Mr Andrew place has everything for a comfortable stay near the beach. Bonita Spring is a beautiful area to rest and enjoy the west coast of Florida. My husband and I, took the opportunity to ride to the beach which is 10 minutes away and to the south to Delnor Wiggins State Park beach little further but worthy. Bonita is really beautiful place to rest and enjoy. Do not miss the sunsets !!. Mr Andrew is an excellent host.

My friend and I stayed here for a 6 night stay and loved every minute of it. Our place was exactly as pictured. The view of the canal is so peaceful and beautiful. Only a 1-2 minute walk to the beach access. The beach is beautiful, well maintained and not crowded. Pamela was wonderful in promptly answering questions and giving helpful hints we before we arrived. After we arrived, when we couldn't get the gas fire pit started, she texted back immediately. The next morning she and her husband came out to "fix" it; turned out to be user error. You have to press both buttons at the same time (the ignition button and the gas button) once you turn the gas on. I was only pushing the ignition button. I highly recommend Pamela and this vacation rental. I'm hoping to come back again next year!

Really enjoyed the view of the beach. Close to everything near the beach including shopping,restaurants and entertainment. Management was excellent and very accommodating. Planning to book again for next January for a couple of weeks Keith and Sherry

Great location—right across the street from the beach. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with the basics (I.e., coffee pot, some beach towels, cooking pans, dinnerware). The pool and hot tub are shared with other guests but we had no issues with noise during our stay. The surrounding area has been really impacted by hurricane Ian and there is a lot of construction and traffic. But the Airbnb itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient.

Location, location, location! This is basically beachfront property! Hopefully nobody will build on the land across the street for a long time! The price was a steal, I felt, for the location and accommodations. Only couple of negatives…we had to go out and buy beach chairs/umbrella. Tried to rent from online store, but it said sold out. Also, pool was a bit chilly for our liking, but might be fine for the next person. All in all, awesome week on Ft. Myers Beach!

Cinci and Ed's place was wonderful! The minute you walk in, you feel right at home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make a home cooked meal, plenty of room for our party of 6. The location was great, very close to the beach. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

Wir haben die Unterkunft kurzfristig gebucht & es war alles perfekt. Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben & würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Great location, close to everything. Clean, well equipped. Kitchen, coffee, etc. Bottle of wine in fridge was nice. But . . . No place to hang towels in bath, need towel bars/hooks and remove the bathroom art. Fan in master bedroom makes ticking noise so that you cannot sleep . . . . so you have to run the AC, which can't pay for the owner. Second visit here, would stay again.

Scott's place was great. Everything you could need for cooking and for kids. Wish it was slightly closer to the beach, but the golf cart provided was awesome and made getting back and forth to the beaches very easy. Great place.

Enjoyed our stay for a recent winter getaway. Great location with access to main road with restaurants, coffee, etc. Pool and putting green were a bonus but overall house was clean and comfortable!

We had a wonderful time with our family In Brad’s home. Ft Myers is such a beautiful area and it’s inspiring to see all of the rebuilding happening since the hurricane. Locals were all incredibly pleasant. Brads home was perfect for our family. The home allowed for us to have a wonderful week and we are so thankful we got to stay in Brad’s home.

House’s location is perfect. The house needs some updates but very functional. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of towels, bed sheets and games. Paul was awesome answering all our questions. We really enjoyed the Island lifestyle. Exploring on the golf cart, having ice cream at the Shop. My family had a blast at the beach and watching the amazing sunsets!!!! Definitely coming back!!!

We had a great stay here! Home was super spacious and comfortable, peaceful neighborhood, about a 5-10 min walk from the beach and stocked with tons of towels and beach chairs. Mike was super responsive, accommodating, helpful when we had questions.

we were only in town for a night so we didn't have much time to enjoy the home or the area but it served its purpose and was wonderful. Thank you

Que du bonheur !!! Notre famille de 5 personnes a adoré séjourner dans cette jolie maison spacieuse , parfaitement propre et équipée et située dans un quartier calme et sécure . Nous ne pouvons que recommander à la communauté Airbnb d’y séjourner . De notre côté , ce passage chez Juan Pablo a contribué à nous faire passer un excellent séjour étape durant nos vacances et découverte de la Floride .

Would recommend Lesley’s place. The hosts were very responsive in a timely manner. The house was exactly as the pictures showed. Great location. Would definitely stay again. The only thing I would suggest is to have a pool skimmer the guests could use.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Yenny's place. It was beautiful and very comfortable to live in. Great location - close to many restaurants, grocery shopping and the beach is only 5 minutes away by car. Yenny answered our questions promptly and was very helpful. We highly recommend staying at Yenny's place and we would definitely stay there again.

Kari was a wonderful host with a fabulous property! She began our experience right away when we booked her place, and was always extremely responsive and kind. Her property, where we stayed in Fort Myers Beach, is in the perfect location and is just as it is described and pictured. She had everything you could need and more, and the location was so perfect we could easily walk to the farmers market or nearby shops. We would definitely return to this property! Thank you for making our stay so perfect 😊

The condo has been recently remodeled and is beautiful and very clean - one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The kitchen is very well equipped, with many thoughtful touches, and we cooked several meals during our stay. King bed was comfortable (we did not use the other beds). Being so close to the beach was fantastic! This was our first time on Sanibel and we loved it, in spite of being there during unusually cold weather. Definitely hope to return and would love to stay in this condo again!

Captiva Island is as peaceful as you could imagine, secluded beach and a beautiful condo with top notch appliances. The screened in balcony overlooks the beach, I would highly recommend staying here and Ryan and Nicole were always quick to respond.

We love the area the condo is great kitchen needs a little updated pool area needs updated but we would stay there again.

Very nice stay at the condo! It was exactly as described! I didn’t realize when i booked it that we were in a gaited community! This was a business/pleasure trip and the location was perfect. We had appointments near Fort Myers and Naples, the condo was between both ! Surrounded by beaches and great restaurants! We ate Mama Leon’s pizza which is right around the corner, and enjoyed returning to The Fish House which we had visited over 10 years ago. The pool was refreshing, we got to meet neighbors who have been coming down for years? They were extremely nice! We also shared a beautiful sunset with a colleague at Clam Pass, got some great pictures! Thanks again for sharing your ultra clean condo!

would highly recommend this place. the kitchen is well stocked for your cooking pleasure. the place is very clean. it is close to the beaches, shopping, restaurants & everything in between. loved it.
