Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Benedetta, malgré une arrivée très tardive dû à un retard d’avion. La communication a été très fluide, et Benedetta a tout mis en œuvre pour que nous passions un séjour agréable. Je recommande de prendre la demi-pension avec la Cheffe Rita : cuisine typiquement Sicilienne, familiale, c’est un vrai + pour le grand groupe que nous étions (18 personnes). Les extérieurs et toutes les installations qui l’accompagnent sont fabuleux ! Piscine, grande véranda avec musique, baby-foot, billards, ping-pongs…. Les intérieurs se divisent en 3 logements distincts : 1 appartement en rez de villa, et deux chalets. Ils sont un peu plus rustiques, et les chambres de l’appartement sont sans fenêtre. Mais nous avons fait avec, et finalement l’ensemble du séjour était très agréable. Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse de Benedetta et sa famille , merci à vous.

Une maison charmante dans un environnement paisible, un peu isolé, et une vue magnifique! On aurait eu envie d'y rester plus longtemps. Daniele et Tina ont été réactifs et aidants, avant notre arrivée et pendant notre séjour. Un endroit superbe!

We had an outstanding experience here. Was excellent. Giuseppe was so welcoming and oriented us to the area and gave us recommendations. He really took pride in his and had a great personal touch. The space is very large and airy, I would say here without hesitation in the future.

Alloggio grande e confortevole, molto pulito. Comodissimo a tutte le spiagge limitrofe. Vicino al centro e parcheggio sotto casa sempre disponibile. Consiglio vivamente a tutti gli ospiti.

Francesco war sehr freundlich, schnell und flexibel. Typisch italienische Hilfsbereitschaft und Gastfreundschaft. Die Wohnung ist toll, sehr ruhig, sauber und perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir waren zu zweit dort und hatten daher extrem viel Platz. Auch zu viert kann man dort ganz sicher sehr gute Tage verbringen.

Our family had a lovely stay at Agriturismo Fondoliva. The surroundings are amazing and peaceful. Sara was really helpful and lovely that we could charge our electric car for free (7 amps schuko outlet). The pool was out of order (we got the info prior to our stay though) and the floor on the bottom floor was a bit cold but except from that our stay was amazing and we can really recommend Agriturismo Fondoliva to other guests. Wunderschöne Unterkunft. Der Blick aufs Meer ist atemberaubend, die hintere Terrasse eignet sich gut zum Grillen. Es gibt sogar einen Pizzaofen, den wir aber nicht benutzt haben. Der Pool ist klein, aber zum abkühlen und zur Massage gut geeignet. Das Haus war super sauber und Chiara ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

What a lovely house this is! With a beautiful garden all around and seating areas everywhere for sun or shade. The swimming pool and jacucci are perfect for cooling off or enjoying the evening. And you can walk straight to the beach or to the nearby pleasant town of Marzamemi. We immediately felt at home after we were welcomed by Rosanna. Fortunately, it was not a problem that we arrived very late. We had contact a few times during the week and minor problems were resolved immediately. All this ensured that we had a fantastic week in Sicily! ps : because we visited some nearby towns by car ( e.g. Noto, Syracusa, Modica, Marina Di Ragusa, Brucoli, Pozzallo) I had the opportunity to see a few other vacation rentals I found on Airbnb in advance. So happy I chose the perfect place!

We had a wonderful time at Gioacchino‘s place. It was clean and equipped like described. The best part of it is obviously the huge garden with all kinds of exotic fruits, lots of animals and a nice playground for the kids. Moreover, Gio is a great host, who gave us great recommendations and even organized a visit to a doctor, when we needed one. Definitely worth a visit

What I was looking for and my 2 dogs where very happy.. I would go again

A Beautiful property & working farm. The animals are adorable, we loved the 2 dogs, cats and pigs. The place is quiet, clean, great kitchen to cook in & a 5 minute drive into town. Couple small grocery stores to buy ingredients to cook. They have olive oil & seasonings & fresh eggs their wine to buy, which was really good. A pretty pool ( too cold for us ) but great to watch the sunset by. Bed is super comfortable, ac worked great and bathroom was nice. A really neat private space. You can drive to Ragusa & Modica in 20minutes to explore and the coast in 40minutes. WiFi worked great, no tv but that wasn’t an issue for us. We had a great stay! Countryside is great to explore.

abbiamo avuto un'accoglienza strepitosa. il luogo è paradisiaco, mai caldo, la piscina è bellissima, gli spazi esterni ampi e ben curati. Eravamo un gruppo di 19 persone e davvero c'era modo per tutti di rilassarsi in pace e tranquillità, partendo dai ragazzi che volevano fare il bagno arrivando agli adulti che invece volevano riposare. tutti avevano modo di fare ciò che preferivano senza disturbare gli altri. la cucina ampia e accessoriata di tutto il necessario. l'host è stato davvero premuroso. ci ha coccolati per tutta la settimana. ci ha saputo dare indicazioni precise sui luoghi dei dintorni e non solo. siamo stati davvero molto bene

Magical location just a short walk along a private party to a flat, sandy turquoise beach, with pristine clear water. Alberto was an amazing host. Always on call to answer our questions. He gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations and even made some reservations for us. Overall, a fantastic stay.

