Simona’s place was like a paradise! The garden was beautiful and the pool amazingly large. The apartment was cozy, the kitchen well enough equipped for making meals to our family. Simona was friendly and helpful and quick to answer all our questions. Altogether a perfect place for a holiday!

Great view and perfect place to stay for adventures on the island. It’s cosy and has all the facilities you need. Recommendation!

L'appartement de Sebastiano est très bien situé pour visiter les alentours et il se trouve juste en face de la magnifique plage d'Avola. Le logement est très propre et très pratique. De plus il y a quelques restaurants et bars à cinq minutes à pied en longeant le bord de mer. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sebastiano qui est très accueillant et sympathique. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Séjour inoubliable dans cet appartement à la vue imprenable sur Modica, super bien équipé, tout confort et au calme. Giancarlo à été très réactif alors que j'ai réservé une heure avant notre arrivée du fait d'une annulation de mon logement initial, il a mobilisé quelqu'un pour venir nous accueillir au parking et nous aider avec les bagages (nous voyagions avec notre fils de 2,5 ans, et moi enceinte de 7 mois). L'accès au logement est facile depuis le parking, avec uniquement de la descente, nous y sommes aisément parvenus moi-même et mon fils. Ce logement est véritablement la perle de notre séjour sicilien, je recommande fortement !!

Beautiful flat nestled in the streets of Modica. It is absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail is unbeatable. The apartment is super close to the center and just a few steps away from great restaurants and cafés. The view is absolutely spectacular!

We absolutely loved our stay at Federica's home ❣️ It is actually small house you have to yourself, with amazing terrace, lovely and big bedroom with balcony and sooo comfortable bed with lots of pillows, sufficient kichen where is possible to cook almost everything as there is a stove and small oven as well, big fridge and freezer 👍 and dining room with big table and couch to crash on while watching TV 😉 Location is absolutely perfect, few mins walk to the beach, bus stop around a corner with perfect connection to Catania, Noto, Syracuse and more, exquisite butcher on the corner is a must as well as tiny bakery and fishmonger around a corner ☝️ There is a pizza place next door with excellent pizza and very nice seating setting right outside your door, open late, so if you are light sleeper as me, bring your earplugs and you will be fine 😉 Last, but not least, Federica is such a darling, very friendly, helpful and kind host and beautiful person ❤️ Absolutely recommended ❤️

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Villa. Leider meinte es das Wetter nicht so gut mit uns und daher war es sehr kalt im Haus. Caterina war aber super engagiert und hat sofort Feuerholz vorbei gebracht und so konnten wir den Kamin einheizen. In den Schlafräumen gab es eine Klimaanlage welche auch als Heizung dient. Die Lage zum Meer war super auch ein paar lokale Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und es gab einen Grill( welchen wir aber nicht genutzt haben) Die Betten waren außerordentlich bequem was wir im Urlaub eher selten erleben! Vielen Dank und bis bald

Das Appartment von Giovanni ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung ist an bester Lage. Das Meer ist nur wenige 100 Meter entfernt und man hat gute Möglichkeiten für Restaurantbesuche. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr modern. Wenn man hilfe benötigt, antwortet Giovanni sehr schnell. Der einzige Nachteil sind die Parkplätze. Es hat leider nicht genügend und zu Ferienzeiten ist es manchmal schwierig einen Parkplatz zu kriegen. Aber sonst alles super. :-)

Le logement est superbe ! Le meilleur airbnb que nous ayons fait en Sicile. Lits confortables, bien équipé, pensé pour y vivre dedans, belles terrasses, et un accueil au top. Se garer dans le rue juste devant est facile.

Recensisco con molto piacere l'alloggio del signor Giovanni, che come host è stato veramente impeccabile. La casa si trova a circa 9 min dal mare e presenta nelle vicinanze un fornitissimo supermercato. Abbiamo trovato l'alloggio pulito e servito di tutto il necessario. Consiglierei l'alloggio a gruppi e famiglie data la disponibilità di spazio (interno ed esterno) e dei servizi vicini all'alloggio.

