My family and friends stayed here for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is beautiful inside and outside, there is so much space and the rooms were amazing. Would stay here again!

Absolutely flawless! Our stay was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we booked, communication was prompt and helpful. Check-in was a breeze, and we were immediately struck by how clean, stylish, and well-equipped the space was. Brittany was a fantastic host, always attentive. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. We truly felt at home during our stay and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, peaceful and memorable experience. We can't wait to return! The home is on a beautifully maintained lot with an amazing view of the lake and a dock to sit on or pull your boat up to. We enjoyed the views from the house, the dock and the pool! Everything was in prestige condition. Eileen was a wonderful host with clear communication.

The cabin was the perfect retreat. The kids had a blast playing on the play set and fishing off the dock. It was nice having the hot tub and my favorite spot was on the swing soaking up the peaceful sounds of the birds. The neighborhood was quiet and we barely saw anyone which was perfect for us.

Other than some minor damages around the house, everything was as shown in the pictures. The only other thing to note is the barstools around the spool table are the same barstools shown outside, a minor thing, but we did have to move some stools outside if everyone wanted to sit on the porch. I wish it would have been clearer to us that we needed to take out trash when leaving before we reserved, but as the instructions are shown in the booking I will not make a big deal out of it. The view was amazing and Jeremy was very quick in responding to our questions. Overall a great stay and value!

The space was beautiful. There was a problem with the hot water heater but, the problem was resolved in good timing.

Gathered here with some work colleagues to hang out and benchmark. House has a beautiful view of the lake with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Would definitely stay here again.

I had never seen any Airbnb house that set up like Bob’’s house.Kitchen has anythin that you can imagine.Beatuful home , amazing view, we felt like we were home.I will love to come back .I highly recomend Bob’s house.

I had a wonderful stay. Susan was a wonderful host and was very responsive to messages. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated which felt very welcoming. The property is beautiful and peaceful. The street is not busy and was very quiet. You do need a car to get to downtown Social Circle which was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Important for travelers to note: only one parking spot is available for guests at the Airbnb so plan accordingly.

This place was amazing! From the adorable goats to the opportunity to kayak, every moment was memorable. The interior was absolutely beautiful, and being so close to town with its charming little shops was exactly what I was hoping for. Our host was incredibly kind and friendly, making the experience even better. The sweet surprise for our anniversary was such a thoughtful and heartwarming touch. I couldn’t have asked for a better getaway!

Our stay at Ginny’s Airbnb was perfect! Everything was seamless from start to finish. Ginny was incredibly responsive to messages, making communication a breeze. The self-check-in process was simple and hassle-free, allowing us to settle in comfortably. The location is ideal for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, offering a serene escape while still conveniently situated. The home was exactly as pictured in the listing—if not even better in person! It was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed every moment and would not hesitate to book again. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing retreat in Eatonton!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by their sweet dogs, Gemma and Jaxon. While unloading our things, their chickens came and greeted us as well. We got to meet the owners, who were extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment is below their house and set up very simply and easily navigable. Water was hot quickly and beds were comfortable. The kitchen is cute and everything easily accessible. We got to meet their beautiful and very sweet black cat, who visited us several times even when we were working on stuff in our boats. Parking was easy and accommodating for 2 trucks with bass boats to charge and 2 SUVs.

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. It is a beautifully updated property. Debbie and her team were super responsive and the stay was excellent. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo with views of the lake. Quiet and comfortable get away!

Great place to stay along the lake. Lance was a responsive host. He was quick to answer any questions. Our only complaint was having to take the trash with us on the way out. It was an inconvience for us with younger children. We felt this should have been included as part of the cleaning fee.

Jeff was all around awesome! We came from Augusta in a hurry running from a hurricane with no power and Jeff was able to get us in his Airbnb from the time I booked it in less than 30 mins. I can not say enough great things about Jeff and his place. Our kids enjoyed every second on the lake paddle boarding riding bikes around the neighborhood. I would highly recommend Jeff and his place to anyone!!!