A really lovey & comfortable apartment on the edge of the best town to stay in the Baroque region. Adele is a wonderful host and there were lots of provisions, the facilities were great with bbq, log fires and a pool. Would not hesitate to recommend to all for your stain the area.

Die Unterkunft von Vincenzo ist etwas ganz Besonderes! Tolle Landschaft, großartige Blicke, die Gemütlichkeit von zwei Kaminen, schönes Mobiliar, ein bequemes Bett, ein unheimlich netter Gastgeber mit den freundlichsten Hunden und super Tipps für die Umgebung. Danke für alles, Vincenzo, wir kommen gerne wieder!

The gardens and pool were lovely. The only drawback for us was that we like to walk when we are on holiday and the apartment was on a busy road with little in the way of pavements. Otherwise it was a lovely apartment and grounds with a very helpful host.

We spent a magnificent week at this beautiful villa with our family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers). The villa has a wonderful rustic feel to it which we loved, and it has everything one could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. As for the host, as many have already said, Corrado is just the best!! He really goes above and beyond for his guests. Super helpful, kind and knows all of Sicily like the back of his hand. We had a very enjoyable stay at Jochen & Katia's place. The location is excellent, with several beautiful beaches & a supermarket all within a 15-minute drive. The nearby town of Pachino offers fantastic fish markets, cafes, and bakeries, & a 30-minute drive to Noto made for a wonderful day trip, even on a rainy day. The property is well-maintained, & the pool is a great feature. However, there were a couple of small issues that could improve the experience. The security lights in the rooms were quite sensitive, & any movement at night caused red and green flashing lights to disturb the darkness. It would be helpful if these could be covered or adjusted. Additionally, while the kitchen was generally well-equipped, a sharp knife would have been a useful addition. Lastly, our host Carla was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a comfortable and convenient stay, but with these minor tweaks, it could be even better.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dieser schönen Unterkunft nahe Noto. Das Apartment ist wie auf den Bildern: großzügig, gemütlich und mit einer tollen Terrasse zum Essen und Entspannen. Besonders gefallen hat uns der ruhige, idyllische und namensgebende Garten voller Zitrusbäume sowie die optimale Parkplatzsituation direkt vor Ort. Die Lage ist ideal—nur 10 Autominuten bis ins Zentrum von Noto, nahe Syrakus, schöner Strände und guter Restaurants. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Trotz warmer Märztage war der Pool leider geschlossen und die Liegen erst später nutzbar und vorangegangene Besucher haben die Teflonpfannen stark zerkratzt, sodass wir die ungern benutzt haben. Aber auch dafür fand sich eine Lösung - das Team ist höchst professionell. Insgesamt klare Empfehlung!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans ce logement ! Les hôtes étaient tout simplement adorables, toujours prêts à rendre service et très accueillants. Leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ont rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Le logement était propre, confortable et conforme à la description. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et je reviendrai avec plaisir ! Un bel endroit paisible et agréable. Merci Giuseppe et à sa famille !!

La struttura è molto bella e signorile. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno, la cucina è molto bene attrezzata così anche come l’area esterna. Piscina molto bella e molto curata. Giardino meraviglioso con molte piante che non si vedevano nelle foto. Saro è stato molto presente, disponibile e ha soddisfatto prontamente ogni nostra richiesta. Tutto perfetto.

Très bon séjour passé en famille chez Corrado dont l'accueil et les bons conseils ont été très appréciés ! Le logement est très fonctionnel et comprend une belle piscine ainsi qu' un magnifique jardin ce qui le rend très agréable après les visites... Il est par ailleurs très bien situé, proche des principaux points d'intérêts du sud est de la Sicile . Adresse à recommander sans hésiter !

Wow! What a truly magnificent stay!! The villa looked incredible in the photos...but it's even more special in real life! The villa was much bigger than we expected and it felt like living in a palace, with beautiful local and family touches. The gardens and the pool were beautiful...my brave daughters even tried it in winter which was a bit chilly, but i imagine amazing in the summer. We made friends with Shakira the horse and the kittens. Antonio was really helpful with the local recommendations and fantastic communication and gave us a warm welcome and orientation to the villa. For fans of Montalbano, we recommend a drive down to Punta Secca to see his house, or Scicli for the police station. The trattoria gattopardo at the castello donofugata nearby was excellent and we loved the pizza at That's a moro in Ragula Ibla. A week went so quickly... we'd have happily stayed longer! Grazie!!
