thank you Alfredo!

Per fortuna abbiamo scelto di soggiornare alla Dimora Santa Lucia, a Siracusa (anche se siamo arrivati a Catania), dove ci siamo trovati molto, molto bene. Giuseppe è stato molto simpatico e accogliente e ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli e ci ha permesso di fare il check in prima e il checkout dopo. Giuseppe ha lasciato tutto predisposto per fare colazione, per tutti noi quattro, all'appartamento, per tutti i giorni del nostro soggiorno (e una bottiglia di un bel rosso Siciliano, che mi ha piaciuto). Ha avuto anche il bel gesto di lasciare del latte e dell'acqua nel frigo! L'appartamento era fornito di tutto quello che abbiamo avuto bisogno, per esempio: abbiamo usato la lavatrice, prima del nostro rientro a casa, abbiamo fatto un bel giro in bici, ed usato pure le sedie di spiaggia, al Lido di Noto e Marzamemi. Per noi, Siracusa è stata una location molto più comoda per visitare Noto e Modica (e le spiagge che ho menzionato sopra) che Catania. Vi consigliamo vivamente questa dimora!

Ottimo appartamento, arredato con gusto ed estremamente curato nella pulizia, dotato di tutti i servizi e confort. Situato a due passi dal mare ed a pochi minuti di piacevole passeggiata per raggiungere il centro e tutti i suoi luoghi di interesse. Andrea è un host perfetto, sempre reattivo sia prima che durante tutto il nostro soggiorno, reso ancora più piacevole dai i suoi preziosi consigli.

Das Quartier von Mario war sauber und ordentlich, die Einrichtung entsprach den Angaben in der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt sowie für die Zubereitung eigener Mahlzeiten benötigt. Der Empfang durch Mario war freundlich und unkompliziert, er hat uns alles Relevante ausführlich erklärt und unsere Fragen beantwortet. Im Wohnbereich lagen diverse Visitenkarten von Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung aus. Es gibt eine große und gepflegte Terrasse, auf dem man bei Sonnenschein herrlich relaxen kann. In Solarino findet man verschiedene Geschäfte und Einrichtungen für den täglichen Bedarf. Falls man etwas einkauft, was nicht mit ins Flugzeug genommen werden kann und per Paket nach Hause geschickt werden muss, empfehle ich ausdrücklich, die Filiale "Servizi Postali Di Gibilisco Michele" in der "Via Martiri delle Ardeatine, 19A" zu benutzen. Wir kommen gern wieder zu Mario. Vielen Dank für alles.

A great place in a very good location. Host was responsive and quick to answer questions. The flat itself was spacious and clean with a good set of facilities available. A great place to stay as it's close to many shops and markets nearby.

I spent a week in Paolo’s wonderful place so close to everything. I have seen people say something about it being called seafront house. This is accurate because Lungomare in Italian literally means seafront even though the property is about 20 meters from the sea you will not be disappointed I promise it is so clean so quiet and so so comfortable you really could not ask for more and if you did, Paolo is always available to help Thank you Paolo you are my favourite Host so far.

We had a great time here and the host was super helpful. We really liked the area, it’s an easy walk to Otigia and the archaeological park is right around the corner. Parking was no problem. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and it was super clean.

My family just spent a week at Villa Carmen (6 Adults and 1 dog) and really enjoyed our stay, there was plenty of space with an amazing outdoor area with a lovely pool. The location is perfect as it’s close to Ortigia and the coast where you’ll find some lovely restaurants. (You will need a car) The host Giuseppe was really friendly and is super responsive. He gave us some fantastic recommendations and was happy to accommodate anything we requested. Certainly recommended.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le logement de Valentina. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’endroit calme et bien situé près de lieux de baignade. En espérant pouvoir y revenir lors de prochaines vacances.

We enjoyed our stay. The house has amazing terrace with the view on the sea and a swimming pool. The place is better for people who have a car but even without it we had a good time: there is a store and a bar in walking distance, also there is bus to Syracuse. The host is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend to book a boat trip that host provides. We enjoyed it very much.

