Great home, well stocked and quiet! Fun little backyard, close in to Amherstburg.

Great location to downtown Kingsville and the wine trail. The house has everything you need and is very quiet.Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Awesome place in DT Sandusky, literally 10 min away from Cedar Point. We originally were going to stay for 3 nights, but extended it to 4. Easy to find, quiet, and contained many amenities to call it home.

Had a fantastic stay at Sue's place. House was located in a very quiet, peaceful and private location. Pool was an added bonus and was warm and large. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well laid out and well equipped. Close proximity to Pelee Winery, grocery store and many other stores. We hated to leave and will definitely be back!

We had a nice stay at Baypoint, The golf cart was key to have to go over to Bay Point amenities. The parking is tight when you have a truck, but we made it worked. The workout room and sauna was very nice.

I would stay with Vik anywhere he chooses to have a rental. It was a pleasure to connect with such a pleasant host. The kingsville area could keep us coming back for years. The wineries are world class and the restaurants know how to make you feel like a king, while also have a small town vibe. Highest of recommendations

My family and I had a wonderful weekend here. Place was very beautiful and peaceful definitely a nice get away. We will definitely be booking with Jeff and his wife again soon.

House was beautiful and in a nice area. Our only complaint is that we did have someone keep knocking on the door and window in the middle of the night. It was a little scary but not the owners fault.

This place is awesome. So many things to do in the house to keep kids occupied when it’s cold or rainy.

Great experience. My husband rented the home for a week while working on a city project in Amherstburg. 7 men stayed at the home and they loved it. Very relaxing after a hard days work. Luminita’s place felt like retreat. Was very clean and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable too. Was perfect for my husband and myself to get away and recharge. The pictures don’t do it justice and the sunsets are magical. Having a cup of coffee in the morning listening to the water is always a nice way to relax. The drive to local recommendations was close and easy. Highly recommend this place; you won’t regret your stay here.

There were so many top of the line features in this home! It was spotless, the linens were so soft, the towels fluffy, couch pillows wonderful! Top of the line toiletries, table and chairs outside. Great kitchen pots and pans! Fabulous laundry room and great hot water for bath or shower. Lots of great lighting! Lisa was very prompt and responsive!.

This little house was comfortable, clean and convenient to everything we wanted to see. We took a small walk to the end of the street and were on the beach of Lake Erie. About a 15 minute drive and we were at Cedar Point. There was a gas station close, a Dairy Queen if you prefer burgers and 2 nice dine in restaurants for the more mature palates. It was fully stocked and we lacked nothing during our stay.

The space was perfect for our family get together. The kitchen was well stocked and the couch was super comfortable! Very responsive with any questions we had! It was a great stay.

Great place for our crazy group! Friends and Family. Plenty of space for everyone. Had a water leak, but that was addressed. Felt secluded from neighbors which was a great feature of the location. Thank you for allowing us this opportunity to stay in your home.

One problem! Check in at 4, but check out at 11. Not a full two days. A lost of 5 hours. Check in should have been at 11.

The Cottage House was perfect for our family. It was a great space and had plenty of room for our 4 kids and great dane. There is 1 TV which the kids took over immediately, but there is board games available for family entertainment. The house had all the kitchen supplies you could need. We don't usually eat out and we made our meals at home, so I don't know about the local restaurants. Most activities are within a 15 min drive though. The house itself has a large wooded area behind it that was great for walks. Our dog loved that the most. There is a big fire pit with logs available. We wished we would have used it but we were so worn out by Cedar Point that we never got to. David and Guilda were very responsive hosts. They provided a lengthy list of things to do and recommendations for restaurants. This is a great place to stay.

Location, location, location!!! The beach was just a 5 minute walk (even with loads of beach toys, chairs, and floats- all provided by Cindy!) All 5 of our children (ages 1-18) enjoyed their time- fun for all ages! Cindy was overly accommodating for us throughout our time there. We have officially fallen in love with Lake Erie! 😍

The house was as describe. Everything you needed to prepare meals. The host were very kind and proactive.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Steve’s place - it rocks! Steve is a GREAT host - very responsive, flexible, and honest. The accommodations are exactly as described - everything is very modern and extremely clean. I can’t wait to come back!!

Jessica was the best host i’ve ever had. She was extremely helpful with our trip to Cedar Point, she gave us good recommendations on things to do and she responded very quickly. She let us have a later checkout date when we were leaving which was very convenient! The house was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The next time I come back to Cedar Point I will be staying here again!
