Great flat. Very clean and welcoming. Close to local restaurants and lovely walks along the quay. Bonus was a secure place to leave our bikes!

We had an excellent stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to beach, restaurants, shops and theatre. The place was spotless and well-equipped. The host was friendly and the instructions were very clear. We highly recommend this place and would love to return.

This is a great property in a beautiful and quiet area. Everything you need is available and the bed is very comfortable. Instructions and communication were detailed and helpful. The centre of Bournemouth is just a short walk. Thanks for having us.

Emily’s apartment was fabulous. Minutes away from the quay, shops and pubs. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. When we needed to get in contact with Emily or Luke they got straight back to us. Would definitely recommend.

Travelling as a family of four and one dog. We loved our stay at North Mill. Great location with lots to pubs and restaurants a short walk into Wareham old town. Sally was super friendly and welcoming. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place for a stay on Wareham and to enjoy the beautiful Dorset coast.

The Ark is just lovely. Clean, warm and cosy and realy well equipped with everything you need. A stone's throw from the beach and the coastal path, with the most stunning view - it was the perfect spot for a rejuvenating weekend. Would highly recommend!

Our stay was in February- we were very comfortable and warm. the wood burning stove is easy to use and a great supplement to the heating. The bed is standout large and very comfortable and finally the bath is great with lots of hot water. Jennifer has presented this little home beautifully with an eye for colour and design- making it memorable- certainly no beige or blandness! We would love to return in the summer months when nature has woken up.

Amazing house in Dorset. One of the best views we've ever had in an airbnb. The house was furnished well and had everything we needed for our two children. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful accommodation! We absolutely loved our stay at Admirals Watch. Perfect location with lots of dog friendly places to eat and drink in walking distance. The flat itself was amazing. Every room looked fantastic, it has everything you need for a long weekend (or extended) stay and it was such a nice relaxing place, we didn’t want to leave! To top it all off the hosts very kindly left us a bottle of wine and some lovely biscuits as well as plenty of coffee, teabags and milk. I would definitely book this again and highly recommend. The house is a comfy, beautifully furnished and decorated family home. As opposed to a house put together for Airbnb. Everything was just how we would have wanted it. We spent a very happy Christmas there with our family and everyone (9 of us at one point) had enough space, with a cozy lounge with fireplace and the quieter viewing lounge.The beds were comfy, the kitchen was amply equipped, we went for coastal walks - perfect.

We have just returned from a relaxing 3 days over New Year 2024 to 2025. Ideal size for 3 couples with a bathroom for each couple. Living area was great with a nice modern open plan kitchen living and dining area. Cooking facilities were very good with modern appliances which made catering for our group very easy. Main fridge freezer was complemented by a separate wine cooler All the bedrooms were of a good size as were the beds with the exception of the double in the 3rd bedroom which felt small ( we have a super king at home so it may have just been an adjustment to that ) We stayed close to the house and ate at the Lake Yard which is 5 mins walk away. Whilst it is a members club we were able to book a meal which was subject to a 20% non members price increase. We ate at The Yachtsman on NYE. Luke the host was very responsive and helpful answering any queries quicker than advised and we all appreciated the welcome basket. Good trip had by all

Lovely flat in great location with excellent communication from host.

We had a great stay here, though would like to have stayed longer! We spent a day in Lyme Regis & a day exploring the cliff walks immediately outside the apartment (!) and it was just glorious. A lovely location & you don’t even need to drive anywhere if you don’t want to !

A perfect location for all the amenities of Poole and Poole Harbour. The view of the harbour was spectacular and a good amount of our was spent sitting on the window seat admiring the view and watching people go by their day. The apartment is very well equipped with pretty much everything you need and we very much appreciated the extra touches such as fresh flowers on the windowsill, milk, OJ and croissants. I’ll definitely visit again when I visit Poole next!

This is the perfect place to stay in Swanage. The flat is easy to find and very central overlooking the square. Shops, pubs and restaurants are all across the road and it’s just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The fish and chip shop below the flat is really good! The flat is spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The photos don’t do it justice. Andreas is a great host, really helpful and the communication was great. We had a brilliant weekend stay and would definitely return and highly recommend.

Totally the place to go for a chilled three days ! We were sad to have to leave !! Stunning location for 180 deg beach views and sunsets Appartment everything you could want,modern, exceptionally clean in all areas - beautifully decorated bathrooms ,very well equipped which was lovely. Tara very responsive with messages which made communication so easy. Relaxing walks along sea front on your doorstep and funky beach bar ' Sobo' below appartment ,fab for chilling ,food and drinks during the day. Would throughly recommend and hope to come back for sure! ⛱️😎
