My husband, dog, and I stayed at Melanie's place for 6 weeks while we were waiting to close on our new home. The house was incredible, very clean, and fully stocked with anything that you could need during your stay. The property was quiet and wonderful for our dog to enjoy her outside time. Melanie was very communicative during our stay - she had her cleaning crew come twice and was on top of any necessary snow removal while we were there. I can only imagine how beautiful it would be to stay there in the nicer months of the year! The location was fantastic as well, close to the main road but not too close that the noise of the cars would be bothersome. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at Melanie's place if they are coming to the area. Truly a home away from home!

A family of 7 staying for a weekend army football game. The accommodations were extremely convenient which allowed our stay to be relaxing where we could easily recharge after an active day. Would stay again!

Fantastic stay! The house was so charming with all of the personal and quirky touches. The house was also very clean and cozy. We would come back here anytime we come to Beacon, especially because it’s so walkable to Main st!

This home is MAGNIFICENT! I stay in many airbnbs but this home takes the cake. If you love a space that is peaceful, well designed and cozy this is the place for you. Every room has the thoughtful touches of a hip hotel within the coziness of a historic home that is all yours for the weekend. Highlights include amazing (wood burning!) fireplaces, chefs kitchen, luxurious beds and a hot tub we spent a snowy weekend coming in and out of. The house is warm and the hosts have thought of everything from check in to check out. I will be staying here again this winter. Nearby town, cold spring, is a gem…although I never left the house! Thank you for this awesome stay!!!

This was a lovely home. Very easy getting inside. Everything was exactly as listed, pictured and described. We felt so cozy and welcomed by Susan. The house had everything you could possibly need to make your stay easy and convenient and was very clean. I had a few questions during our visit and Susan was extremely responsive and so kind. I highly recommend this home. The beds were very comfortable. Showers were very nice and had great water pressure and nice hot water. We truly felt at home and we're beyond satisfied. I highly recommend this home for anyone need of an Airbnb in the area. Lovely home and property.

I chose this lovely home to host a teacher training gathering for a few days after a conference in the area. It was a perfect size for our small group. The barn acted as a nice meeting space, and felt spacious with the big doors open! The home is tucked away on some beautiful land, with a waterfall and a pond in walking distance. Cool art all around and eclectic furniture. Would highly recommend!

Great stay at this loft apartment in Beacon. We visit the area several times a year and will look to return in the future. Graham is a great host who provided very simple instructions for check-in.

This place was perfectly in the middle of everything! No more than a 15 minute walk to almost anything and everything you’d want to do in the area. We loved it .

I had a great stay with Lorelei. She was very responsive whenever I had a question and very friendly. The apartment is great for a one or two person getaway in this beautiful town, either a 20 minute walk from the train station or a 5 minute Uber ride. I also really appreciated Lorelei's recommendations, especially for the Maggazino Museum/Gallery, which I did not know about even after many trips up to Cold Spring. I would definitely stay at this apartment again!

We had an incredible stay at costanza place! The house was exactly as described warm and cozy. The locations were perfect to go in town get food and local store as well.

Tito’s place was a lovely place to have a weekend get away. Very close to many wonderful restaurants and shops in downtown Beacon. He graciously provided many wonderful snacks, drinks, and other items to make us feel at home. Tito was also very responsive and patient. Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I had a wonderful and peaceful stay at this minimalistic loft-style apartment in Cold Spring. The location was great, a short walk to the Metro-North train station, as well as great restaurants and shops. B. Alex provided detailed instructions before our arrival on how to access the apartment, along with helpful recommendations for dining and exploring the area. The apartment itself was comfortable and made for a relaxing getaway. We definitely would stay again and recommend this place for anyone interested in visiting Cold Spring.

We didn’t have time to cook there but the kitchen would have had what I needed. Concerned host reached out when we had delays in travel and a very late check in. Lots of space. Stairs entering building are steep but sturdy if you have someone with knee issues. Bar next door causes some noise to be heard in kitchen area but it was still quiet in the bedrooms at the back. Wonderfully close to restaurants, coffee, ice cream, etc.

Will's place is located in a quiet condo village, where the common areas are well kept. The place was clean, bed comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. This space was perfect for me and my husband.

The house was very clean and modern. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The location is perfect! It's very close to downtown New Milford and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We didn't realize when it said 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom it was actually 2 apartments side by side. It made it very nice to have a little bit of extra space since we went with family. If it was a single family with children it might be a little more difficult. We enjoyed having one apartment and my mother-in-law and sister-in-law had their own. The host was very easy to contact and messaged back right away. We had one small issue and it was fixed immediately. We really enjoyed our stay.

We arrived later afternoon and not sure of which door to go into, Joesph came out on his deck to welcome us and where to park. We talked a bit and then went into the apartment under his living quarters. The place was very clean and a lot of amenities were there with labels on everything which was nice. Bed was comfortable as well. We basically hung our hats there while we went out to do things; we didn't hang out there at all. We didn't cook but we could have. Plenty of supplies. Bathroom was nice with big shower. Only problem was the light in the bathroom is motion activated so....while in the shower, it doesn't detect you and will turn the lights off. You just stick out your hand it will turn back on. Nice place.
