This house is beautiful! The rooms are great. The kitchen is large and it has a nice pool and hot tub. It is set back from road 100 meters and has a private gate making it feel very secluded. There are some nice local restaurants with great views of the city 10 minutes away as well as a small grocery a few minutes away. We had a great stay!

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. The grounds were lush and tropical and the place was very comfortable to come back from our days to back and relax. We didn’t want to move on to our next destination but there weren’t any available rooms to stay longer. We will definitely want to come back here! Pat and Mati were always available to answer any questions. Parking was a but tricky at first but was tucked away so our vehicle felt safe.

The house & location are amazing, you literally feel like you have your own beach in the middle of paradise, but also all of the conveniences you need like a variety restaurants, grocery store, convenience stores and even a hardware store are only less than a 5 minute drive away. The baby turtle sanctuary is only a 5 minute drive away and we got to see one of my bucket lists, we got to release baby turtles and watch them waddle their way to the ocean! The whole house had a water filter and reverse osmosis water so we were able to have safe and wonderful drinking water the entire trip and saved loads of money just refilling our water w/ regular cheap water bottles that we bought day one some of us brought our Yeti/Stanley cups. The pool is a perfect dip pool for when you get hot, and at low tide, which is everyday. The smooth sandy beach is a dream! We looked at tons of other beachfront properties but this was the only one that actually had a sandy swimmable beach! House is perfect!

Un lugar acogedor en medio de la selva. Un poco alejados del centro pero cerca en carro. Hermosa y tupida vegetación. La piscina está muy bien y nos sentimos cómodos con los tres baños. Una experiencia muy diferente para los citadinos. El anfitrión muy amable y nos ayudó en todo. Nos gustaría mucho volver.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation de la villa qui nous a permis d’être au calme dans un super jardin et très près de la vie commerciale et de la plage Nous avions la villa Colibri en rez de chaussée ( place de parking pour la voiture à côté) Tous les appareils électro-ménagers sont neufs ainsi que la vaisselle et très appréciable de trouver tous les produits de première nécessité ( café sucre sel poivre huile d’olive ….) Un super endroit pour découvrir ce coin de la Péninsule Je recommande

Mike ist ein super Gastgeber, er hat uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben und sogar Ausflüge für uns organisiert. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur und ist sehr schön eingerichtet (europäischer Standard) sowie sehr sauber. Auch die Kommunikation mit Mike war sehr nett und die Antwortgeschwindigkeit sehr schnell. Wir können Mikes Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold. Helt utrolig beliggenhet og kort vei til stranden. Bra kjøkken med alt av utstyr.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Caroline's house was peaceful and private. Bas was the gentleman who helped us check in and gave us house keys. He was friendly and helpful and let us check in several hours early. This property was very convenient. It's really like a small town with a restaurant that has great pizza and a convenience store right at the property that sells some groceries and alcohol. There is a beautiful quiet beach. We were given recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Caroline even provided coolers, chairs, and beach towels for our beach day. A huge plus...Los Delfines is in Tambor Bay which is close to Isla Tortuga. I would highly recommend renting a boat and spending a day on the water. Our guide picked us up right on the beach in front of the property. Tambor bay also has bioluminescence at night but be sure to avoid your stay during a full moon if you really want a good show. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Excelente ubicación en la primera planta. Muy cómodo para adultos mayores o personas con alguna limitación física. El Condominio en excelentes condiciones y Justin siempre atento a nuestras necesidades.

Una casa grande muy cómoda con muchos detalles de limpieza que hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera perfecta. La piscina, el mini gym y el área de juegos fueron muy importantes para relajarnos por tres días. El vecindario es muy seguro y tranquilo; a solo minutos del centro de San Isidro de Pérez Zeledón. El internet bastante rápido y siempre disponible.

Lovely place to stay in the Nosara area. The apartment was clean and plenty large for the two of us. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements. Outdoor BBQ and pizza oven were a bonus. Pool was a must since it was very hot even in the evenings and mornings. The patio felt private and secluded due to nice landscaping even though there were several other ledgers on the property. Bit a walk to the beach, but doable. Tiffany was great to deal with and was very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

I stayed in the studio apartment, on the ground floor. Though it didn’t have a balcony, the pool area was just a few steps away. The bed and the linens were extremely comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking with plenty of dishware, utensils, pots and pans, etc. They did have in room, coffee and sugar with the coffee maker and salt and pepper. No oils were supplied, but I didn’t need them. The toaster oven came in handy. One thing I’ve learned from previous stays in Costa Rica, if you are on the ground floor and have any food scraps at all, keep them in your fridge until cleaning day. Everything was in walking distance, and easy to get around, all the roads were paved. Something that was new to me since I usually go to Guiones where most are not, and it’s very dusty and much more spread out. The beach was mostly calm, and there were umbrellas and chairs available to rent. Overall, very happy with my stay and will be back!

One of the best things about this place were the monkeys that would occasionally frequent the back porch. Getting to the place was tricky, but it’s primarily due to the insanely narrow and steep roads that are everywhere around Manuel Antonio. Only one bedroom had AC, but that ended up being enough after it cooled the place. Finally, the owner was great - we booked this unit at 3:30 pm, when our previous unit fell through due to a plumbing emergency. They had us in the unit within the hour! Great customer service.

Fleures fraîches, plat de fruits, délicieux gâteau aux bananes fait maison ✨Nous y serions bien rester un peu plus longtemps ✨

Villa Matisse was perfect! We loved the decor, perfectly stocked kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, 2 master suites, gorgeous back yard and our angel housekeeper / morning chef Maricela was icing on the cake! Thank you for a beautiful stay. We loved every minute.

En el lugar encontré todo lo necesario para la estancia. Y agradezco la atención que me prestaron en realidad no requerí realizar preguntar ya que la guía con la información es muy clara y tiene lo que se requiere. Me gusto mucho el área común del lugar.

Fernando’s place was great! Great location in a super nice, safe community with very friendly security guards! About a 10 minute walk to the main town and a lot of the great restaurants and bars. There were a few things that could maybe be updated (one of the blinds was broken along with one of the knives in the knife set and one of the kitchen drawers) but nothing that was anything serious! Fernando was also super responsive, and when we let him know that the drawer with the laundry detergent was locked, he had someone there within the hour to come unlock it for us! Great place and great deal!

Great stay close to Tamarindo beach, but away from the business of the main strip (walkable). Pool was excellent for cooling off. Host very responsive/ accommodating of early check in time. Would certainly stay again!

The house was nice and had everything we needed. The location was very good with grocery stores, restaurants and Manuel Antonio National Park near by. The boys (ages 8 and 11) loved the on-site swimming pool plus wonderful local beaches. We were very glad for the air conditioning as it was a HOT 88 degrees Fahrenheit the whole week and appreciated the convenience of the washer/dryer.