We stayed at Robin's in the first week of November. We loved the amazing attention to detail. Rugs on chairs outside, amazing wine, olive oil, capsules and espresso machine in the kitchen, free to use flippers, sea shoes, bbq, pingpong table and radiator to dry towels on November nights. Robin made it clear that we could request anything. We spent hours in the morning sun on the patio and the sunrise is absolutely worth getting up for. In November the tiny neighbourhood is silent and all you hear is the crashing ocean and birds. You would need a car to enjoy a holiday here and Robin's list of recommendations were greatly enjoyed. Robin's generosity is hard to beat. Thank you for our November getaway. We loved it!

Appartamento, host e zona spettacolari. terrazzo con vista mozzafiato a tutte le ore.. appartamento grazioso arredato con gusto ..con tutto il necessario.. è come sentirsi a casa.. comodissimo per due persone.. al mare arrivi a piedi in due minuti in una spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata dove si può anche mangiare .. Salvatore gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.. torneremo sicuramente

Wij sliepen in de studio, deze was zoals omschreven. Fijn bed en schone ruimte. In de keuken was alles aanwezig. De tuin en het zwembad waren fantastisch! Prachtige aangelegd en goed vertoeven.

Fantastyczne miejsce z prywatnym wejściem na plażę. Coś niesamowitego. Wszystko wyglądało jak na zdjęciach, czyli bardzo dobrze :) Martina jest bardzo pomocna, mieliśmy kłopoty z Internetem po przyjeździe i nie mogliśmy odczytać wskazówek dotyczących dojazdu. Baliśmy się, że nie trafimy pod wskazany adres i wtedy Martina zaangażowała swojego Tatę, który zawiózł nas na miejsce. Dziękujemy za pomoc i wszystko. POLECAM!

Einfach idyllisch. Im Herzen von Cartellone - dem ehemals jüdischen Viertel von Modica. Ein atemberaubender Ausblick auf die gesamte Altstadt samt beider Duomi, San Pietro und San Giorgio. Unglaublich geschmackvoll, schlicht und modicanisch gestaltet - mit extra feinem Händchen für Details aus der Historie Modicas. Großes Lob hier auch an Peppe, den Maior Domus - welcher Catarina vorort vertritt. War vier Wochen Gast und hab mich sofort - schon vorm Betreten der Wohnung - zuhause gefühlt; ja es hat gar geschmerzt als ich die Wohnung verließ. Herzlichen Dank für die Erschaffung dieses magischen Ortes. Von mir gibts ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

We LOVED spending most of a month on this beautiful and peaceful property just outside town! We took day trips in every direction and each location was even̈ more beautiful than the previous one. The hosts did not speak any English, but we communicated quite effectively using Google translate They have the most lovable dog, too.....just as sweet as the hosts themselves!

Our stay at casa Celeste was terrific. Damiano and Adda’s apartment is perfect with all the comforts of home. And that’s exactly how it felt - like staying in someone’s home. Damiano was a great host and super responsive. The apartment was about a 20 minute walk to the historic centre but we actually enjoyed the all especially after lovely dinners out. Great spot for exploring the area - 20 drive to Marzamemi and 35 min to Siracusa. We also explored the beaches and our favourite was the Lido di Noto. We headed to e end of the beach where there’s tons of parking and it was very clean. Hope to be back again soon.

Had an amazing stay at Claudio’s place. The location is close to everything and his place is the perfect spot to call home for a few days in Noto (the balconies are amazing!). Claudio was also a great host and responded right away to any questions we had and check-in was easy. There was also free parking on the street out front. Would stay again.

I just got back to Norway after one week at Letizia’s home. I really loved it! The apartment is spacious enough, very cosy with everything one might need. Even cute things for pets! 😊 The balcony is spacious. Quiet neighbourhood, very central. I’ll be back! Grazie di cuore! Ps: Letizia is just adorable, warm and super-friendly. Wir waren für vier Tage Maddys und Guidos Gäste. Der Empfang war ausgesprochen freundlich und es ist alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Fotos beschreiben die Unterkunft sehr genau. Und die Lage ist einfach fantastisch. Guido gab uns noch Restaurant Tipps. Wir können es einfach nur weiterempfehlen.

It was a great stay at Rosario‘s place. It is a quiet area but perfectly located for trips to the sea, to beautiful cities and other destinations. Especially for families with kids recommended. Our children loved the cat and the dog as well as the pool of course. Thank you very much!