Paolo, persona disponibile e gentile, come concordato era presente al nostro arrivo, ha fornito utili informazioni sull’appartamento e ci ha omaggiato di un gradito cesto dei suoi agrumi. Camere da letto confortevoli, letti comodi (una camera senza finestra). Cucina e bagni puliti e accessoriati. Presenti condizionatori/pompe di calore funzionanti in ogni camera + cucina. Ordine pulizia e cura dei particolari. Location piacevole a pochi metri dal mare, nessun problema di parcheggio esterno vicino a casa (mese di gennaio). Le vie tra gli isolati sono strette. Giudizio complessivo ottimo.

We really love this place and Luca is a very friendly host! The apartment is lovely and very spacey. A perfect spot to discover Noto and the surrounding area. We absolutely recommend to stay at this place!

We had a wonderful few days stay. The house and gardens are just beautiful, even better than the images. Ketty the housekeeper was lovely and Francesca was very responsive. The house is situated 15 min drive from Noto so very simple to get to the shops etc. There are no shops/restaurants within walking distance but we were able to drive a short distance to get everything we needed. Would highly recommend anyone looking for beautiful and traditional Italian villa in a quiet and relaxing area.

Wij hebben met z’n tweeën de maand januari in dit authentieke pand gewoond en het was helemaal naar onze zin. Prachtige plek aan een pleintje, rustig gelegen, met een mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon. De badkamer is klein en basic, maar de woonkamer en slaapkamer zijn groot, en het bed is perfect. Het appartement is in de winter goed te verwarmen. De communicatie met Giuseppe en Aurora verliep uitstekend, ze waren heel behulpzaam en reageerden snel. Zeker een appartement om terug te komen!

Jederzeit wieder! Vom ersten schriftlichen Kontakt, über den Check-in bis hin zur Abreise hat einfach alles wunderbar geklappt. Hier sind Profis am Werk, die persönlich und sehr herzlich kommunizieren! Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön. Groß genug für ein Paar und die Terrassen ermöglichen es dir, entweder in Ruhe zu entspannen oder aber mit Blick auf die Straße am Strand-Leben in Lido di Noto teilzunehmen. Wir haben es geliebt, mit einem Espresso in der Hand auf die Straße unten vor dem Haus und dem dahinter liegenden Meer zu schauen. Innen wird es euch sicher an nichts fehlen. Der Außenbereich ist toll und all die vielen Strände in der nahen Umgebung mit all dem kristallklaren Wasser sind einfach großartig. Für uns ein tolles Gesamtpaket, das uns sicher wiederkommen lässt!

We had a wonderful time at Davide’s place . The apartment is situated in a beautiful garden , with no sound except the cicadas . Nice restaurants nearby and fish market selling fish straight from the boat , which we bought several times - very fresh . We especially liked the Fornace restaurant , right by the sea with smoking Mount Etna on view in the distance . Loved Ortigia too . So atmospheric, even before we stumbled upon a rehearsal for Dolce and Gabbana’s fashion show one morning !!Loads of great cities for sightseeing nearby and we discovered several beautiful beaches in the nature reserve . Davide was very helpful and thoughtful and we enjoyed our stay very much . Thank you

super süßes Appartment. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir waren dort 10 Tage mit kleinem Kind. Sehr angenehm ist der Aufzug. Außerdem ist die Gegend eine absolutes plus. Sehr nah zum Strand. Außerdem ist ein Spielplatz auf der anderen Straßenseite und dieser ist gerade für italienische Verhältnise traumhaft... Groß, schattig durch Bäume und mit hochwertigen Spielgelegenheiten. Die Familien aus Avola treffen sich dort und man kann in kontakt kommen.

We loved staying at Giovanna’s lovely apartment. It’s right above Ortigia’s incredible food market, where all the food is delicious - whether cooking amazing produce yourself or indulging in the tonnes of great restaurants. Everything about our trip was easy. We’d very gladly come again.

Our stay at casa Celeste was terrific. Damiano and Adda’s apartment is perfect with all the comforts of home. And that’s exactly how it felt - like staying in someone’s home. Damiano was a great host and super responsive. The apartment was about a 20 minute walk to the historic centre but we actually enjoyed the all especially after lovely dinners out. Great spot for exploring the area - 20 drive to Marzamemi and 35 min to Siracusa. We also explored the beaches and our favourite was the Lido di Noto. We headed to e end of the beach where there’s tons of parking and it was very clean. Hope to be back again soon.
